One has to admire the brilliant highjacking of the American election process. It was multi-level, using hundreds, if not thousands of tactics, and planned down to the last compromised County Councillor and State Elections Official. Laws were ignored, ridden over, broken, transduced and corrupted into worthless paper.
For every Republican election worker in the field, there are 100 Democrat activists.
Last week Christina Bobb, one time OAN anchor, former Marine and Judge Advocate, now President Trump’s attorney, released her book describing what happened after the 2020 steal. Bobb covered the election on the day, and in the weeks afterwards travelled ceaselessly, reporting on the aftermath. At one juncture she started raising money to fund investigations. She flew politicians to the Arizona audit and followed every court appearance. Her book is an exciting, infuriating, massively valuable account of what happened.
Compounding the confusion, which was the over-arching tactic, is the fact that those being stolen from, the Republican Party, were better at obstructing investigations than even the devil himself, Mark Elias of Perkins Coie. In fact, wherever you see a Perkins Coie lawyer at an audit, and seventy turned up at the Arizona audit, you can be sure that there will be the stench of brimstone. Coie should write a how-to book, he is a genius, a field General who would not be out of place on a real battlefield. And by his side, Republicans busily stealing from themselves.
The corruption began decades ago, but after Trump’s election, which threatened the administrative state, the establishment left and the private companies that feed off the government, it went metastatic.
The template was already set. In every swing state and especially in pivot counties, over the years, a closed circle of corruption has been set up. That circle of elected officials, bureaucrats and private donors, decides who will win, and manipulates votes to make it happen. It is The Machine and it feeds off public money, money that is increased in every election cycle, because that’s the deal. Every private company that provides services to a city or township in a precinct is almost certainly in on it and must be viewed with suspicion.
This of course, was uncovered by Greg Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes, another two heroes, in The Parallel Election, A Blueprint for Deception. Stenstrom and Hoopes were official poll watchers in Delaware, Penn, a pivot county. They were barred from observing the process, as was every Republican. Even a court order to permit them into the counting room was refused. The steal was so well organized that every single election officer and clerk was involved.
The rot reaches into Red States and local elections. Even school board seats are being stolen.
"in our local school board election, we saw people voting who don't live here. We had overwhelming support, and a 'nobody' got elected!"
In Arizona, we have an audio of a largely Republican Board of Election Supervisors meeting fretting that if they didn’t fight the audit with everything they had, their own elections would have been called into question, and it is clear from their panicked tones, that they were already fully compromised.
In Georgia where there was no audit, just a lazy recount, both Republican Governor Kemp and Secretary of State Raffensperger, stood on shaky ground. Kemp has been credibly accused by the Giant Goddess Stacey Abrams, of preventing 50,000 blacks from voting, those absent votes allowing him to squeak through his last election. If I were Elias I would have sent in some smarmy fellow in a $2500 suit years ago, showing him just how he could win, hurrah, sign on here, these voting machines, this software. Here’s the people you hire.

Bobb is careful but she makes it clear that Kemp is suspect. Bobb also, usefully, describes the process of each loss in each of the swing states, including New Mexico and Nevada, by those who attempted to challenge the fraud. She details the elision of law, the failure of public servants to hew to any ethical standard. And above all she describes the passivity and fear of the courts. Elected or appointed, every official folded, in Bobb’s phrase, like a cheap lawn chair.

Newly Republican State Supreme Court To Rehear Voter ID, Redistricting Cases – Could Result In 4 New GOP Congressmen

