Why would Pennsylvania’s Senate vote to subpoena some items related to the 2020 Election but ignore other items requested from another Senate Committee?
The Pennsylvania Senate Intergovernment Operations Committee voted yesterday to subpoena a number of items related to the 2020 Election in their state. This list was robust and included emails related to the Secretary of State’s office and a number of inventories of Pennsylvanians who voted or were registered in the 2020 Election.
The problem some are pointing out with yesterday’s subpoenas is that they omit the key elements from the Arizona audit – the ballots and the voting machines.
If yesterday’s vote in the Pennsylvania Senate was a legitimate attempt to get to the truth, why did they not ask for the supporting evidence (the ballots) that were counted in the 2020 Election? This omission needs to be corrected.
The President of the United States, Donald Trump, sent a letter to Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger requesting he invalidate 43,000 ballots included in the 2020 Election which are missing the legally required chain of custody documentation. This information likely comes from an ongoing case in Georgia that will go to court next week.
We also know that Arizona is scheduling releasing results of their audit next Friday and we have been told the amount of fraud in that state will be significant. We already know that per a review of passionate citizens that a canvassing shows that over 300,000 ballots in Arizona were counted in error. The crooks in Arizona didn’t like this exercise as well.
Next week the result of the audit of Maricopa County will be released and significant fraud is expected to be uncovered.
Here is the point –
Based on these two events – it is likely both Arizona and Georgia will have enough evidence of fraudulent counts of ballots in the 2020 Election to flip these states to the Donald Trump column – IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
We have been waiting for movement on this for a LONG time, AND the Maricopa County, Arizona audit report comes out tomorrow, September 24, 2021. This happening, the day before the audit results, places Eric Coomer is a REAL bind, as he will be under oath. Remember that Arizona has the routers now also.
Sidney Powell Announces Her Legal Team Will Depose Dominion’s Eric Coomer for Questioning Later Today
Attorney Sidney Powell announced during a recent interview that her legal team will depose Dominion’s Eric Coomer for questioning later today.
Coomer has sued several Trump supporters, media outlets and media personalities following the 2020 presidential election, including The Gateway Pundit and Jim Hoft.
Powell will have 2 hours to depose Eric Coomer later today.
Via The Freedom Times:
Sidney Powell revealed that her legal team is going to be able to ask Eric Coomer — the security director at the Colorado-based Dominion Voting Systems — two hours worth of questions in a deposition on September 23rd.
The deposition was granted by the Colorado court overseeing a defamatino lawsuit filed by Coomer that alleges Powell and other parties falsely accused him of being a key actor in “rigging” the election for President-elect Joe Biden.
Asked by Richard Harris of Truth and Liberty Coalition if her legal team gets to ask Mr. Coomer questions in a deposition, Powell exclaimed, “Yes, we are! I can’t wait!”
Harris followed by asking, “The court is going to give you some discovery in that case?”
Sidney replied: “Yeah, actually the court in Colorado, which is the first case and that’s the one Coomer brought against us, has given us a short but two-hour deposition of him before we even get to deciding what is called an Anti-SLAPP issue.’ That’s a whole other legal thing. I won’t even get into it. But basically you have a right in Colorado by statute to talk about issues of national importance without being slapped with a deposition lawsuit, which is exactly what we were doing and there’s a hearing on that later this month. But we’re going to get a first deposition of Mr. Coomer on September 23rd as it stands now.”

"In his technical analysis, CyFIR founder Ben Cotton maintained the EMS server was connected to the internet February 1 and SQL logs indicated election records were wiped that day right before two audits were due to begin on February 2...Cyber Ninjas founder Doug Logan confirmed this finding of the forensic audit."
Forensic auditors: Maricopa County election database wiped one day before audit
Cyber security contractors said an administrator account deleted the entire Maricopa County general election results the day before the audit began. Digital forensic auditors Ben Cotton and Doug Logan presented their findings to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann in Phoenix on Friday.
In his technical analysis, CyFIR founder Ben Cotton maintained the EMS server was connected to the internet February 1 and SQL logs indicated election records were wiped that day right before two audits were due to begin on February 2.
“There’s also a correlation to the purging of the database. It’s the day before the audit,” he announced. “Almost the same time exactly. Obviously, this requires an explanation.”
Cyber Ninjas founder Doug Logan confirmed this finding of the forensic audit.
Logan went on to explained, “some individual went into an application and they chose specifically to run something that would clear all records in the system that was used to generate the official results, the day before an audit started.”
The intentional overwrite of the security logs was cleared by the EMS administration account. The account was not assigned to any one particular individual, which presented the unique challenge of pinpointing the culprit.
However, Cotton said they luckily had data they were able to backtrack and align with video feeds.
He went on to say, “we have captured screen shots of Maricopa County people at the keyboards during those time periods.”
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has said he would take all necessary actions that were supported by evidence and where he had legal authority.
"The Texas Secretary of State has announced on Thursday, September 23 it will conduct a full and comprehensive forensic audit of any election and has already begun the process in Texas’ two largest Democrat counties and two largest Republican counties—Dallas, Harris, Tarrant, and Collin—for the 2020 election."
Texas Secretary of State’s Office Announces FULL FORENSIC AUDIT on 4 Texas Counties
In August the Texas Senate passed the Republican election integrity bill after an unsuccessful Democrat filibuster ended after 15 hours.
