Glad you had good results with bilateral.  I did mine one at a time and am glad I did it that way.

I did do something bad with my knee three weeks ago, but it is getting better.

Ice and brace and prednisone and increasing Celebrex are helping.  My OS told me a couple

days ago that he was calling it a strain and that my knee and hip are ok.  the knee still has a way to

go though.  It pops now and hurts if I walk to far without the brace. This is reminiscent of the old  prep op

pain I had before my 5 joint replacements.  I was blessed to be without joint pain for six years.  Whatever you do,

don't forget that bionic knees are only supposed to bend so far!  I am paying dearly for stepping out of the back of my van

and flexing to top knee too too far.

Hello Joy.

It is a pity to read about the strain to your knee with the associated pain.

Here’s to a speedy recovery.

Luckily my two knees remain perfect.

Cheers

Barry.

Hope your able to get some relief soon.  I've noticed lately when the weather changes or it's going to rain my right knee that was replaced March 2012 aches rally bad, I have put some weight on, but hoping to change that very soon, once this Indiana weather cooperates.  I'll be outside more and walking.  My job isn't helping it either, lot's of standing on hard cement floors.  I do have a nice mat for under my feet that helps somewhat.

That is great Barry.  Mine have been fine since my fifth replacement in 2010.  I have been blessed until

I forgot bionic knees have limitations.  I am trying to be patient.  Ice at night really helps. Hubby is fixing

our ice maker which decided to quit yesterday, but frozen corn is working for the moment :)
