Hi Everyone, so glad to be nearly two years without smokes, looking at how bad smoking is for people who get COVID. Luckily here in Australia we jumped hard on the pandemic and have almost wiped it out.

Congratulations!! You are a trooper! You hung in there and Nailed This! You now have an 80% chance of remained a quitter for life as long as you don't fall for the 'just one' thinking. Being a successful quitter brings us a heightened sense of accomplishment that every single one of us can do. You will definitely inspire others . Way to Go!!

Hi Mrissa
Thanks for your message! It makes such a difference in life to concentrate on health and fitness. Steady gradual progress creates energy and happiness. Two years without tobacco must have just about eliminated the additional statistical risk of all the numerous types of health damage that smoking can do. I hope all our September 2018 quit buddies are doing well. I have been enjoying running and meditating, but sadly have stopped going to my yoga classes as I am terrified of this covid virus.
All the best

Hello everyone and congratulations on 2 years or almost 2 years! I will admit that lately I have had a few shouts in my ear. Just one! Are you kidding me? Does the nicodevil really think I am stupid enough to fall for that one??? LOL! Quitting was a bitch and I am so glad that I did. Hope you are all well. Been staying home more than I'd like, but I am older and my younger daughter is expecting in November, so trying to stay safe. Unfortunately there are no cruises in my future either. Thank goodness we went last January! BTW, it was one of our best trips yet. 3 nights in So Beach Miami (our hotel was across the street from Lummus Park) and a 7 night cruise. Hopefully this Covid thing goes away soon. We'll see what happens after the election! Are we supposed to add a key? I probably won't take the time to figure that out! LOL! Stay safe everyone and yeah for us!
PS Awaken1961 and RoberTU hope you see this. All the names wouldn't fit on the cc line!

Hi Nan!
Congratulations!! 2 years we did it!! I think keys, bells, trumpets, a dancing line will do!! I need to change my pic and take the wings off my keys since they have landed.
Congratulations on your expecting daughter as well!
I'm glad to hear that you are staying safe through this pandemic. The best thing we did was quit smoking. No way am I ever going back. I love the freedom I have. The coronavirus attacks the lungs and people who smoke and vape are at tremendous risks.
I'm looking forward to taking a vacation. I'm glad that you had a cruise when you did.
Hope everyone is doing well and celebrating our freedoms!

Hi gang. Nice to hear from you all. Congrats to all of us as we hit 2 years!. All is good here. A lot of my golf buddies and their families and mine have tested positive for antibodies. A bunch of us got tested in June. We did a 2nd test a week later to be sure. Me and my wife had a stomach bug for a few days in early May - was the only time we were “sick”. Was no big deal luckily. I blame all my kids (They were never sick) as they all went to beach with lots of friends. Oops! Lol. Anyway, it is a real danger to some so stay safe! Congrats again!
