Thanks, best onion harvest in years! 8 dozen should keep us happy till next summer!

Where do you store them? We lived in an old farm house when I was 6 and had a root cellar. I loved that cave like place so my mom would send me in to fetch things. My poor mom was terrified of spiders. Not too crazy and snakes, toads or interesting beetles either. How she wound up with me for a daughter is anyone's guess.

These 2 varieties are considered long term storage onions and keep quite well. Last years crop lasted till late spring.

Looks fabulous, how long is a jarful good for before it goes bad?
