Francisco Oropesa, 38, was arrested in the town of Cut and Shoot, about 40 miles north of Houston. Haven't seem any Comments on 'the law' having armor-piercing bullets or training to accurately shoot to avoid body armor. Have you?
The 'mall cop' may have had immediate access to an AR-15 as I did see a photo of one armed with one, those differ from pistols big time.
