That map is the most atrocious thing I have ever seen. It looks like someone threw paint at a map; whole areas unconnected, parts of the same district separated by large parcels of other districts.   They obviously didn't care to even try to make it look good. It was election rigging, pure and simple. 

Of course it's the GOP that gets in a wad about 'voter fraud'.

Chuck for once, I agree with you. 

It needs to be as nonpartisan as it can be made, perhaps with lines being drawn up by disinterested statisticians. 

We get the same thing where I live but at least they come up with maps that look remotely plausible.  This map is way over the line.