The Democrats’ election agenda just hit a roadblock in North Carolina.
The North Carolina Supreme Court voted 5-2 to rehear redistricting and voter ID cases that the previously Democrat-dominated court decided.
This comes after Republicans got a majority on the North Carolina Supreme Court in January.
The rehearing might allow for the voter ID mandate to be reinstated as well as Republican-drawn maps that were shut down by the prior ruling.
ABC News reported:
The new Republican majority on North Carolina’s Supreme Court agreed on Friday to rehear redistricting and voter identification cases less than two months after the court’s previous edition, led by Democrats, issued major opinions going against GOP legislators who had been sued.
The extraordinary decisions, granted in orders backed by five justices with the Republican voter registrations on the seven-member court, mean the issues will return to the court for oral arguments in mid-March. With hopes of getting new legal results, lawmakers led by House Speaker Tim Moore and Senate leader Phil Berger asked two weeks ago that the justices rehear the litigation.
The GOP lawmakers’ attorneys contend the previous 4-3 Democratic majority got it wrong in December when they struck down a state Senate map the legislature drew and upheld congressional boundaries drawn by trial judges but opposed by Republicans. They said those same Democrats erred when upholding the invalidation of a 2018 law requiring photo identification to vote when they applied the wrong legal standard.
The rehearings ultimately could lead to new opinions that reinstate the photo ID mandate and strike down precedent from the Supreme Court in February 2022 declaring the state constitution outlawed extensive partisan gerrymandering. That landmark redistricting ruling prevented maps drawn by Republican legislators that were expected to secure long-term Republican advantages in the General Assembly and within the state’s congressional delegation.
This is a massive win for Republicans.
In the Congress elected in 2020, there were 5 Democrats and 8 Republicans elected from North Carolina.
In the Congress elected in 2022, there were 7 Democrats and 7 Republicans elected from North Carolina (North Carolina gained a seat after 2020 census).
The change could allow for 4 more GOP congressmen.

Supremes again refuse hearing 2020 election case alleging Biden, lawmakers ignored fraud

(JUST THE NEWS) -- The Supreme Court announced Tuesday it will not hear a 2020 election lawsuit against former Vice President Mike Pence, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, 291 House members and 94 senators, after a petition to reconsider was filed last month.
The lawsuit alleges the respondents violated their oaths of office by refusing to investigate evidence of fraud in the 2020 election before accepting the electoral votes on Jan. 6, 2021, allowing for Biden and Harris to be "fraudulently" inaugurated.
The court held a private conference Friday to vote to reconsider whether to hear the case, releasing its decision Tuesday. Four of the nine justices must vote to hear a case for it to move forward.

Walkthrough In Sacramento After 2020 Election Showed Dominion Boxes Labeled “Made in China”, a Pallet of Ballots Unsealed, Passwords and Flashdrives Laying Around Tabulation Room

There is much more to this report. We will have more updates after speaking with one of the local officials.
A limited case study of the election operations in Sacramento, California, after the 2020 Election provides ample evidence that a robust audit was needed in the county.
A team that labels itself Great American Rebirth released a report in early 2021 where it shared the results of a walkthrough in Sacramento after the 2020 Election.
Great American Rebirth shares a summary of what it identified in a walkthrough of the county’s election operations. Some startling observations were noted.
From the website: In December 2020 our cyber election team was invited by Mrs. Courtney Bailey-Kanelos, the Registrar of Voters in Sacramento County, California to review Sacramento’s election system, and to audit the 2020 election results.
An IT expert by the name of Mark Cook was given an opportunity to walkthrough the county’s election operations in December 2020. Mr. Cook took some pictures and they were displayed in the report along with some observations.
Here are some of the observations:
One of the first pictures shows an estimated 100 boxes in the warehouse with “Dominion Voting” and “Made in China” stamped on them. (See also the picture above.)
A laptop containing the Dominion ballot printing software was identified that was connected to the ballot printer.
The password for accessing the Dominion ballot printing software and printing ballots was taped to the laptop for any user to see and use.
The ballot printer was fully loaded with blank ballot paper. The adjudication room had jacks in the wall that provided the ability to connect to the Internet.
There were numerous flash drives sitting around the place, seemingly all over.
During the walkthrough another shocking observation was recorded.
The cyber election team tech saw shelves of sorted ballots in this ballot storage room.
However, this pallet of ballots was separate from the ballots on the shelves, and dated 12/15/20 on the outside of the plastic wrap around the ballot.
Warehouse workers have full and unsupervised access to ballot storage room.
In the findings of the report from this walkthrough, the following observations were made:
Given the photographic evidence above, and the information provided by the voter registrar, our cyber election team concludes that it would have been trivial to:
print unlimited ballots while unsupervised; connect the election system to an external network or the Internet during the election; introduce new software, firmware, voted ballots into critical election equipment via USB or portable hard drive; Numerous election officials and warehouse workers have unfettered access to key election systems and ballots.
Sacramento refused to address numerous security concerns as required by Grand Jury prior to the 2020 Election, and instead stated they would address them after the election (see Exhibits).
More information is provided at The Great American Rebirth website. This includes a response from the county.
Overall, from a professional auditor’s standpoint and someone who has performed audits and walkthroughs around the globe, these results are shocking.

