MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT

Trump needs money, or just attention? His teaser of a coming MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT turned out to be the release of $99 Donald Trump digital trading cards featuring a slimmed down version of himself.

Some of his fans weren't amused. Were expecting ... I  don't know ... something more momentous ? Steve Bannon and Michael Flynn called on him to fire the person behind the decision.

On the other hand, many were amused. I gather the cards sold out.

People were quick to discover that the images used for the cards were photoshopped from pix easily available online, some with questionable copyrights.  This one from an ad:

So sad. His mother died twice, once in the 9/11 attack and again on 12/23/2016. That traumatic experience explains everything?  People shouldn't be taking cheap shots like this.

Was listening to Andy Borowitz on a book tour on radio, he gets it right, Politicians and especially the Republicans have adopted Ignorance as something to be proud of. He goes through a litany of pols in Stages of Ignorance from ridicule to acceptance and then finally celebrating stupidity under Trump.

This Santos guy is another example. Seems everything in his bio is a fabrication. Other than that he is a Republican and he's Gay. Do we know any of that for sure? He is sorry, he is Jew-ish and it's really no big thing.

It doesn't make a whole  of sense to point to either party,  The democrats are certainly the source of all the current depravity but the repubs are not doing a thing to combat it.  Trump is the one and ONLY hope to get this turned around. Perhaps he can run as an independent just to provide a  complete break with either party. I wish I could get through to DeSantis to forget a presidential run and ask to be Trump's vice president.  This ticket would be a winner and DeSantis would defiantly be insurance against further progressive BS in case Trump dies or is incapacitated.
