That's the point of the case...some electors are or tried to refuse to follow state laws

I head that people were trying to buy electors to change sides.  You won’t want to hear who that was tied to, so I won’t post it.

The Constitution says the electors should meet to vote, and that one of their votes must be for a person from a state other than their own.

And that's IT.
