The Ultra Orthodox in Israel live in bubbles / communities where each sect listen to their Rabbis first and the rule of law last that is why they are now amongst the highest suffering group in terms of contagion .
We are seeing every day TV of the Ultra Orthodox crowding / collecting / massing as if nothing is happening and if for no other reason than for the protection of the larger general public the Police have been called in to disperse and detain the known trouble makers who are encouraging the crowds to go about their lives protected as they believe by the Almighty , these people live in an alternate universe
