I started a free form peyote bracelet this summer. I lost it, when I was bringing my beginning inch to show off to a friend.  :-(  I was so distraught, but  I got back on the horse and started a new one. It isn't finished (nothing unusual for me), but it has taken on a life of its own and I LOVE it!

That's one of the things that I love about freeform work is that it really does seem to take on a life of it's own!  It's amazing that you can create such an exquisite piece of beadwork without a pattern - just a pile of beads (literally!), some thread and a needle.

I'm not working on the piece that I posted on the blog for another couple of days because I'm far away from home, spending some time with my family, but I can't wait to get home and finish it.  Once I finish it, I'll have some great tutorials about doing freeform beadwork, too!
