They won’t believe it until it happens. Then they will blame Trump

That's a sad fact of reality... but it won't be Trump's fault!

But regardless of who they blame it on... you would end up paying at least $37,000 or more for a gallon of gas?

Nope... in fact they wouldn't be doing much of anything except attempting to cross the border over into Mexico or Canada.

And it all starts with printing more and more and more money de-valuating the dollar more and more and more.

That is exactly what happened in Venezuela and Turkey and numerous other countries.

They dismiss that as conspiracies.

Well, the value of $1 dollar in either Venezuelan currency or Turkish currency are NOT conspiracy theories.

Too often, the truth is attempted to be covered up by the term "conspiracy theory" by the left, where as the liberal lies are called "conspiracy theory" by the right!

Both truth and lies are both be called "conspiracy theory" but one side is lying!

I'll leave it up to the general public to determine which for themselves to keep from being said that this is a conspiracy theory! (* GRIN *)

There are separate wells for diesel fuel, too. How do they keep their jobs?

They have to drill quite a few wells that get kerosene or roofing tar before they strike a deposit of jet fuel or diesel. <snicker>

Jerry Pournelle's iron law of bureaucracy comes to mind.

There would be a total demand collapse if it reached that point. Starving hordes would swarm out of the densely populated cities, and strip the rural land bare like locusts. Millions would either die in place or kill one another in "violent competition for dwindling resources".

Things would be like Zimbabwe or Venezuela. Or the Weimar Republic.

But it would certainly thin out the population. Only the meanest, baddest, most ruthless predators would remain when the dust settles.
