But yes, and just because he can spend that much money on a dinner, should he?

The optics really look bad, like it's a slap in the face for people who realize they spent more on a single dinner than the annual income of a lot of people.

You can fix a $2,100 car.  Mechanic costs to keep it running would raise the price for ordinary drivers.  But yes, and just because he can spend that much money on a dinner, should he?

If it's his own personal money... then I don't see why not, but if he's splurging that much of tax payer's dollars, then no... the public should hold him accountable and voice their concerns that he should personally refund the tax dollars he misused!

He’s busy buying votes with the $75 billion state surplus.  They have to spend every penny, apparently.

He’s trying to be a man of the people.  That alone sets him aside from the majority.  It should make him unelectable when he’s demanding everyone else stay home and wear masks while he’s out doing the opposite.

He's trying to be a politician and gain another rung on the ladder which as you said is the exact opposite of the majority.

Hopefully, that double-speak (do as I say and not as I do) stance will be the downfall of him.

A true leader needs to lead by example! Something he doesn't know how to do!

Others have been caught massless while demanding masks.  Ironically those who refuse to wear masks and don’t try to make others wear them are now being fined in the House for entering without a mask, even if they are vaccinated.

Just goes to show what an idiotic circus we have in DC these days!

And they're doing this on our taxpayer dollars!!! As we pay their salaries... we should decide what pay they get. SHOULD being the pejorative! But sadly, we cannot control their salaries. But we can control whether we give them our vote or not!

Maybe, maybe not.  It depends on a lot of factors surrounding elections and how they are held.  I still can’t get over that some districts in 2020 had over 100% up to 200% of possible voters turn in ballots

2022 will be the tell tale sign... if they can fix the voter problems by then!

There were just too many anomalies in the 2020 elections to let slide.

But there are continuing audits ongoing as we speak!

The audits that weren’t needed? Seems Arizona has located anomalies.
