Didn't we do this some five years ago; what do you have against woodchucks anyway? I guess it's not the same one.
Nice recipe for woodchuck stew from @bshmr back then.
They love my veggie plants...need I say more?
Garlic harvest July 21, 2020. Inchelium Red and Music
Seedling about to be planted for the fall harvest.
Lunch today fresh from the garden. Lettuce, green beans, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes and chicken from the fridge.
Looking so good.
I would add mushrooms. Tried growing them once after getting sterilized horse droppings from a farm, but all I got were some feeble shrooms that dissolved into ink.
Actually, you looked up the recipe, I merely mentioned it being recommended eating by some men and beasts. They can snatch and devour a flower (leaf or small fruit) in the literal blink of an eye. Fun to watch but PITA around gardens and water.
They do consume grubs so I hope you let the striped skunk loose. Never seen a smaller spotted although they are supposed to be around. Look around for the Native American tale about how the (vain) striped skunk got its stripes and odor, owl has a part.
