I am now exactly 1 year and 6 months free of nicotine! I still think about it, but I’m extremely happy that I chose to take my life back.

Good morning Diane. I stopped the poison smoke in 2007 using Chantix. I did lower
the dose towards the end but hard to remember how much or how long. I do remember
splitting them. Don't ever think about going back to smoke, it was a terrible addition.
You can do it.
