“This Is Over! We Want Every Damn Bit of Evidence!” – Devin Nunes UNLOADS on Crooked Intel Agencies and Media “Maybe It’s Time to Shut Those Agencies Down?”

Nunes WENT OFF on the corrupt FBI, DOJ and intelligence communities who lied about Democrat grift with Russia and pushed the Hillary Clinton promoted fake Russia collusion garbage.

According to Maria Bartiromo there is more information that implicates Hillary Clinton in the Trump-Russia hoax yet to be released.Rep. Nunes told Maria Bartiromo that every person in the Group of 8 including Nancy Pelosi knew the information behind the Trump-Russia collusion hoax came from the Democrat party.

Rep. Devin Nunes: The documents that are underlying that we now have seen, I’ve only seen a few of those. They’re definitely smoking guns. That information definitely needs to be made available to the American public. And from what I understand there’s even more underlying evidence that backs up what director Ratcliffe puts out… You have corrupt officials. And I think that’s the point here. Are you going to go back to elect somebody like Biden who just the other night, Maria, had the audacity to go after President Trump for once again, for what? I think he said that he had Putin wrapped around his finger. And then he didn’t answer the question on why did his son get $3.5 million from a Russian oligarch with ties to Putin? If Ivanka Trump had bit a Big Mac in Red Square by a Russian oligarch they would have locked her up and said this is evidence of collusion. Here you have the media which is the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party ignoring all of this! Ignoring all of this for the last four years. And now you have from a debate stage you have, “Why did your son get paid $3.5 million from a Russian oligarch?” So here you have them blaming Republicans this whole damn time for having something to do with Russia when THEY have something to do with Russia! I think they believe it is OK for them to take all this money and grift. And they’ll just take it and accuse Republicans of doing it to cover up their tracks… And now we know the Clinton Campaign created all of this because they knew the 33,000 emails were out there… So what did they do? They created a sick fantasy… Every Republican should be saying, “This is over! We want every damn bit of evidence every intelligence agency has. Or it’s maybe time to shut those agencies down. Because at the end of the day our liberties are more important than anything else we have in this country and they have been stampeded over by these dirty cops and the Democratic Party and the media who fails to report on it.

Trump Authorizes ‘Total Declassification’ of ‘Any’ and ‘All Documents’ Pertaining to Russia Hoax, and Clinton Email

President Donald Trump on Tuesday night tweeted that he has “fully authorized” the “total Declassication” of any and all documents pertaining to the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign and Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

“I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!” Trump tweeted.

Trump’s tweet was in response to a tweet by RealClearInvestigations journalist Paul Sperry, who had tweeted earlier: “When all the documents are finally declassified, and all the redactions removed from reports, the nation will see that the FBI and CIA not only knew the Russia ‘collusion’ allegations against Trump were a political dirty trick, but that they were in on the trick.”

Sperry’s tweet came after Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified handwritten notes from then-CIA Director John Brennan after briefing then-President Obama on an alleged plot by Clinton to distract the public from her use of a private email server by tying the Trump campaign to a Russian hack of Democratic National Committee emails.

       "(Baker) is now understandably cooperating because he was looking at a boat load of criminal charges.  Once these notes were discovered, and by the way, these were the notes that [FBI Director] Chris Wray and Dana Boente did not want turned over."

Former FBI GC James Baker’s Notes Released Yesterday Confirm General Flynn’s Innocence – May Also Indicate Baker Has Flipped

Although it was the first time we saw the notes from former General Counsel for the FBI James Baker yesterday, and although they were shocking in nature, the fact that we saw them may confirm that Baker has flipped and is working with Durham in his Deep State investigation of the Russia Hoax.

James Baker appeared on Capitol Hill in October of 2018 for the second time to testify about Rod Rosenstein’s plan to wear a wire and and the use of FISA warrants to oust President Trump from office.

Rep. Meadows emerged from the testimony and called for Rosenstein to “resign immediately.”

James Baker told Congressional investigators that Rosenstein’s plot to wear a wire and oust Trump from office was not a joke as the DAG claimed.

In late April this year in a weekly radio interview with Howie Carr, former US Attorney Joe DiGenova reported on notes that were released that show the government was actively working to frame General Flynn:

DiGenova: You know Baker is now working with Durham.  James Baker the former General Counsel.

Carr: He’s flipped?

DiGenova: Who was a target, is now understandably cooperating because he was looking at a boat load of criminal charges.  Once these notes were discovered, and by the way, these were the notes that [FBI Director] Chris Wray and Dana Boente did not want turned over.

