Yesterday was my day to quit - NOPE. Stopped at 2pm and went to bed. Today I did not get up until 10am as I feared the cravings. Getting better. Have an abnormally high heart rate and am worried about my health. All I can do now is take it easy and do some slow exercises like a stroll. I will let you know how I am feeling by the end of the day. Each time you take up smoking again it gets worse.
How are you doing Alice? Take it hour by hour in the beginning and then day by day. Nap if you can to stop the cravings hitting you hard!
