         "But when this problem of apparently ineligible ballots being counted is reported by large numbers of GOP and non-partisan challengers, and when the numbers of ballots involved climb into the thousands, the voting public should be concerned."

Were Undocumented Ballots The Reason For Fraud at Detroit’s TCF Center?..."I literally watched thousands of unverified ballots get run through the machines”

~~~~~~~~~~ Certainly, the challengers’ affidavits are replete with allegations of every kind of fraud – from workers filling out blank ballots to tabulation of ballots from other counties. But was there a type of fraud, or more subtly, an election law violation that could protect fraud, that occurred in significant magnitude to move the needle in Michigan?
During the painstaking process of peeling back the onion, one layer at a time, MC4EI investigators came upon a recurring observation by the GOP and non-partisan challengers: they frequently encountered ballots of voters not found in the electronic poll book or the paper supplemental lists of late registering voters. On the surface, this might not appear to be anything out of the ordinary. Indeed, there can be problems during a busy election, and a few voters and their ballots will occasionally “slip through the cracks” and fail to make it onto the list of eligible voters.
But when this problem of apparently ineligible ballots being counted is reported by large numbers of GOP and non-partisan challengers, and when the numbers of ballots involved climb into the thousands, the voting public should be concerned. A recurring theme in the challengers’ accounts is that these undocumented ballots were routinely challenged by the GOP, but their challenges were not accepted – or even recorded — by poll workers or their superiors.
Although this was denied by top election officials who spoke to the media, the evidence is overwhelming and comes from dozens of GOP and non-partisan poll challengers. Their sworn testimony in countless affidavits proved that this was an ongoing problem on both counting days. It amounted to systematic obstruction of the challenger’s duties – duties supposedly protected by State law. ~~~~~~~~~~~
So I followed the guy, and he went all the way to the back of the counting hall, and there was a table — two tables actually — set up there, and he was delivering these unverified ballots, and there were a group of people — they didn’t have a computer set up or anything. They were literally just tearing the tabs off them, folding them straight, and putting them in groups of fifty so that they could go through the counting machines. So, I literally watched thousands of unverified ballots get run through the machines.”
       "What it comes down to, is Dominion wants to pick who looks at their voting machines."
Once Again Dominion Voting Systems Attempt to Prevent An Investigation of Their Voting Machines - This Time in Pennsylvania
Dominion Voting machines continues to attempt to prevent any investigations into their voting machines used in the 2020 Election.
According to CBS Pennsylvania:
Dominion Voting Systems has asked a court to restrict any inspection of its voting machines as part of what Republican lawmakers call a “forensic investigation” of Pennsylvania’s 2020 election to a laboratory that has specific credentials.
The Denver-based voting-system manufacturer filed paperwork in court Monday evening as Republican lawmakers move to inspect Dominion’s machines and software in southern Pennsylvania’s sparsely populated Fulton County using an unaccredited contractor that has no election experience.
In its court papers, Dominion requested an order requiring that any inspection be conducted by a federally accredited voting system test lab or a national laboratory used by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
The problem for Dominion is that the federally “accredited” voting system test labs for years weren’t accredited when they were used as accredited test labs.  We found this in Arizona this last year.  When we pointed this out, the EAC immediately updated the two labs used in Arizona that day.   These labs self-assess anyways and no one is reviewing these assessments that we can tell.
The other entities that Dominion mentions, “national laboratory used by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency” are also likely limited in nature too.
What it comes down to, is Dominion wants to pick who looks at their voting machines.
As an auditor or investigator, when someone prevents access to data requested, multiple red flags arise.  Many companies have annual code of conduct documents that all employees must sign that state that each and every employee must provide auditors the documents they ask for when they ask for them.  Going against this policy could likely lead to termination.
Breaking Exclusive: Election Investigators Make Surprise Move in Wisconsin, Blanket State with Subpoenas Related to 2020 Election
The investigation into Wisconsin’s elections is still ongoing as special counsel Michael Gableman continues looking into how voting in the state was carried out in the 2020 general election. Gableman is now issuing about 70 subpoenas to state entities and employees, special interest groups, private companies, mayoral staffers and IT departments, throughout Wisconsin to obtain records, depositions and more information on the election process and organizations that seem to have had a hand in the administration of elections.
Gableman, who was previously a Wisconsin Supreme Court justice, was asked by Speaker of the Wisconsin state Assembly Robin Vos to lead an investigation into the 2020 election in the state. Gableman agreed and was appointed as special counsel.
The investigation is looking into several components of what went on during the election. Gableman is looking into how Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and the money he donated to the Center for Tech and Civic Life influenced the election, what the Wisconsin Election Commission was doing, the conduct of the mayors and the municipal clerks, the operation of the voting machines and other factors which might have influenced the election.
