Thanks!

Here's yesterday's attempt to create a "circuit board" looking design. Not really what I wanted, but it's kinda silly and fun.

Oh ... those are cute! ... not sure they look quite like circuit boards ... more a sailor suit kind of design, but sooo much better than I'd manage! x

I started with Color Club Harp On It which is a holographic light blue, (and took forever to dry) then did a stripe down the middle of China Glaze Rare & Radient (which is green/gold duochrome) and then some overlapping stamping to create a feathery look.

I also discovered that my phone camera will take a photo if you say "cheese" or "shoot". :)

... oooh, those are really cool! ... I realised I've totally failed to stamp my nails recently ... I've been settling for solid colour instead ... currently dark blue with one nail a glittery blue ... need some more konad white polish ... I have black, but I rarely wear nail varnish light enough for black stamping! x

I love the look of silver or white over a darker color. Go for it!

Yes, this one was done with silver. The biggest thing I've found is the importance of contrast, and if your contrast isn't great, then you need to use a plate with wider lines.

... yup ... similar colours just blend together! ... I usually use dark blues, purples, cherries & blacks ... so I think I should be able to get away with silver ... I am a fan of the delicate plates ... assuming I can persuade them to work!
