It's a scam, it's even advertised on this web site, the info is you pay $1.95 but after you've checked the box that says you don't want the extra 4 days whitening that comes with a tray for $48+ they charge you for it any way.  The free phone number to cancel is charged at national rates and they keep you hanging on - I called (from my cell) and waited 15 minutes.  I expect they are pocketing $  thousands every day from cheated customers on this alone. disgruntled for sure.

My mom's "whitening secret" was called brushing --  >:P

I have decided that wild violets are the GOP of the flower bed. They lull you with their old-fashioned beauty into thinking that you might share a value system. They make you believe that they want peace in the garden. Then one morning you wake up and the little f***ers have taken over, shouldering out anything exotic, sweetly choking the bejeezus out of anything of that disagrees with them.  Beware the violet.  -- my friend Julie R.

There's a certain, minimal amount of whitening that can be gained from baking soda, but I can't remember if that's considered too abrasive.

Since I have sensitive teeth, my dentist told me to avoid whitening toothpastes -- even if they're in "sensitive" formulas. Don't know about baking soda per se.

The Powers That Be have been notified about this ad and hopefully it will soon disappear, if it hasn't already.
