My lovely snowflakes gave up the ghost last night and started chipping, so I had to redo them for today.
I started out with a yellowy gold that I hated by morning, so I had to scrub that all off.
I wanted something Christmas-y though, so I ended up painting my tips with a Sally Hanson gold that I've had around, and topcoating with a sort of cinnamon-y glitter that has green, gold & red.
Wish the photos were better! I'm really going to have to figure out this hand photography thing.

Pretty :) I think it's the lighting that is hindering the fabulousness of your photos.

Other than going outside, I'm not sure how else to light them. These were with my desk light shining right on my hand.

That's why it comes out orangy. If you are not using a flash try going beside a window.

Thanks. I'll have to try to improve my photography - it really doesn't do the colors on the nails justice to have such poor lighting.

Here are my nails today - notable for the fact that I got a compliment - from a man in the IT department. LOL
Bad photography (as usual) but interesting effect. I started out with a chocolate brown, topped it with gold glitter, then a dash of green glitter for fun, then stamped a bit of design on a few nails in black which looked sort of tiger-stripey. Best of all, it matched the black & gold glittery top I wore yesterday.
