Baltimore Will No Longer Prosecute ‘Low Level Crimes’ Like Prostitution, Trespassing, Urinating in Public and Selling Drugs

The crime riddled city of Baltimore will no longer be prosecuting “low level crimes” including prostitution and drug distribution, the State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced on Friday.

Crimes that they will no longer prosecute include:

  • CDS (drug) possession
  • Attempted distribution CDS
  • Paraphernalia possession
  • Prostitution
  • Trespassing
  • Minor traffic offenses
  • Open container
  • Rogue and vagabond
  • Urinating/defecating in public

The crumbling city has already had 44 murders and 94 non-fatal shootings this year.

In a press release about their new acceptance of certain crimes, Mosby’s office said that “policies enacted over the past year have resulted in a decrease in arrests, no adverse impact on the crime rate, and address the systemic inequity of mass incarceration. Therefore, the State’s Attorney also announced today the permanent adoption of these policies as we continue to prioritize the prosecution of public safety crimes over low-level, non-violent offenses.”

“Today, America’s war on drug users is over in the city of Baltimore. We leave behind the era of tough-on-crime prosecution and zero tolerance policing and no longer default to the status quo to criminalize mostly people of color for addiction. We will develop sustainable solutions and allow our public health partners to do their part to address mental health and substance use disorder,” said State’s Attorney Mosby.

The mayor applauded the decision.

“Reimagining public safety in Baltimore requires innovation and collaborative effort. I applaud State’s Attorney Mosby’s Office for working with partners to stem violence in Baltimore and ensure residents have the adequate support services they deserve,” said Mayor Brandon Scott.

Remembering This Prosecutor - Marilyn Mosby - June 2, 2016

"For this prosecutor, this is the second case where she has not succeeded in convicting someone because she doesn't have a case,"

National Review's Andrew McCarthy: Prosecutor in Freddie Gray Case Incompetent

Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby's "incompetence" in the Freddie Gray case should prompt a "second look" at whether legal action against five officers still facing charges should even proceed, former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy tells Newsmax TV.

In an interview Tuesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show," McCarthy, a columnist for National Review and author of "Faithless Execution," said "the whole case was really a travesty."

McCarthy's comments come a day after Officer Edward Nero — one of six Baltimore officers charged in Gray's April 2015 death — was acquitted.

The manslaughter case against another officer ended in a mistrial in December when the jury deadlocked; he's expected to be retried in September.

"For this prosecutor, this is the second case where she has not succeeded in convicting someone because she doesn't have a case," McCarthy said. "By now somebody whose incompetence had been revealed this way and who would have these kinds of results might take a second look about whether this whole thing ought to proceed any further."

Stunning Videos Show Dystopian Scene From Constant Train Burglaries in Democrat Hellhole Los Angeles

Stunning Videos Show Dystopian Scene From Constant Train Burglaries in Democrat Hellhole Los Angeles

Crime in Los Angeles has turned the once-thriving city into a hellhole. It isn’t just the sharp rise in violent crimes that has citizens leaving in droves. It’s the property crime that generally goes unpunished by “woke” city officials and a district attorney’s office that is the pride and joy of George Soros.

CBS LA photojournalist John Schreiber went to investigate after hearing multiple reports on the police scanner of burglaries on trains. What he discovered was absolutely shocking.

If you are tracking your packages and seeing them marked as “delayed,” there’s a chance the delay is going to last a long time, as Schreiber discovered.

In case anyone thinks this is just an accumulation of boxes that have been looted for a long time, Schreiber found out they last cleaned up the area last month.

This is what happens when Democrats run a city. There’s a reason criminals love voting for “compassionate” Democrats who are soft on crime. They know they get free rein to do whatever they please with no repercussions.

Video captures thousands of damaged packages on LA train tracks left behind by cargo looters

4 Out of 5 Freight Containers Are Being Looted in LA County - Vision Times

Thousands of shredded packages were seen scattered along the tracks of a Los Angeles railway on Thursday, said to be left by thieves who are now looting cargo containers. ~~~~~~~~~~~

The cargo packages have been bait for railway thieves who have targeted goods from companies such as Amazon and UPS bound for residences along the West Coast. Products such as unused COVID tests, fishing lures and epi pens were seen scattered across the ground.

Cargo thieves have been stealing valuable items from these trains while they are either stopped or slowing down so they can be brought into the Union Pacific Intermodal facility in downtown LA, where the cargo is moved to a new mode of transportation.

To break into these containers, thieves will often use bolt cutters to break the locks and steal whatever they can get their hands on.

"According to teammates, Lia Thomas has become very arrogant and now he’s claiming to be the “Jackie Robinson of trans sports,”

Personally, in a pool I'd wager that Lia is even better than Jackie Robinson.

Transgender UPenn Swimmer Lia Thomas Claims to be the "Jackie Robinson of Trans Sports"

Lia Thomas 'called herself the Jackie Robinson of trans sports' - Flipboard

Lia Thomas, a transgender UPenn swimmer who competed for two full seasons as a man before ‘transitioning’ into a female, shattered women’s records in Akron, Ohio last month. Female UPenn swimmers were reportedly in tears after Lia Thomas crushed them in last month’s swim meet. ~~~~~~~~~~~ The source said Thomas was disappointed with his time after the 500 race, but boasted to his female teammates, “At least I’m still No. 1 in the country.”

Now this… According to teammates, Lia Thomas has become very arrogant and now he’s claiming to be the “Jackie Robinson of trans sports,” the first black baseball player to play in Major League Baseball.

The Washington Examiner reported:

In the second part of an exclusive interview with a female swimmer on the University of Pennsylvania’s swimming team, one of the swimmers describes the toxic environment that surrounds the women this year. Accusations of entitlement, selfishness, and a general disregard for overall performance have plagued the team since Lia Thomas, a biological male, started swimming on their team.

The crux of the swimmers’ complaints is the biological advantage that Lia has over female teammates. The swimmers were promised competition between females, not men who want to be female. Yet, there’s also the matter of an apparently inflated ego.

“She compares herself to Jackie Robinson,” the female swimmer told me. “She said she is like the Jackie Robinson of trans sports.”

“I try not to be around her because the whole situation makes me so mad,” the swimmer added. “I don’t think Lia is a bad person. She’s very quiet and kind of introverted … It’s just really hard for me to respect her at all because of what she’s doing to my team and what she’s doing to women in general and not caring.”

Next they'll reinstitute human child sacrifice.

They already have it. It's called abortion, right up to birth, and even post birth. Those are sacrifices to the gods of fun without consequences.

Also, what they do to children with those masks is somewhat akin to the sacrifice of Molech, where in most cases the child is offered, by his parents, passing it between the fires (of Covid) but not actually killing the child.

I was aware of that and should have mentioned it.

But what I was referring to was more overt ritual sacrifice without pretense.
