Do politicians deserve special treatment during Covid?   The Serious You: How Current Events Affect You

6 and 7.

It particularly irks me when politicians (and some A list celebs) go out and do things, often disrupting the lives of we peasants, which ordinary people would be severely punished for attempting.

She didn’t wear a mask and she got an indoor shampoo. I read that hair salons spare open for outdoor cute and shampoos are not allowed. Interesting that California opened their salons today.

And Nancy 'Entitled Karen' Pelosi of course has doubled down, and San Francisco's mayor came up with all kinds of non-sequitirs about how Pelosi is fighting the evil Orange Man and super-heroes deserve to not face any criticism.

Hahahaha. Because unlike the other 160 million women in the U.S., she's "speshul".

She has pulled out all the stops to destroy the salon owner.  She out her attorney on it.  But in the end she called for the appointment, they did not call her. She demanded a cut and wash. Her stylist informed the shop owner after the appointment was made.  So all that set up stuff was obviously made up. Now the salon owner is being attacked by social media.  They want her to shut down.  Ironic, because she was following the rules, Pelosi wasn't, and now the salon owner is the guilty party?

Of course she pulled out all the stops. Because to her and her ilk, anyone who calls her out on something is an enemy combatant.

Thing is, the shop owner was already in a dilemna - do you refuse service to someone who can throw around the kind of weight like Pelosi? It's kind of like dealing with the Mafia. It's an offer you can't refuse.

"nice hair salon you have there - be a shame if anything were to happen to it."

She did not have a choice, she found out after the appointment was made.

I hope there's enough people to support and defend that poor salon owner.

In San Francisco? Who knows?  Maybe, maybe not. It doesn’t matter, though, the timing of the texts prove her right.
