Thanks. I still get cravings but are weird to describe. It's like a light 1/2 second electric shock to my entire body that quickly fades away. Like reaching for my shirt pocket as soon as I leave work only now the shock comes as soon as I start lifting my hand as opposed to after 2-3 taps over the pocket when I first quit. A little salivation with a deep breath and it's gone. I'll do my best to keep going.