Wisconsin elections are not administered by the secretary of state, like in other states. Instead, Wisconsin’s State Ethics Board and the Wisconsin Election Commission work in collaboration with a large number of municipal clerks, county clerks and election inspectors during election season.
Many municipal clerks throughout the state live in very small towns, but in contrast, there are clerks in Wisconsin’s five biggest cities: Madison, Racine, Kenosha, Green Bay and Milwaukee. The clerks, however, are not independent authorities and report to the mayor, the city’s common council or the state elections commission.
Now Gableman is specifically looking into these cities’ mayors, clerks and staffers and how they might have been influenced by funding from the CTCL, which, thanks to generous donations from Zuckerberg, gave approximately $350 million to communities to run elections.
January 12, 2022 - CALIFORNIA
        "Gov. Gavin Newsom’s signature Monday on Assembly Bill 37 makes California the eighth state in the nation with a law on the books requiring every voter to be mailed a ballot."
It's Official: California is Now a Universal Vote-by-Mail State - Makes It Easier for Democrats to Steal Elections
This is exactly what the Democrats want in every state.
California’s universal vote-by-mail became permanent on Saturday after Governor Newsom used Covid as an excuse to mail out millions of ballots during the 2020 election.
Governor Gavin Newsom signed the bill into law in September and it went into effect January 1, 2022.
Under the new law, all voters will be mailed ballots for statewide and local elections.
The Los Angeles Times reported:
California’s pandemic-inspired move toward mailing a ballot to every registered, active voter will become a permanent part of the state’s political landscape, an embrace of an extended and flexible voting process instead of the traditional focus on a single day of voting in person.
Gov. Gavin Newsom’s signature Monday on Assembly Bill 37 makes California the eighth state in the nation with a law on the books requiring every voter to be mailed a ballot. The new law is part of an evolution of voting in the state over the last two decades, an effort to provide voters more options for when and where to cast their ballots.
“Data shows that sending everyone a ballot in the mail provides voters access. And when voters get ballots in the mail, they vote,” Assemblyman Marc Berman (D-Palo Alto), the bill’s author, said during a Senate committee hearing in July.
       "The investigation will move forward despite RINOs, Democrats, and Dominion Voting machines protesting the effort...Dominion Voting Systems lost a bid in court to restrict any inspection of its voting machines to a laboratory that has specific credentials, which Envoy Sage does not have."
        In other words, Dominion does not get to choose who will inspect their machines.
HUGE NEWS: Court Rules Pennsylvania Senate’s Investigation of the 2020 Election Results in the State Will Move Forward
A Pennsylvania Court has ruled in the case regarding the state Senate’s investigation into the 2020 Election results in Pennsylvania.  The investigation will move forward despite RINOs, Democrats, and Dominion Voting machines protesting the effort. ~~~~~~~~~~
The state, led by its corrupt AG and SoS, are trying to stop this effort from moving forward.  They attempted to ask what was the purpose of the investigation, but it is really none of their business because the Senate felt compelled to have the audit performed and have no legal obligation [that we know of] to provide the rationale for the investigation to the state’s corrupt executive groups. ~~~~~~~~
The Senate’s highest-ranking member, President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, a gubernatorial candidate trying to establish his pro-Trump credentials, said in a statement that the ruling “upholds the General Assembly’s clear legal and constitutional authority to provide oversight of our election system.”
Shapiro, who is also running for governor this year, said in a statement that the court recognized there are serious questions about the vendor hired by the Senate Republicans “to safeguard the private personal information of nine million Pennsylvania voters.”
After attempting to sidetrack the effort in Pennsylvania, the opponents of the investigation began attacking the investigators.  This is their next tactic. ~~~~~~~~
On Monday, Dominion Voting Systems lost a bid in court to restrict any inspection of its voting machines to a laboratory that has specific credentials, which Envoy Sage does not have.
        Giving voting right to non-citizens does not effect national elections...do they? After all, they would only be allowed to vote in local and state elections. But wait, this is going to effect the make-up of the Electoral College delegates, and that DOES affect national elections. This is also a training and recruiting ground for the next waves of voter fraud that will be attempted.
NYC Sued for Giving Voting Rights to Nearly 1M Foreign Nationals
The New York State Republican Party, naturalized American citizens, and a Democrat city councilman have filed a lawsuit against New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) over a new policy that gives voting rights to nearly a million foreign nationals.
As Breitbart News has chronicled, Democrats on the 51-member New York City Council approved a plan last month that allows more than 800,000 foreign nationals with green cards, visas, and work permits the opportunity to vote in citywide elections so long as they have resided in the city for at least 30 consecutive days.
Adams approved the plan this week, allowing it to become New York City policy.
