Hillary Clinton-linked Perkins Coie lawyer Michael Sussman was indicted last Thursday for lying to the FBI about not representing “any client” when he acted as a running dog and tipped off the bureau about the Trump Organization secretly communicating with Russian Alfa Bank.

According to a debunked story published by far-left Slate, Trump set up a secret server at Trump Tower on 5th Avenue to “communicate privately with a Putin-tied Russian bank called Alfa Bank.”

The FBI began investigating the Trump Organization’s “back-channel” with the Russian-owned bank after Sussmann ran to the FBI and presented data files to back up the claims.

It was all a lie but Hillary promoted the lie anyway.

Recall, Hillary Clinton was the first to promote the bogus Russian Alfa Bank story with just days to go until the 2016 election

On October 31st Hillary tweeted, “It’s time for Trump to answer serious questions about his ties to Russia.” and she linked to a far-left Slate article claiming computer scientists discovered Trump’s secret server to be communicating with a Putin-tied bank called Alfa Bank. Excerpt from the Slate article:

“I have an outlier here that connects to Russia in a strange way,” he wrote in his notes. He couldn’t quite figure it out at first. But what he saw was a bank in Moscow that kept irregularly pinging a server registered to the Trump Organization on Fifth Avenue.

Here we are five years later and Hillary Clinton’s campaign lawyer was indicted by a grand jury for lying to the FBI about his role in promoting the bogus Russian Alfa Bank story.

Elias meddled in North Carolina before the 2020 Election:

Elias was sanctioned in Texas for his election actions.

Then Elias and Perkins Coie showed up in Arizona after the election to stop the Maricopa County audit.

But surprisingly Elias left Perkins Coie and started his own entity a month ago. On a Sunday in August, Perkins Coie announced Elias had left the firm.

Famed election rights lawyer Marc Elias has departed Perkins Coie to strike out on his own, as the law firm said it would continue advising clients on campaign finance and other political matters.

Elias, 10 other Perkins Coie partners and three counsel left the firm to form Elias Law Group, Perkins Coie announced Sunday. The new Washington, D.C.-based firm, which will also have an office in Perkins Coie’s hometown of Seattle, will represent candidates, party committees, political committees, nonprofit organizations, entities and voters. It will also back Democratic candidates and supporting voting rights.

Did Elias leave because he is in legal jeopardy? Is this why his departure was released to the press on a Sunday? Does it have anything to do with his actions involving Hillary Clinton and the fake Russia collusion lies to the FBI along with Sussman?

The national Democratic machine is in panic mode over the Arizona Senate’s Maricopa County ballot audit. On Tuesday, the Democrats sent in national fixer attorney Marc Elias’s firm Perkins Coie to throw around threats and make the audit go away.

The stakes are astronomical for the Dems, after all the November 3, 2020 election steal gained them the presidency and control of both houses. The swing states in which the 2020 election steal occurred are key to uncovering the truth and proving the fraud in the election and Arizona is one of those states.

Steve Bannon of the WarRoom Pandemic, Peter Navarro, who wrote an incredible three-part analysis explaining the 2020 election steal, The Navarro Report, and - Mike Lindell, who co-produced and hosted two documentaries about the 2020 election steal, have all repeatedly stated ‘that if just one of these swing states fall, they’ll all fall like a house of cards.’

So, to prevent ‘this house of cards from falling’ and any election tampering and fraud being exposed, the Democratic hit team blew into Arizona, a top Democrat-run nonprofit at the helm, with three law firms in tow to shut this thing in Arizona down.

Mark Elias’s favorite hammer is a nonprofit. Low and behold, whom do we find deployed in the threat, via an e-letter to the AZ Senate’s four chosen audit firms but the “Protect Democracy Project,” a 501(c)(3) charity, which is required by law, more so than other types of nonprofits, to remain strictly nonpartisan. (This act doesn’t look non-partisan.)

Perkins Coie and Marc Elias, Hillary Clinton’s consigliere, were, remember, responsible for the fabricated and discredited Steele Dossier which was a vicious, partisan attempt by the Democrats to remove Republican President Donald Trump from office.

The Protect Democracy Project (PDP) nonprofit, which is in reality functioning as a weaponized, political tool of the Democrats, sicced not one, not two, but three law firms on the Arizona Senate’s audit teams: Perkins Coie and two Arizona firms, Coppersmith Brockelman, and Barton Mendez Soto. With a hefty $12.4 million in revenue as of 2019 and a whopping 72 staff members, many of whom are attorneys, the PDP is a rich and powerful nonprofit and can afford to engage the legal muscle needed to enforce the Democrat billionaire’s will.

