You can’t get too much farther than that within the US.  I was going to include moving across the country as an option but realized if someone is from the Midwest, the coasts are only half as far as someone like you who moves from west to east.

I'm from New  York City but now live in Phoenix, AZ.

How did you end up there? They have more taxis in NY.

I was born in Toronto, Ontario and now live in north-central Saskatchewan.

We moved here in 1960, my mom had asthma and back then Arizona air was great for asthmatics, it really did help her a lot.

Oh they sure do, more then they know what to do with!

I've always wanted to visit Canada, so much lovely places to visit!

Lovely places and usually gorgeous people. We have our own trolls, but thankfully, they're few and far between. Come up any time. Oh, wait. Maybe not in winter, not in my neck of the woods. It's gets bitterly cold here some days. Summer's got beautiful sunrises and sunsets (they're pastel colours, not bright ones), though and the fall colours are spectacular.

I'm in the city, no lovely leaves, just cactus plants and other desert landscape.  I'd have to go 140 miles north to see changing leaves.

Good point, I'm so well adjusted to the heat I'd turn into a popsicle LOL
