I want to know some stuff that isn't being published about this virus- I want to know how long it usually lasts, and whether a person who has it once is immune to it afterwards.

No one knows how long this will go on. And they can get it again.

so having it once does not guarantee immunity.
That wwould make it  hard to make a vaccine.
I would like to know how long a theoretical average person is sick with it, like for example we say about a week with a cold, about two weeks with the flu, about two weeks with measles. etc...

as so many things do.
If people can reinfect then there is no safety in getting it ---you can still get it again.