Furthermore, billionaire George Soros money follows where Marc Elias goes. In 2016, Soros gave $5 million to Elias and his firm to challenge photo ID requirements at polling places. When Elias joined the board of Priorities USA in 2017, which has similar “election integrity” goals (and, naturally, a related nonprofit, Priorities USA Action), Soros, in 2018, donated $5 million to its super PAC.

Re: Demand for Revocation of the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting

Dear Mr. Kliment:

I call on the Pulitzer Prize Board to immediately rescind the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting awarded to the staffs of The New York Times and The Washington Post, which was based on false reporting of a non-existent link between the Kremlin and the Trump Campaign. As has been widely publicized, the coverage was no more than a politically motivated farce which attempted to spin a false narrative that my campaign supposedly colluded with Russia despite a complete lack of evidence underpinning this allegation.

When the Board announced the prize, it lauded the recipients “for deeply sourced, relentlessly reported coverage in the public interest that dramatically furthered the nations’ understanding of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and its connections to the Trump campaign, the President-elect’s transition team, and his eventual administration.” Specifically, the prize was awarded for a series of articles centered around the now-debunked Russia collusion conspiracy theory. The headlines themselves were extremely sensational and leaned heavily on unsubstantiated anonymous sources. For example, much of the information contained in these articles were credited to “people with knowledge,” “current and former officials,” “some senior U.S. officials,” and other vaguely defined individuals. As a result, the public was deprived of an independent means of assessing their credibility, their potential for political bias, and the source of their knowledge.

For two years, these institutions feverishly pushed one Russia story after another and – despite lacking any credible evidence – attempted to persuade the public that my campaign had colluded with the Russian government. Contemporaneously with that reporting, numerous conservative news outlets and commentators questioned the legitimacy of these reports, exposing the clear logical fallacies contained in their narratives and pointing to the clear lack of evidence underpinning them.

It has since been confirmed that the allegations were false and I have been exonerated of these charges. Most recently, John Durham’s indictment of former cybersecurity attorney and Hillary Clinton Campaign attorney, Michael Sussman, serves as a damning repudiation of the media’s obsession with the collusion story. The indictment pointedly accuses Mr. Sussman of making false statements to the FBI when he presented “evidence” purporting to show secret communications between my organization and the Russia-based Alfa Bank. At the time, Mr. Sussman assured the FBI that he was providing this information of his own accord, and not at the behest of any particular individual or entity. The indictment reveals, however, that Mr. Sussman was working with other Democrats and billing his time to the Clinton campaign. Importantly, the indictment reinforces the falsehood of the Alfa Bank connection, stating that “the FBI’s investigation revealed that the e-mail server at issue was not owned or operated by the Trump Organization but, rather, had been administered by a mass marketing email company that send advertisements for Trump hotels and hundreds of other clients.”

For over a century, the Pulitzer Prize has been widely recognized as a significant achievement in the field of journalism. It has been viewed by many as an honor that is meant to be bestowed upon well-deserving recipients in recognition of their groundbreaking journalistic efforts. This level of reverence carries with it a very important connotation, namely that the reporting itself is inherently deemed credible, well-sourced and trustworthy. Given this powerful presumption, there is a heavy burden to ensure that these works are continuously and closely examined as to the veracity of the information contained therein. When it becomes apparent that a Pulitzer Prize-winning work was based on shoddy, dubious and manifestly false reporting – as is the case here – the Pulitzer Prize Board must react accordingly.

Ultimately, my hope is that the recipients of the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting, The New York Times and The Washington Post, will voluntarily surrender this award in light of recent revelations. However, should they fail to do so, I would expect that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation, including stripping the recipients of their prize and retracting the false statements which remain on the Pulitzer website. Without holding the recipients to such a high standard of accountability, the integrity of the Pulitzer Prize namesake stands to be wholly compromised.

Inspector General Horowitz discovers more FBI abuses of FISA process

Last year, IG Horowitz reviewed 29 random FISA applications. He found “that the FBI was not meeting the expectations of its own protocols.” As he reported in March 2020:

“We identified numerous instances of non-compliance with the Woods Procedures in the 25 Woods Files that were made available to us to review; and we reported that the FBI was unable to produce the original version of the remaining 4 Woods Files we requested.”

