I always eat a protein, either fish or a leftover from dinner.

Yes, I know you’ve been very scientific about it.

LOL. Don't know if "scientific" is the right word. I go by how I feel the rest of the day. Somedays I eat a bowl of leftover brown Basmati rice with evoo. Other days I will have a baked potato with evoo. I think I mainly eat dinner products for breakfast. Works for me.

How did some foods end up being only for breakfast while others are not supppsed to be?

Lol. Good question. I imagine advertising has a lot to do with it. Everyone ate hot cereal in the "olden days" then dry cereal was invented and kids could fix it without a stove. I ate Wheat Hearts. I have no idea why. I like oatmeal now.

Quick and easy, also not too heavy in the morning when people are still waking up.
