I considered voting other... Only with parental consent!!!

But then just decided to vote NO!

The district is saying it’s a lie. Blaming the student

Then have the FBI investigate both the district and students all under oath!

They cannot both be right!

Tape could cause irritation or damage the skin, even bruising if it reaches the eyelids.

FBI?  Maybe the local police.

Yes... allergies, etc. That's why I initially considered "other" with parental consent because a parent should know whether their child has such allergies, but then again... after thinking about it further... I decided that a teacher should not do such... especially without parental consent!

Local police can only investigate local school... not so with the FBI...

And as the FBI are already on scene due to previous incidents... let them investigate all states for similar types of child abuse. Local police wouldn't be able to do that!

I didn’t even think about allergic reactions.  The skin directly under the eye is thinner and more sensitive than other parts of the face.  If a teenager has acne, tape can inflame that.
