Ah, that is what you meant.  I agree, the cycle of poverty is what keeps people down. It takes the ability to break the cycle to fix it.  That is why we don’t see many highly successful formerly poor people rushing to move back to their hoods when they can move to Beverly Hills or Manahattan, or anywhere else.

I have been thinking about this and I think I have had more crime and fear living where I live now than any other place. It just dawned on me that I have made many 911 calls but no one has ever showed up except for arson before I moved in.