Now, the New York State Republican Party and others have filed a lawsuit to prevent the policy from going into effect, arguing that the state’s constitution makes it explicitly clear that voting rights are reserved only for American citizens and not foreign nationals.
“We vowed to use every legal tool in our arsenal to block this unconstitutional and un-American law, and that’s exactly what we’re doing,” New York Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy said in a statement:
The law is clear and the ethics are even clearer: We shouldn’t be allowing citizens of other nations to vote in our elections, full stop. We are only two weeks into the Adams administration and he is already kowtowing to the radical City Council. This lawsuit is the only thing that will stop them from their ultimate goal of eradicating all the lines between citizens and non-citizens.
CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Pennsylvania Man Stuffs Ballot Dropbox with Handfuls of Ballots in Broad Daylight
There is a reason why Democrats want ballot drop-boxes and it’s not because they are necessary or convenient. It’s because they make it easier for Democrats to cheat.
According to radio host John Fredericks, True the Vote has a whistleblower ballot trafficker in Georgia who is now talking to investigators. According to Just the News the man WAS PAID THOUSANDS to harvest ballots in Georgia.
From our own investigative reporting at The Gateway Pundit we now believe this was a massively organized operation by the Democrat Party in several states to rig and steal the 2020 election. We also believe that the proof is coming out soon on the ballot trafficking operations in several states.
Biden Says To Nuke Filibuster So Pelosi Can Run America's Elections
President Joe Biden demanded the destruction of the Senate filibuster in Atlanta on Tuesday for the sake of passing Democrats’ federal takeover of elections.
“I’ve been having these quiet conversations with members of Congress for the last two months. I’m tired of being quiet,” screeched the commander-in-chief, pounding his hand on the lectern. The president did not call for the total elimination of the Senate rule allowing the minority to block legislation short of 60 votes, but urged Senate Democrats to amend the minority lever with an exception afforded to the party’s “voting rights” bill.
Biden cloaked his calls for change in the upper chamber under the umbrella of civil rights, claiming Republicans have sought to strip voting rights by virtue of primarily voter ID laws. No American citizen, however, has been fundamentally disenfranchised by a single law passed by Republicans to enhance election integrity.
“As an institutionalist, I believe that the threat to our democracy is so grave that we must find a way to pass these voting rights bills,” Biden said at a consortium of historically black colleges in reference to a series of packaged reforms by Democrats to federalize elections ahead of a hostile midterm cycle. Biden called on the Democrats’ 50-50 “majority [to] prevail” in the passage of broad radical legislation with the Democrats’ upper hand only secured through a tie-breaking vote by the vice president.
Biden opposed changing the filibuster rule throughout the Democrat primary but signaled his willingness to call for its elimination after clinching the nomination.
“If that bare minimum is blocked,” Biden added, “we have no option but to change the Senate rules, including getting rid of the filibuster for this.”
Biden pivoted back to the “Freedom to Vote Act” in December as a top priority for the administration after West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin successfully blocked the president’s prohibitively expensive signature “Build Back Better” bill. The legislation eliminates safeguards for election integrity by banning witness signature validation on absentee ballots and preventing election officials from independently verifying voter eligibility. The bill also requires states to offer same-day registration, which enhances the likelihood of fraud as officials lack sufficient time to ensure the accuracy of information provided.
The Senate filibuster rule is the only institutional lever standing in the way of Democrats federalizing elections by a narrow one-vote majority secured only by control of the White House. Successful passage, however, would require support from both Manchin and Arizona Democrat Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, who have not endorsed changing the filibuster.
January 17, 2022 - WISCONSIN
          "Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren concluded that “in looking at the statutes, there is no specific authorization for drop boxes,” and that WEC’s guidance constituted “a major policy decision that alters how our absentee ballot process operates,” and therefore could not have been validly instituted without legislative approval."
Ballot drop boxes that helped Biden take Wisconsin in 2020 were illegal, judge rules
The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) violated state law when it blessed the use of absentee ballot drop boxes in the 2020 elections, highlighting one of the many issues that plagued the presidential race and potentially impacting how future elections will turn out in the Dairy State.
Last summer, the conservative Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) filed a lawsuit against WEC over the issue, arguing that Wisconsin law only allows absentee ballots to be “mailed by the elector, or delivered in person, to the municipal clerk issuing the ballot or ballots.” Yet WEC issued memos to local election administrators advising them that unstaffed and unsupervised drop boxes could be used to collect absentee ballots instead.
NPR reported that on Thursday, Circuit Court Judge Michael Bohren concluded that “in looking at the statutes, there is no specific authorization for drop boxes,” and that WEC’s guidance constituted “a major policy decision that alter[s] how our absentee ballot process operates,” and therefore could not have been validly instituted without legislative approval.
