Just plowed the driveway, too much wind for the snow thrower. It's cold and VERY windy.

They'll all come up at the same time. I suppose pickled onions are in the future?
I use lots of dried sliced onions and garlic in cooking, just happen to be looking on ebay for a fresh supply of garlic, seems a lot more expensive than I recall.

The onions I plant are good for long storage. We have a few left over from last season. I probably have 50 garlic plants expected and a nice row of spinach was seeded last fall.

Looks like it will be good but still a few days away. Got 4" here today but by the time I decided to plow the roads were melted.

I'm all batten down, charged devices and power backup, got out the emergency candles, there's plenty of food, and since we don't want to survive on nothing but food and water, stocked up on stronger stuff as well.
but expecting only just a foot or so ...