Yesterday, Baker’s notes related to a meeting with top FBI Obama holdovers were released.  Baker asked in his notes, how can you assess a false statement charge on General Flynn when there was no underlying crime?

TOP FBI lawyer James Baker:

Baker also wrote that they never allowed Flynn to clarify himself, but instead they just charged him with lying.

FBI Baker admits they never followed up to let Flynn clarify (instead they just charged him with lying).

This is extremely important because Flynn didn’t lie in the first place. Had he been asked to clarify, he’d have explained difference between sanctions and expulsions. https://t.co/mCpVZ19pbl pic.twitter.com/7j8tD1F3x1

            "We did have evidence to show that early collusion allegations against Trump and Manafort were created or propagated by people who either worked for the DNC or the Clinton campaign, including some efforts that went beyond the Steele dossier..."The second issue was an email exchange I had with Tony Podesta in spring 2016 requesting Tony's help and support about a political opposition project that was being orchestrated by the DNC against Paul Manafort to falsely tie him to Russia as a means of suggesting Trump was tied to Russia,"

https://justthenews.com/accountability/russia-and-ukraine-scandals/mueller-gathered-evidence-dnc-clinton-dirty-trick-russia

Mueller gathered evidence suggesting DNC, Clinton camp manufactured Russia collusion story

Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office gathered evidence suggesting that Hillary Clinton's campaign and the Democratic National Committee launched a political "smear job" in spring 2016 tying Donald Trump to Russia collusion through the lobbying work of his campaign chairman Paul Manafort in Ukraine, according to memos that were excluded from the prosecutor's final report.

The evidence, reviewed by Just the News, includes information obtained by State Department officials from a trusted Ukrainian source, a private investigator's report, and an email exchange suggesting Tony Podesta — a Manafort business associate and brother of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta — tried at one point to slow down the opposition research project.

The evidence — which is additional to records showing the law firm for the Clinton campaign and the DNC funded the infamous "Steele dossier" given to the FBI — was never mentioned in last year's vast, two-volume Mueller Report, which concluded that no Americans colluded with Russia to influence the 2016 election.

The newly surfaced evidence bolsters separate intelligence reporting that Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe made public recently showing the Obama CIA also believed Clinton's campaign had launched a political dirty trick to "vilify" Trump on Russia in an effort to distract from her own controversies.

"We did have evidence to show that early collusion allegations against Trump and Manafort were created or propagated by people who either worked for the DNC or the Clinton campaign, including some efforts that went beyond the Steele dossier," a person with direct knowledge of the Mueller probe told Just the News.

The person spoke only on condition of anonymity because the person did not have permission to speak to the news media.

Asked why the Mueller report did not mention the Clinton campaign tactics, the source answered: "Our job was to report on and prosecute crimes, not write an essay on how political opposition research was conducted by the two parties."

Unredacted emails and other documents gathered by Mueller's team suggest the earliest hint of the Democrats' Russia collusion smear campaign emerged in a May 2016 email exchange between Democratic super-lobbyist Tony Podesta and Manafort's lead business manager in Ukraine, Rick Gates, who also worked as a deputy campaign manager for the Trump campaign. The thread appeared under the subject line: "DNC and Paul Manafort."

Though on opposite sides of the political spectrum, Tony Podesta, Manafort and Gates worked together on lobbying and political consulting projects related to Ukraine's Party of Regions and former President Viktor Yanukovych, who was ousted from power in 2014.

"Last Friday APAC had a meeting at DNC organized by their ethnic outreach office, presenting Democratic Party strategies for presidential elections," Gates emailed Tony Podesta on May 17, 2016. "One of the subjects was a smear campaign against Paul Manafort, which will be launched in a couple of days. The head of the ethnic outreach is of Ukrainian descent and has connections in Ukraine.

"She was able to produce documents linking Manafort to Moscow during his time as adviser to Victor Yanukowych (cq), ousted former Ukrainian president. They will try to link Donald Trump to Putin through Manafort's engagement and money trail of over [a] billion dollars. This was a formal presentation on the part of DNC — I am trying to obtain an audio tape from the meeting. I just wanted to share this with you to make you aware before they start."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"The second issue was an email exchange I had with Tony Podesta in spring 2016 requesting Tony's help and support about a political opposition project that was being orchestrated by the DNC against Paul Manafort to falsely tie him to Russia as a means of suggesting Trump was tied to Russia," he added. "I told the Special Counsel I reached out to Tony at Paul's request to see if he could help.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Whatever the case, the Gates-Manafort email exchange provided Mueller's team with evidence that Democrats were working to create a narrative of Trump-Russia collusion. It wasn't the only evidence.

