Despite Pushback from Kern County, California Board of Supervisors, Citizens Demand Their Concerns with Election Integrity Be Heard at Tuesday Night Meeting

By Joe Hoft
Published January 25, 2023 at 7:10pm

Last night California’s Kern County Board of Supervisors held a meeting, but they neglected to add to the agenda the topic of Dominion Voting Systems and its impact on voter integrity.

In another county in California last night, Shasta County, the Board of Supervisors there voted not to renew the county’s contract with Dominion Voting Systems.

This was a big win for those in Shasta county concerned with election integrity because, after two years of investigation, discussion, and debate, most individuals who understand voter integrity believe that US elections should be more like they were in the past and the way that EU countries vote today.

The consensus is to have elections on one day with voters submitting IDs as a requirement to vote and voting on paper in precincts small enough to handle and count the votes on election day.  Until adequate controls are in place and transparency is part of the voting systems being used, most election integrity experts suggest going to paper ballots and getting rid of the machines.

This is why the Shasta County vote yesterday was good news to many.

However, the Board of Supervisors in Kern County, California acted differently when confronted with citizens who wished to be heard to discuss the topic of election integrity.

Former professor and New Mexico Attorney David Clements flew in for the meeting in Kern County and he was given only two minutes to discuss this very important issue facing our nation and Kern County.

The Board of Supervisors acted disrespectfully towards Clements and reluctantly listened to the members of the county who wanted to be heard and who wanted Kern County to vote to not renew the county’s contract with Dominion in the same manner that Shasta County did.

The Fox News hosts were dragged in front of the committee in December and all said they did not believe in the Dominion voter fraud.  Why? At least three are conservatives, although Fox also hires a lot of RINOs.

She sounds like she's talking to kids in a room full of reporters!!!

The way she talks, giggles and laughs, and the way she pauses mid-sentence every now and then along with her grin just isn't down to earth.

Some of what she says just repeats herself saying the same thing over and over because what she says just repeats what she previously said such that what she said earlier is the same thing she's saying now like she's repeating herself and that is why she repeats herself so that she can repeat herself!!! </sarcasm off>

Shudder the thought that's she's current VP!!!

Well, the heads at Fox News are liberals, and if they require their conservative staff to tow the liberal line, those conservative staff either have to tow the liberal line or get fired!

Cleburne County court rejects voting machines in elections, turns to paper ballots

CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. – A Cleburne County quorum court voted to remove voting machines from elections, making it a “paper ballot” county.

Officials with the Arkansas Voter Integrity Initiative Inc. (AVII) said the vote was in response to AVII CEO Colonel Conrad Reynolds’ push for election computers to be removed from Arkansas elections. The decision will now require votes to be hand counted.

“The machines do not read the names on the ballots, instead they scan barcodes, which humans cannot read,” Reynolds said. “They also utilize proprietary software that we are not allowed to examine. This all means voters cannot verify that their vote is being counted properly as mandated by state law.”

Voting machine tampering points to concern for fall election
An AVII attorney noted that it is in Arkansas law that each county has the right to choose their voting process.

Cleburne County Justice of the Peace Jacque Martin voted in favor of moving to paper ballots, stating “It’s time we take back and return to having elections we can have faith in – with transparency and integrity.”

Breaches of voting machine data raise worries for midterms

AVII officials said that they are aiming to get the remaining 74 county quorum courts in the state to vote to return to paper ballots by early 2023.

Vermont Supreme Court upholds law allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections

The Republican National Committee had asked the court to declare noncitizen voting in violation of the state constitution, which the court declined to do.

The Vermont Supreme Court ruled in favor of a law permitting noncitizens to vote in local, municipal elections.

In 2021, the state Legislature backed bills to change the local charters of Montpelier and Winooski to permit noncitizen voting in local elections. Though Republican Gov. Phil Scott vetoed those measures, the Democratic Legislature overrode his objections, the Associated Press reported.

The city of Montpelier has nine registered noncitizen voters, per the outlet. In Winooski, 55 noncitizens voted on local issues in an election held in March of last year.

The Republican National Committee had asked the court to declare noncitizen voting in violation of the state constitution, which the court declined to do.

"The statute allowing noncitizens to vote in local Montpelier elections does not violate Chapter II, § 42 because that constitutional provision does not apply to local elections," the court wrote.

Democrats in other states have begun to examine noncitizen voting proposals as well. In Connecticut, for instance, the Democratic state House is mulling a proposal to "allow undocumented immigrants who are residents of the state to vote in municipal and state elections."

Republicans have firmly come down against such measures, with the Connecticut GOP asserting that their counterparts across the aisle have "lost their minds."
