People are insane, literally! Wonder if they ever read the ingredients on those packets, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, genetically engineered [insert] batshit! :D I rarely ever eat from fast food places, I won't call them restaurants, but McD's, NEVER!!! :D

Noting that commonly formulated food additive High Fructose Corn syrup has similar Fructose (@42% or @55%) as common white Sucrose table sugar (@50%). Honey, that wonderful natural food, has less but still a lot per spoonful, look at the following:
