as of 9/26/09, Hasbro has not improved the rules links and not made them easily searchable.  Very frustrating.  I've set up a makeshift page that links directly to their pdf rules for download.  It is a list of over 4000 rules, but a simple Control-F will help you find the right rules in the list.  Then click on the name to start the download.