       "If you knew then what you know now, would you have signed the warrant application in June 2017 against Carter Page?" Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., asked McCabe..."No, sir," McCabe said."

        McCabe was helping to run a coup, not an investigation. As I heard Trey Gowdy say, (paraphrasing), "That's the wrong question. The right question is, 'why didn't you know? You were at the very top of the FBI, and it was your investigation."

https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/russia-mccabe-fbi-senate-gregg-jarrett

Gregg Jarrett: In Russia hoax probe, fired FBI Deputy Director McCabe gives ludicrous defense of misconduct

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
McCabe said he was "shocked" by the "significant number of errors and failures related to the FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] applications" to spy on Carter Page, a former adviser on candidate Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. His claim was reminiscent of Captain Renault in the film “Casablanca,” who pretended to be "shocked, shocked" at the gambling in Rick's Cafe as he pocketed his winnings.
Like Renault, McCabe was a key participant in corruption, in his case at the FBI. He presided over every decision in the bureau's misbegotten investigation of Trump and his campaign.
As I detailed in my book, “Witch Hunt: The Story of The Greatest Mass Delusion in American Political History,” there was never any plausible evidence that someone connected to Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election. There was no credible evidence to justify the FBI's intrusive investigation, which included undercover informants, secret recordings, and illegally obtained surveillance warrants.
In his testimony Tuesday, we learned that McCabe never bothered to speak with ex-British spy Christopher Steele about his unverified and fictitious dossier that was used by McCabe and the FBI to spy on Page. A simple conversation would surely have exposed Steele as a cartoonish Inspector Clouseau.
Before Trump's inauguration in January 2017, McCabe's agents tracked down Steele's main source, Igor Danchenko, who promptly discredited the dossier as nothing more than multiple hearsays and rank speculation, some of which emanated from Danchenko’s drinking buddies.
It was also determined that parts of the dossier were likely Russian disinformation and that the Russia Hoax itself was invented by none other than Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton to smear Republican candidate Trump with an alleged scandal.
Did McCabe know this? It is inconceivable that he did not. But at Tuesday's hearing, McCabe insisted that he was oblivious to the exculpatory evidence and knew nothing at all about what his own agents had discovered. That's about as likely as me winning the lottery.
Documents prove that McCabe was intimately involved in every facet of the Trump investigation, codenamed "Crossfire Hurricane." Yet, McCabe professed complete ignorance of the pervasive deceit, misfeasance and corruption that contaminated the case. Evidence of Trump's innocence was scrupulously concealed by McCabe's FBI.
Conspicuously, McCabe misstated the law. He told the Senate Judiciary Committee that the FBI is "not required to use only verified information" when applying for a surveillance warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC). This is demonstrably untrue.
According to the FBI's own "Woods Procedures," all factual assertions submitted to the intelligence court must first be independently verified. Any information contradicting those assertions must be presented to the court.
Neither of these requirements were met when McCabe sought the final warrant. In a scathing condemnation of his actions, the Justice Department inspector general cited numerous violations of the "basic obligations of accuracy."’
The Justice Department declared McCabe's warrant was "invalid" and should never have been sought. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court was so incensed that it banned FBI officials (such as McCabe) from appearing before it in other cases. It wasn't just a rebuke of the wrong committed by McCabe, it was a public humiliation.
In a moment of uncommon candor on Wednesday, McCabe owned up to his own role in signing off on the final spy warrant presented to the intelligence court.
 "If you knew then what you know now, would you have signed the warrant application in June 2017 against Carter Page?" Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., asked McCabe.
"No, sir," McCabe said.
         "This case is about holding accountable the entities and individuals who are responsible for the most egregious violation and abuse of the FISA statute since it was enacted over forty years ago."
Carter Page files $75 million suit agains DoJ, Comey, FBI over 'unlawful surveillance'
Former Trump adviser Carter Page has filed a $75 million lawsuit against multiple high-ranking Department of Justice officials—including the Department of Justice itself, the FBI, James Comey, Andrew McCabe and several others—over what the suit claims are violations of Page's Constitutional rights stemming from surveillance carried out on him years ago.
The lawsuit seeks "accountability and damages against the individuals and agencies" who reportedly wronged Page via "unlawful surveillance and investigation." The suit alleges that Page was targeted for surveillance "because of his lawful association with the 2016 Presidential campaign of Donald Trump."
The suit argues that "four false and misleading warrant applications" permitted government officials to "engage in electronic surveillance" of Page. The Justice Department has conceded that it had insufficient evidence to justify at least two of the four warrants used against Page.
