Does any parent pay enough attention to their child to tell when they have become emotionally disturbed? What are the signs of abnormal behavior in a child? Do you reward your child for good behavor?

What is the foundation for a child to consult with an adult? Trust?

Is trust born of having seen an adult make a positive change in the society affecting the child?

A positive change in the U.S.A. is a constitutional change. The final bastion to uphold the Constitution of the Untied States is the U.S. military. Our military, in accord with an international military alliance is in a war between good and evil. Given unto mankind is a demacracy born from the U.S. Constitution under God.

The U.S. military is under control and will soon make aright the past evils perpetrated against this great nation of believers in the Will of God.

Guns are not the problem. The problem is the existence of evil in the minds of man.

Runs in the family. He had trouble at school, his mother sounds emotionally disturbed, perhaps the father as well, bought the gun for him? On Black Friday; they all mention that.

I should have kept in mind my recent findings where it is documented 1 in 5 Americans now suffers from some form of mental illness. In a constitutional democracy how does one legally address the issue of mental health?

The written law cannot halt anyone having criminal intent.

Thus, what right should a person have for self-defense and self-protection?

How do we protect our children?

Just to correct one thing.  We are not a Constitutional democracy.  We are a Constitutional 'Republic'. :)  Our founders hated a democracy and warned us against having one.  Even though we hear all of our leaders servants call us a democracy, they are wrong, and I imagine, most know it.

Is the United States a democracy or a republic?

One of the most commonly encountered questions about the word democracy has nothing to do with its spelling or pronunciation, and isn’t even directly related to the meaning of the word itself. That question is “is the United States a democracy or a republic?” The answer to this, as with so many other questions about meaning, may be phrased as some form of “it depends.”

Some people assert that a country calling itself a democracy must be engaged in direct (or pure) democracy, in which the people of a state or region vote directly for policies, rather than elect representatives who make choices on their behalf. People who follow this line of reasoning hold that the United States is more properly described as a republic, using the following definition of that word: "a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law."

However, both democracy and

The boy had ordered all the parts he needed to make guns, including semiautomatic weapons, and the boy had been selling them.