Bohren ordered WEC to rescind the guidance by January 27, effectively ending the use of absentee ballot drop boxes in Wisconsin unless his decision is reversed by a higher court. “Staff and WEC commissioners plan to review the court’s order and consult with legal counsel in the coming days,” WEC spokesperson Riley Vetterkind told NPR.
“The guidance from the Wisconsin Elections Commission on absentee ballot drop boxes was unlawful,” said WILL Deputy Counsel Luke Berg. “There are just two legal methods to cast an absentee ballot in Wisconsin: through the mail or in-person at a clerk’s office. And voters must return their own ballots. We are pleased the court made this clear, providing Wisconsin voters with certainty for forthcoming elections.”
WILL says the comprehensive review it released last month of 2020 election irregularities “found that the widespread adoption of absentee ballot drop boxes, not provided for under Wisconsin law, was correlated with an increase of about 20,000 votes for Joe Biden, while having no significant effect on the vote for [former President Donald] Trump.”
Trump lost Wisconsin by 20,682 votes.
Last October, another report by the Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau (WLAB) found systemic issues with the reliability of the final results enabled by WEC, casting doubt on the validity of even more of the state’s votes.
Recent breakthroughs in 2020 election probes undercut narrative that legal avenues are exhausted
More than a year after the disputed 2020 presidential election, a series of legal breakthroughs in the investigation of the electoral process in decisive swing states — including official inquiries, court rulings, audits and finial disclosures — has unfolded in rapid succession recently, even as election integrity opponents continue to insist that all legal avenues for questioning the outcome have long since been exhausted. ~~~~~~~~~~~
However, as Navarro and others have argued, many of the election integrity cases brought before courts were dismissed because they lacked standing. Out of 90 cases related to the 2020 presidential election, only 25 were decided on the merits, and 18 of those were won by Trump and/or the GOP party in the lawsuit.
In the 14 months since the election, abundant evidence of irregularities has emerged through audits, investigations, and court decisions — much of it surfacing within the past month. ~~~~~~~~ In December, a Pennsylvania judge ordered that Fulton County's Dominion voting machines be sent to the state Senate for inspection this month, after Shapiro and Democratic acting Secretary of the Commonwealth Veronica Degraffenreid sued to prevent it. However, the state Supreme Court this past week temporarily blocked the inspection until the full court can consider it, according to KDKA, a local CBS affiliate.
Back in November, an investigation was launched by Delaware County district Attorney Jack Stollsteimer into videos that purport to show the destruction of ballots and machinery in the 2020 election by county election officials.
Following Arizona's state Senate audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Republican state Attorney General Mark Brnovich, vowed to investigate any irregularities that were uncovered. The most recent announcement by the attorney general's Elections Integrity Unit was in late October, when Brnovich announced the indictment of a felon who allegedly voted illegally in the 2020 election.
At a rally in October, Republican state Rep. Mark Finchem read aloud a November 2020 letter from a purported whistleblower who claimed that "34,000 or 35,000 fictitious voters" were "inserted into the system" of Pima County during the general election. Finchem later read the letter into the record at an "ad hoc" election integrity hearing in Tucson last month. ~~~~~~~~~~
In Georgia, meanwhile, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced earlier this month that he has opened an investigation into possible illegal ballot harvesting during the state's 2020 general election and subsequent U.S. Senate runoffs. According to state law, third-party activists are prohibited from picking up and delivering ballots on behalf of voters, a tactic called "harvesting." ~~~~~~~~
In Wisconsin on Thursday, a judge ruled that the absentee ballot drop boxes used during the 2020 election are prohibited under state law, and ordered the Wisconsin Elections Commission to retract its instructions for election officials on using them. ~~~~~~~~~~
On Jan. 10, a Wisconsin judge refused to block a subpoena seeking testimony from Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe that former State Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael Gableman issued in his election probe authorized by state lawmakers. ~~~~~~~~ Also during 2020, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg donated $350 million to The Center for Tech and Civic Life, which granted the funds to municipalities conducting elections in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. ~~~~~~~~~~~
A month after the 2020 election, for example, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that state and local election officials were wrong to allow voters to declare themselves "indefinitely confined" due to COVID-19 to skip voter ID requirements for voting absentee in the election. The court found that Democratic Gov. Tony Evers didn't have the legal authority to issue an executive order that allowed voters to circumvent the requirement. Wisconsin's Legislative Audit Bureau found numerous other rule changes were made that were not approved by the state legislature.
In Arizona, an audit called into question more than 50,000 ballots cast in the November 2020 election, while in Georgia, state election officials have uncovered such widespread mismanagement in vote counting in Fulton County that they have begun a process to have the state run future elections in its largest county, which includes the city of Atlanta.