Via the American First Audit Channel.
The vote passed by an 18-11 margin.
Democrats tried to shut this audit down too — IN TEXAS! Why are they so terrified of audits?
On Thursday the Texas Secretary of State announced it will conduct a FULL AND COMPREHENSIVE FORENSIC AUDIT in four Texas counties including the two largest Democrat Counties in the state.
This is great news for the rule of law and for the future of this country.
Of course, Democrats are against it.
CBS Local reported:
The Texas Secretary of State has announced on Thursday, September 23 it will conduct a full and comprehensive forensic audit of any election and has already begun the process in Texas’ two largest Democrat counties and two largest Republican counties—Dallas, Harris, Tarrant, and Collin—for the 2020 election.
In a statement sent to CBS 11, it said in part: Under existing Texas laws, the Secretary of State has the authority to conduct a full and comprehensive forensic audit. We anticipate the Legislature will provide funds for this purpose.
Earlier in an open letter to Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Former President Donald Trump has backed House Bill 16(PDF) that calls for a “review of the results of the 2020 general election.”
“Bills to audit elections in your great state’s House and Senate were considered during Texas’ Second Special Session. Instead, the legislature passed a watered-down amendment that doesn’t even apply to the 2020 Presidential Election,” said President Trump. “This short amendment doesn’t answer the questions Texans have about the last election. Texans demand a real audit to completely address their concerns.”
"1,064,746 election files and 9,571 directories were deleted from just one drive, and nearly 500,000 files were removed from three scanners...Biden’s certified victory margin in Arizona was just 10,457 votes."
The findings summary from the final audit report, dated September 24, flagged around 50,000 problematic votes, including 23,344 mail-in ballots cast from voters using a prior address. Another 5,295 votes came from people who potentially voted in multiple counties, while over 9,000 returned votes were not shown as having been sent out, according to the report. Biden’s certified victory margin in Arizona was just 10,457 votes out of 3.3 million votes.
Other issues discovered by the audit, which began in May at the direction of the Republican-led state senate, included thousands of votes cast by voters found to have moved out of the county or the state ahead of the 2020 election.
“The audit found that Maricopa County overwrote the entire activity log in its Election Management System,” she noted, adding that Maricopa officials produced “more than 37,000 identical queries” days after a court ordered the county to release election materials to the senate.
“Arizona must immediately decertify their 2020 Presidential Election Results,” President Donald Trump said in a statement yesterday echoed by Arizona GOP chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward and dozens of state lawmakers across the country.
“I’m very disappointed to see that Maricopa County refused to cooperate with us,” Fann said at a senate hearing about the audit findings on Friday. “Not only did they not cooperate with us, they even went so far as to sue us.”
A scathing report by CyFIR, another firm involved in the audit, highlighted more than 1 million election-related files purged from Maricopa County election devices before the start of the investigation. 1,064,746 election files and 9,571 directories were deleted from just one drive, and nearly 500,000 files were removed from three scanners, the report noted. Some drives also inexplicably held apparent election data from other states, including South Carolina and Washington.
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, an MIT-educated engineer hired as an audit investigator, also testified on Friday that over 34,000 duplicate ballot envelopes cast by just 17,126 individual voters in 2020 election were counted in Maricopa County. In a presentation for state legislators, Ayyadurai added that thousands of mail-in ballot with blank signatures or “scribbles” should not have passed signature verification, though the county only reported 587 “bad signatures.”
“It’s high noon," said Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, a Republican. “There’s so much crap going on,” he added, referring to the state’s fight over mask mandates, federalized elections, abortion, immigration, critical race theory, 2020 election audits, and even the National Archives's move to put hazard warnings on historical documents, including the Constitution.
The last time we checked in with Brnovich, the leading GOP Senate primary candidate poised to challenge Sen. Mark Kelly next year, he and the state were front and center in the election reform fight. Since May, however, the list has exploded, and he has jumped in with both feet. “I am kind of the straw that stirs the drink,” he said.
Most known for the historic Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee election integrity case, the first-generation American has greatly expanded his portfolio like no other state attorney general.
Along the way, he’s been hit by critics who claim he’s using his office to expand his name recognition and reach leading up to the 2022 primaries and his likely eventual challenge to Kelly, who has a more local approach to his job.
A look at press releases tells that story. Brnovich’s recent releases reference cases involving election reform, gun control, illegal immigration, vaccine mandates, airline antitrust, and taxes.
Kelly’s releases cover local jobs, veterans, forest policy, and the drought in the West.
But Brnovich said he has not added to his and his staff’s caseload for the election, though he is aware of the national importance of many of the cases and challenges to Washington he has filed or joined.
“I feel like there’s this window of opportunity, this key moment in history that if we don’t stand up now and protect the Constitution and rule of law, we’ll never get it back,” said Brnovich, who compares himself to the sheriff played by Gary Cooper in the classic High Noon Western.
He is especially concerned that Washington Democrats will succeed in pushing through Biden’s liberal agenda before the election, in which Republicans are now favored to take control of Congress.
“We’re facing two maladies in this country. One was created in a Chinese lab. The other is coming out of D.C.,” he said. “If we don’t have this fight now, I don’t want to look back 25 or 50 years from now and have people ask, ‘What did you do when the United States was becoming a socialist or Marxist country?' I want to be able to say, ‘I stopped it.’”