The defendants in the case, the suit claims, "fabricated or intentionally disregarded critical evidence, and misled the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court], in order to obtain the FISA warrants".
"This case is about holding accountable the entities and individuals who are responsible for the most egregious violation and abuse of the FISA statute since it was enacted over forty years ago," the lawsuit states.
Senate holds hearing on FBI’s Russia investigation
The Senate Homeland Security Committee held a hearing on the FBI’s 2016 'Russia Investigatin'
On Thursday, the Committee heard from multiple witnesses affiliated with the ‘Crossfire Hurricane Investigation.’
Republicans have frequently asserted the FBI’s Russia probe was really a Democrat-led means of going after President Trump, which led to a number of security compromises.
During the hearing, senators questioned former FBI Assistant Director of Intelligence Kevin Brock, who argued the partisan investigation violated FBI regulations.
“These disgraced former FBI executives never should have opened the Crossfire Hurricane Investigation,” Brock stated. “They did not, despite the DoJ inspector general’s subsequent comments to the contrary, have adequate predication for starting an intrusive investigation of U.S. citizens.”
Witnesses confirmed ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ was an abuse of power and merely served as a witch hunt against President Trump.
Special Counsel John Durham Is ‘Adding Additional Prosecutors’ In Criminal Investigation Of Russia Probe Origins
Fox News anchor Bret Baier tweeted, “US Attorney John Durham, who AG Bill Barr tapped to investigate the origins of the Trump Russia probe, is expanding his team by adding additional prosecutors, and is making, ‘excellent progress,’ according to a federal law enforcement official familiar w/ the situation.”
This latest development in the case comes after Politico reported over the weekend that Durham has been zeroing in on former British spy Christopher Steele, whose anti-Trump dossier helped kick off the entire counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign.
“In a previously unreported move, Durham enlisted a British law firm over the summer to take Steele to court in London, aiming to compel him to turn over notes he had taken of his meetings with the FBI in 2016, according to people with direct knowledge of the episode,” Politico reported. “The underlying context for the request, the people said, is that Durham believes Steele’s notes could contain evidence that FBI agents improperly disclosed classified information about Crossfire Hurricane, as the bureau dubbed its Russia probe, in the course of questioning Steele about his own findings regarding a potential conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, the people said.”
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said last week that he thinks that Durham should release an interim report on the investigation because some Democrats have called for the investigation to end.
“The special counsel regulations not only require a final report, they allow for interim reports, so I’d like to see an interim report that talks about this from the angle of someone that has not only the intelligence community documents that I have, but the law enforcement documents that show there was no proper predicate for Crossfire Hurricane because there certainly wasn’t any given by the intelligence community to the FBI before this illegal spying began,” Ratcliffe told Fox News. “[House Intelligence] Chairman [Adam] Schiff has indicated he thinks that the Durham investigation should end, which is exactly why an interim report would be appropriate.”
“It would show whether or not there’s a good-faith basis to continue,” he added. “It would protect the work that’s been done. So I would encourage my colleagues over at the Department of Justice and at the FBI and, in particular, now Special Counsel Durham to consider doing that, so that the American people can get the full accounting that they deserve.”
Barr appointed Durham to be special counsel in October, writing in a scope order that Durham “is authorized to investigate whether any federal official, employee, or any other person or entity violated the law in connection with the intelligence, counter-intelligence, or law-enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns, individuals associated with those campaigns, and individuals associated with the administration of President Donald J. Trump, including but not limited to Crossfire Hurricane and the investigation of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III.”
        "He said Sunday that Strzok’s messages show the FBI’s narrative “was always nonsense.”
https://www.wnd.com/2020/12/nunes-plans-criminal-referrals-following-release-strzoks-internal-fbi-messages/
THE DEEP STATE
Nunes plans criminal referrals following release of Strzok's internal FBI messages
Government officials denied they existed
Rep. Devin Nunes, the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday he plans to make new criminal referrals to the Justice Department following the release of internal FBI messages from the account of Peter Strzok, the top FBI investigator on Crossfire Hurricane.
In an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” Nunes said the messages, which the Justice Department and FBI declassified earlier this month, should have been provided to Congress years ago when Republicans began investigating whether the FBI abused the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) in order to surveil Trump campaign aide Carter Page.