Why was the election fraud, which existed years before Trump became a candidate, so invisible?
Election officials of both parties do not want pesky citizens looking at voter rolls. We know this because we have been in the room with them, virtually, demonstrating the most egregious voter roll anomalies, and they just refuse to see them.
Let's get into just how virulent, common, widespread is the hiding of election registration info from you — the citizen.
How much does a voter roll cost? Yeah, dollars.
In some states, it is free. Download it, or pay a modest fee and get a CD of the entire election roll every 30 days.
In Alabama, $30,000. You pay Alabama $30,000 for a copy of your election roll.
In Wisconsin, $12,500.
Why so much? Is it a profit center?
Well, in Alabama, they have scores of voters older than Julius Caesar — some registered in the last couple of years using a birthdate around the time St. Paul was proselytizing. Think maybe there is a data roll cleaning problem there?
Wisconsin has voter IDs with hidden characters.
You can find over 180,000 Wisconsin voters with the same voter ID. Oops!
They aren't the same IDs. They are actually different — but you cannot tell with your software because the Wisconsin Election Commission uses a hidden character inserted that is invisible to you. We made them admit it!

In some states, you cannot get the voter roll unless you are a candidate or political party. If you let anyone else see it, you can be prosecuted — Virginia and California.
There is North Carolina. They insert control characters into election rolls so citizens have a hard time combining necessary rolls for analysis.
Creating databases with incorrectly inserted control characters shows one of two motivations: massive incompetence or sinister intent. You decide.
Our analysis of the various states, about 20 or so we have seen, is that the level of database competency is less than 8th-grade in most.
Let me state that clearly: in almost every state where we processed the election rolls, the level of database competence, from a secretary of state, spending millions of dollars a year — is less than high school level.
If the amount of undeniably false information in every state election database we have seen existed in a public company, the CEO, under Sarbanes Oxley rules, would probably go to jail.

BOMBSHELL: Expert Witness Reveals Installed AZ Governor Katie Hobbs Laundered Cartel Money Through Fake Deeds and Mortgages to Rig Elections… Including Her Own

Even as the vast majority of conservatives in the nation have given up on exposing the massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2020 presidential elections as well as multiple lower elections in the 2022 cycle, some are still fighting the good fight to bring corruption to light. One such patriot is Jacqueline Breger who presented compelling testimony and evidence to the Arizona Joint Elections Committee Thursday.
According to Breger, installed Democrat Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, who was Secretary of State presiding over the gubernatorial election against Republican Kari Lake, has a long and demonstrable history of corruption that includes using Mexican cartel money to steal multiple state elections.
As Jordan Conradson noted on The Gateway Pundit:
During the meeting, legislators considered a presentation by Jacqueline Breger, which, if true, exposed absolutely bombshell information regarding massive corruption and collusion between American politicians, appointed government officials, and the Sinaloa Cartels. The money laundering and racketeering scheme allegedly uses fraudulent mortgages, real estate transactions, and insurance claims in Maricopa County to hide money made through cartel human trafficking, drug trafficking, and bribery of elected officials, and to rig elections, intimidate, or murder those who threaten the operation.
The scheme allegedly creates identities, credentials, and professional licenses for “non-existent individuals,” which if true, could be used for fake voter registrations. The Maricopa County computer database is also used for the alleged “removal of genuine documents from the county system.”
Breger identifies herself as a longtime Arizona resident and a forensic investigator with the Harris/Thaler Law Corporation, investigating multi-state racketeering and corruption. She states that she holds a masters degree in marketing and honors degrees in Finance, Financial Accounting, Business, statistics, economics, and business strategy.
Breger claims that attorney John Thaler investigated money laundering and racketeering in Maricopa County and reviewed over 120,000 documents which include “fake notarizations, fake deeds of trust, fraudulent buyers and or sellers of the real property transactions, as well as other companies used in real estate transactions, such as real estate brokers, mortgage companies Title and Escrow companies, real estate inspection companies, service companies.”
The details revealed by Breger are absolutely damning. Even if one does not connect her actions to either the cartel or voter fraud (both of which seem almost certainly connected), the simple impropriety of Hobbs’ actions are undeniable. According to her testimony [emphasis added]:
Breger: In 2006, the US Attorney’s Office in Illinois, Idaho, and Indiana investigated the laundering of drug cartel monies through a complex series of single-family home purchases in those particular states. By 2009, numerous real estate agents, escrow companies, and title insurers had been indicted, charged, and convicted of racketeering. And in 2014, our office was asked to review the case file. The reason for this was we were asked to determine whether the monies from the sale of the properties had filtered to properties purchased in Arizona, specifically in Maricopa and Pima County. We concluded that several real estate agents convicted in Iowa had set up laundering systems in Arizona, and thereafter, had transferred the proceeds of sales to Panamanian corporations.
In 2018, Mr. Thaler discovered, incidental to a completely independent matter, a series of trust deeds evidencing that cash laundered through single-family residences in Arizona was pervasive and ongoing. With that, a new investigation began with the focus being on money laundered and related racketeering activities in Maricopa County, as well as in several other Arizona counties… Over 120,000 documents have been reviewed to date.
These documents have definitely evidenced multiple racketeering enterprises, which include narcotic sales, money laundering, tax evasion, payroll, theft, bankruptcy fraud, life insurance fraud, auto insurance fraud, bribing of elected and appointed officials, creating and modifying public record, falsifying professional licenses and related credentials, swatting individuals who pose a threat to these enterprises, and last but not least, election fraud.