More concerning are the latest discoveries after an audit of more FISA applications. These include:

“over 400 instances of non-compliance with the Woods Procedures in connection with those 29 FISA applications”

“over 7,000 FISA applications authorized between January 2015 and March 2020, there were at least 179 instances in which the Woods File required by FBI policy was missing in whole or in part”

The more material errors (aside from losing their own files) included:

To put this into context, in December 2019, after IG Horowitz detailed substantial issues with the Carter Page FISA applications, the FISA Court noted that the misconduct was serious and ordered the FBI to conduct remedial measures to fix the problems of the FBI’s own creation. The FBI promised to take corrective action.

One can’t help but speculate that the FISA Court won’t do much about these latest issues, aside from ordering the FBI to conduct more training. After all, the then-presiding judge of the FISA Court, Judge Boasberg, refused jail time for FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith after he altered an e-mail and lied about Carter Page’s relationship with the CIA.

Knowing the history of the FISA Court excusing government misconduct, we present the same question now that we did after the Clinesmith sentencing: What does it say about the FISA Court’s “heightened duty of candor” if there aren’t heightened punishments for violating that duty?

And we have one final question - one that has applied to Director Wray for the last few years: how could the FBI Director allow these abuses to continue?

The big question, which this article makes no attempt to ask or answer, is: "Did the FBI raid Deripaska's home to find evidence, to make sure that evidence is NOT found, or something else?"

BREAKING: FBI Raids Home of Russian Oligarch Oleg Deripaska This Morning in DC - He's Connected to the Steele Dossier

FBI agents on Tuesday swarmed the home of Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska in Washington, D.C., an agency spokesperson confirmed to NBC News.

The reason for their presence wasn’t immediately clear. The spokesperson said the agency is conducting “law enforcement activity at the home,” but wouldn’t elaborate.

Deripaska is a billionaire oil tycoon with close ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin. He was among two dozen Russian oligarchs and officials who were sanctioned by the Treasury Department in April 2018.

We’ve reported on Deripaska in the past. Deripaska was reportedly visited by FBI Agents in the summer of 2016 pitching the Trump-Russia collusion garbage theory. It looked like they were trying to get Deripaska to work with them in setting up the future President Donald Trump.

We also reported on Deripaska when portions of the Steele dossier were released to the public. Steele claimed that his work for Deripaska was not part of his work related to his reporting of Carter Page. Steele also claimed Deripaska had no interaction with his main source for his garbage Steele dossier which the corrupt FBI used to spy on President Trump.

However, it was later reported that Steele’s main source in the Carter Page set up was pictured with Deripaska in June 2016 and with John McCain below.

A Russian hooker who hung out with Deripaska claimed she had Trump-Russia collusion information in an effort to get out of jail. It worked because the Mueller gang sprung her from jail as soon as they found out.

Exposed! Clinton lawyers tied to disinformation about Trump

The indictment of Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann for allegedly lying to the FBI sheds new light on the pivotal role of Democratic operatives in the Russiagate affair. The emerging picture shows Sussmann and his Perkins Coie colleague Marc Elias, the chief counsel for Clinton's 2016 campaign, proceeding on parallel, coordinated tracks to solicit and spread disinformation tying Donald Trump to the Kremlin.

In a detailed charging document last month, Special Counsel John Durham accused Sussmann of concealing his work for the Clinton campaign while trying to sell the FBI on the false claim of a secret Trump backchannel to Russia’s Alfa Bank. But Sussmann's alleged false statement to the FBI in September 2016 wasn't all. Just months before, he helped generate an even more consequential Russia allegation that he also brought to the FBI. In April of that year, Sussmann hired CrowdStrike, the cybersecurity firm that publicly triggered the Russiagate saga by lodging the still unproven claim that Russia was behind the hack of Democratic National Committee emails released by WikiLeaks.

At the time, CrowdStrike was not the only Clinton campaign contractor focusing on Russia. Just days before Sussmann hired CrowdStrike in April, his partner Elias retained the opposition research firm Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Trump and the Kremlin.

These two Clinton campaign contractors, working directly for two Clinton campaign attorneys, would go on to play highly consequential roles in the ensuing multi-year Russia investigation.

