I drew on my fingernails like a little kid yesterday. LOL

I started with a really plain gray (OPI Moonraker) which I really like, but it wasn't very exciting. I'd added some silver glitter to the tips of most nails, and done 3 accent nails over a lighter beige too.

Yesterday at lunch, I decided to see what would happen with a black sharpie, and since there was one just sitting there at my desk...

That's my left hand, so it was drawn with my right, and I'm left-handed. Ew, my hands look awful in these photos - all dry and crackly.

Ok, so it's not the greatest manicure ever, but it was something silly to do on a Friday afternoon, and it gave me ideas for some stained glass styles using a black sharpie.

I wanted to try my new pink OPI polishes on Saturday, so I started off with a light one and a darker one. Two coats of each later, and I still didn't have the coverage I really wanted. The light one is ok, but I don't like the dark at all. It's lovely, but I guess I'm not really a pink person.

I coated it with some red glitter. Still didn't like it.

Then on Sunday, I decided that it needed more - so I painted cherry trees on top, and I was finally happy with it!

A little free hand art yesterday. Have to do something with those bright colors I'll never wear. :)

Here's my mosaic design today. Thumb & 1st two fingers of each hand have detailing, then it fades out to no detailing. As usual, it looks better in person than it does in the photos. :)
