Mentally....... side note have you noticed things don’t piss u off as much since quitting? I’m not say I don’t get upset, but I have definitely chilled some, especially driving.

Side note, I notice that I have disagreements differently. I used to get mad, then to cool,off, I would smoke. Now, I don’t get to that level of mad, so no need to cool down. So I would say I don’t get as pissed, as in level verses occurrences.

Today a should have stayed in bed day! I don’t think I’m awake causing me to constantly back track....which makes me want to smoke. But not going to! Just to be clear, handling the situation. Just another trigger to deal with. But I’m going to PREVAIL! Lol