Working secretly for the Clinton campaign, Fusion GPS planted Trump-Russia conspiracy theories in the FBI and US media via its subcontractor, former British spy Christopher Steele. The FBI used the Fusion GPS's now debunked "Steele dossier" for investigative leads and multiple surveillance applications putatively targeting Trump campaign volunteer Carter Page.

CrowdStrike, reporting to Sussmann, also proved critical to the FBI's work. Rather than examine the DNC servers for itself, the FBI relied on CrowdStrike's forensics as mediated by Sussmann.

Although it is widely believed that CrowdStrike worked for the DNC, the firm in fact was retained by Sussmann and his Clinton campaign law firm. As CrowdStrike CEO Shawn Henry told the House committee, his contract was not with the DNC, but instead "with Michael Sussmann from Perkins Coie."

And it was Sussmann who controlled what the FBI was allowed to see. After bringing CrowdStrike on board, Sussmann pushed aggressively to publicize the firm's conclusion that Russian government hackers had attacked the DNC server, according to a December 2016 account in the New York Times.

Confirmed: John Durham's Investigation Is Much Farther Reaching Than Originally Thought

After years of silence, we finally started to get news regarding John Durham’s probe into the Trump-Russia investigation. As RedState reported, Michael Sussmann, one of the shadowy lawyers at the center of the false Alfa Bank story targeting the Donald Trump campaign, was indicted.

Then something happened last week that raised eyebrows. The FBI raided the residence of Oleg Deripaska. While the left tried to spin it as another move against Paul Manafort, others suspected it had something to do with the Durham investigation.

That theory was bolstered today after it was revealed that the scope of Durham’s investigation is reaching much farther than originally thought.

Durham is definitely making moves if he’s going after Fusion GPS and the DNC along with the individuals he’s targeting. I certainly didn’t expect that given how quiet things have been for so long. I think most had assumed he was getting ready to wrap things up. In fact, there was a report that stated that some months ago. Yet, he’s burst onto the scene with a big indictment and is apparently not done yet.

Could he be getting to the bottom of the DNC “hack,” which has always seemed more likely to be a leak based on the evidence we have? Will Fusion GPS operative Glenn Simpson get caught up in all this? We can hope as it would point to some semblance of justice being administered.

What we do know is that numerous Democrat-backed groups and figures spread false allegations during the 2016 election in order to try to destroy Donald Trump. Those people need to pay a price if we are to ever rid our system of such corruption and interference.

Another piece of news involves Durham’s budget, which AG Merrick Garland all but confirmed has been extended. In other words, he’s not closing up shop anytime soon.

We are looking at a probable expansion of Durham’s reach, and I’m as surprised as anyone. I really thought he was going to deliver nothing. When Sussmann was indicted, I then figured he was the sacrificial lamb and that would be the end of it. But now Durham is branching out into places Democrats really don’t want him snooping around.

Let’s hope there’s a lot more to come as this continues. Nothing will ever truly make amends for what happened during the 2016 election, but corrupt Democrat operatives going to jail would be a nice consolation.

Durham to call former FBI general counsel James Baker to testify in case of former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussman

Special Counsel John Durham plans to call former FBI General Counsel James Baker to testify in the case against former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, who was recently indicted for making false statements to the FBI.

During a virtual status hearing Tuesday, government prosecutors on Durham's team signaled their intention to call Baker to testify as part of the Sussmann case. Sussmann has pleaded not guilty to one count of making a false statement to a federal agent.

Durham's indictment alleges that Sussmann told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016 that he was not doing work "for any client" when he requested and held a meeting in which he presented data and evidence of a purported secret communications channel between then-candidate Donald Trump and Alfa Bank, which has ties to the Kremlin.

The indictment against Sussmann says he lied to Baker when he presented data linking the Trump Organization to a secret server that communicated with Alfa Bank. The indictment indicates Durham may be expanding his investigation to bring separate charges again Sussmann or additional defendants. Sussmann's indictment is the second prosecution to come out of the Durham's probe. ~~~~~~~~~~~

In the scope order, Barr stated that Durham "is authorized to investigate whether any federal official, employee, or any other person or entity violated the law in connection with the intelligence, counter-intelligence, or law-enforcement activities directed at the 2016 presidential campaigns, individuals associated with those campaigns, and individuals associated with the administration of President Donald J. Trump, including but not limited to Crossfire Hurricane and the investigation of Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III."
