Is it just my computer or are the words underneath the picture topper moving?

I do not see movement where none is intended to be...

It's my computer. The words are not under the pictures when I look at it, they are under two pictures. Windows 7 glitch.

I do not see any words under the picture.  I see words above the picture.

I see only one picture, and what seems like there might be a second picture under it, but I am unable to see it.

I'm going to see if I can get tech support to look into it. It shouldn't look like that. What browser are you using?
