I don't know. I only worry about carbs. I have just always preferred fish and poultry, fat and all. It has helped me to get rid of skin problems I had for years

The biggest city i lived in was Colorado Springs from 1974 to 1985. One time thetee was a empty field a block from are house and the was a car on fire. They thought it was just a stolen car but when they put it out and popped the trunk there was a body in it. That was one of the reasons we left and moved to New Hampshire
