It looks OK. I know,people who ate fried rice using spam and love it.  That is where I first got the idea.

I really don't like mixed meats- all beef hotdogs, bologna, etc.  I like pork.  And beef.  And lamb.  But not mixed.

I have not but I have eaten it. It used to be a childhood lunchpail favorite. At some point the ingredients seemed to change and I have not liked it since.
It will never replace ham.

A reporter from HI said that there they call spam ham and ham is called steak.

I haven’t tried it but if found a lot of good recipes online.  Someone uses it as a staple.
