LOL... I think that was Photoshop doctored.

There is no water under those ice rinks... it's all solid concrete below the 10 or 15" of ice! (* LOL *)

The hole is in a lake but the actual rink is enclosed and indoors.

That's one possibility, but that water would be very cold and she had her belly showing when she put her hands above her head.

So perhaps they filmed a heavy object on top of a pair of motorized ice skates (which caused the splash effect) and then removed the heavy object and replaced it with her spinning around.

It's definitely not real but I'm not really sure how they did it.

With today's computer speeds and AI software assisting in matching up rotating or moving images... you would be surprised what somebody with just very little experience can do.

But when you go into the movie realm and use the real professional equipment... now there... you can do anything you put your mind to... but that requires quite a bit of knowledge of the software and experience.
