Would you take a fast-tracked, FDA approved COV19 vaccine available in March 2021? Why or Why Not?

No, I won’t be an early adopter even if it means delayed freedom.  I’m concerned about side effects.  An early vaccine may be available this fall for some.  By March, it may no longer be an “early” vaccine.

Will there be enough doses available for everyone who wants one?  The shingles vaccine was delayed for most people for as much as a year.

Ditto what Showtalk said.
I do not want to be a guinea pig. Let those who find it necessary to mingle on beaches and in bars do it first.

Actually, those would be good people to test it further since they are more likely to be exposed than I am.

I keep saying that one can chart tge outbreaks by the bathing suit weather in a particular state. NY got hit sooner than OR did. Our weather doesn't bring out the bathing suits on a daily basis until August. It may get warm out but the water is cold.

New York also had massive numbers of people on crowded subways.

I agree you are onto something, though.

March 2021 is really not early (IMHO), If the Doctor says it good then YES if the Doctor thinks it early then NO.  I trust my Doctor more then the FDA.