“They knew that we were investigating FISA abuse, why would this not have been given to Congress? This is just another example. We’re going to have to do another criminal referral,” Nunes said Sunday.
The messages in question are from Strzok’s Lync account, the FBI’s internal messaging system. The messages, which The Daily Caller News Foundation published on Thursday, show Strzok discussing details of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign.
The messages show Strzok, who was fired from the FBI in August 2019, commenting on July 28, 2016, about open counterintelligence investigations related to Trump. The FBI has insisted that the bureau was not investigating Trump before Strzok opened Crossfire Hurricane on July 31, 2016.
Nunes has long doubted the FBI’s official claims about the beginning of its investigation of the Trump campaign.
He said Sunday that Strzok’s messages show the FBI’s narrative “was always nonsense.”
Strzok sent a message to another FBI employee on Sept. 23, 2016, asserting that former British spy Christopher Steele had spoken to a news outlet regarding a dossier he compiled on Donald Trump in order to “influence” the FBI’s investigation.
The Justice Department inspector general blasted the Crossfire Hurricane team for withholding exculpatory information regarding the Steele dossier in its applications for FISA warrants against Carter Page.
Nunes did not identify who he plans to refer for criminal investigation, but he asserted that Justice Department and FBI officials lied to Congress regarding the existence of documents like the latest batch of Strzok messages.
“This is clearly lying and obstructing Congress. This is information that we asked for numerous times,” Nunes said.
“We sat in meetings with DOJ and FBI and they sat there and stone cold said ‘Oh, there’s no more information, there’s no more text messages,'” Nunes said, adding that “these were the text messages that we really needed to run a proper investigation.”
Nunes has submitted more than a dozen other criminal referrals to the Justice Department regarding the investigation of the Trump campaign. He has called for probes into leaks to the media regarding Trump associates, and has also issued referrals on FBI officials discussed in the inspector general’s report on Crossfire Hurricane.
The status of those referrals is unclear, though many of the issues in the referrals appear to be part of an investigation led by U.S. Attorney John Durham into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe.
Nunes also said that Durham has enough evidence to issue indictments for lying to Congress.
“I don’t see how John Durham can’t bust several people for lying and misleading Congress. At a minimum there ought to be several indictments on that.”
Republicans who have investigated the FBI’s abuse of FISA and the Steele dossier have accused Steele, a former MI6 officer, of lying to the FBI regarding his contacts with the media. Sens. Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham referred Steele to the Justice Department and FBI for investigation in January 2018.
Other Republicans have accused Glenn Simpson, the founder of Fusion GPS, which hired Steele to investigate Trump on behalf of the DNC and Clinton campaign, of potentially making false statements to Congress regarding his interactions with former Justice Department official Bruce Ohr.
Simpson testified in 2017 that he did not meet Ohr until after the 2016 election. Ohr told Congress that they met in August 2016 to discuss Fusion GPS and Steele’s investigation of the Trump campaign.
Grassley said in a letter sent Dec. 3, 2018 that Simpson made “extremely misleading” statements in a deposition before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Aug. 22, 2017.
President Trump Signs Order Giving Durham Authority to Present Classified Information to Grand Jury Investigating Crossfire Hurricane
The White House announced on Tuesday that President Trump signed an order on December 18 giving US Attorney from Connecticut John Durham the authority to present classified information to a grand jury investigating Crossfire Hurricane. Under previous DOJ rules and regulations the Attorney General needed consent from the specific classifying agency which allowed Deep Staters in the CIA to stonewall release of documents.
As TGP previously reported, Attorney General Bill Barr appointed U.S. Attorney John Durham as a Special Counsel in October tasked with investigating the Crossfire Hurricane investigation targeting the Trump campaign and administration.
Barr said Durham’s probe has narrowed to the conduct of the FBI. Durham was initially appointed by Barr in 2019 to investigate the Russia collusion hoax investigation and so far has only produced one guilty plea: former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith who pled guilty last August to one felony count of making a false statement over altering a government email in the Carter Page investigation.
In July of 2016, Peter Strzok opened a counterintel investigation into Trump’s camp dubbed “Crossfire Hurricane” on suspicions (based on no evidence) that the Russians had infiltrated Trump’s circle.
For years the DOJ and FBI resisted the release of the “electronic communication” used to launch the scam investigation because it revealed the entire spying operation was a scam.
The “electronic communication” that launched Crossfire Hurricane was written by Peter Strzok and obtained by Judicial Watch as the result of a FOIA lawsuit.
The document was declassified and released with redactions.
The EC reveals Peter Strzok opened Crossfire Hurricane based on third-hand information that the Russian government “had been seeking prominent members of the Donald Trump campaign in which to engage to prepare for potential post-election relations should Trump be elected U.S. President.”