How Dems took control of courts – and then elections
Scheme makes quality of candidates, plans, irrelevant

Weeping, gnashing of teeth, and lots of Monday-morning quarterbacking could describe Pennsylvania Republicans’ reactions to Novembers’ election losses.
From poor candidates to poor messaging to poorly run campaigns to poor mail-in voting strategies, no shortage of factors played a role.
But “What happened in 2022?” is too shortsighted a question. Republicans should instead reflect on the fact that the Left began planning for this moment long ago.
Before the 2010 census and subsequent decennial redistricting process, Democrats architected a “divide and conquer” strategy. To their goals of winning legislative and gubernatorial elections, Democrats prioritized another aim: file lawsuits challenging current maps and win control of state courts so that these lawsuits would end up before friendly judges.
Success would mean that candidate and messaging quality wouldn’t matter because district lines alone would deliver wins.
This strategy was the impetus for the founding of organizations like the litigation-focused National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC), established with the backing of former President Barack Obama and former Attorney General Eric Holder.
In 2015, the Left put its strategy to work in Pennsylvania.
That year, unions, trial lawyers, and Democrats spent more than $11 million to win three open seats and gain a 5-2 majority on Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court. Republicans raised a paltry $3.6 million, effectively handing victory to Democrats.
This victory became the fulcrum of the Left’s efforts to gerrymander congressional and state legislative districts in the Keystone State.
Before long, the NDRC-friendly League of Women Voters challenged the state’s congressional map as unconstitutional. The map had been approved by the legislature in 2011 with bipartisan support and was signed by then-Gov. Tom Corbett. It was in place for three election cycles with nary a lawsuit in sight. But with control of the court in their hands, Democrats seized their chance.

The court tossed out the map and imposed one of its own, drawn by a Stanford law professor without any legislative input or oversight. The new map, not surprisingly, was a win for Democrats.
But the story doesn’t end there.
As congressional and state redistricting got underway in 2021, Democratic lawyers and judges were ready.
After Gov. Tom Wolf vetoed the congressional map submitted to him by the GOP-controlled state House and Senate, the Democratic-controlled state Supreme Court happily stepped in and picked a map favored by Democrats.
On the legislative front, state maps are drawn by the Legislative Reapportionment Commission, made up of two Republicans, two Democrats, and a fifth member selected by the other four. If the four can’t agree, as was the case here, the state Supreme Court picks the fifth member.
Not surprisingly, the Democratic Supreme Court picked a Democrat as the fifth member.
Then, when the commission voted in favor of a Democratic-gerrymandered House map and Republicans sued, the state Supreme Court sided with the Democrats.
It’s little wonder that under the gerrymandered map, Democrats last year won a House majority for the first time in 12 years, albeit by a slim, one-vote margin. They had been plotting for this moment for years – a long-game approach that Republicans must learn from.
Because Republicans failed to recognize the importance of the 2015 judicial races, the Left was able to put Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court solidly in Democratic hands until at least 2027. If Republicans want to reclaim a majority beholden not to a political party but to the rule of law, they can’t wait until 2027. They must start with the race this year for an open Supreme Court seat.
