Leftist Group Caught Running Massive Election Bribery Scheme in Wisconsin Supreme Court Race – An Alleged Felony Punishable by Up to 3 Years in Prison

By Jim Hoft
Mar. 1, 2023 8:00 am

On Tuesday Dan O’Donnell from NewsTalk 1130 in Wisconsin broke a huge report on a leftist bribery scandal operating in Wisconsin before the upcoming state Supreme Court race.

Liberal groups are paying voters $250 to sway their friends to vote for the leftist Supreme Court candidate Janet Protasiewics.

This amounts to election bribery, a felony in Wisconsin punishable by up to three years in prison.

** Please keep evidence of this crime if you see this in your community.

Here is an example of how one operative could make $270 from the app.

According to O’Donnell at NewsTalk1130:

Those who respond to the text expressing interest in the offer are given instructions to log in to a live training session on Zoom in which organizers explain how the program works. A video recording of one such training session the day after the Supreme Court primary reveals that people aren’t just talking to their friends and family about voting, but rather adding their names and contact information to Wisconsin Takes Action’s database and then repeatedly contacting them to ensure that they vote for liberal candidate Janet Protasiewicz.

This was made abundantly clear during the hour-long training session.

“The primary was just last night for the Supreme Court so we know who will be on the ballot in the general election,” said one organizer who introduced himself as Christian. “We have Dan Kelly, the conservative former Supreme Court justice and then Janet Protasiewicz—the progressive circuit court judge currently—and she is the progressive candidate who just won the primary.

“Of course, Wisconsin Takes Action is focused on putting forth progressive ideas and implementing progressive laws, so, you know, we really are looking forward to her as the candidate for this upcoming election.”

To get her elected, Christian explained, the group is using a technique called “relational organizing.”

“It’s really simple. In traditional organizing in campaigns, we may think about campaign offices, someone making a call to a constituent and telling someone to go vote, someone they don’t know. In relational organizing, you’re talking to people who you do know and that’s really effective because you talking to your father to go vote or your sister or your friend is a lot more effective than me telling them to go vote because I don’t know them. But with you, there’s a lot more connection or relationship built and more reason for them to be compelled to go vote.”

However, people who take part in this relational organizing campaign—whom the group calls “community mobilizers”—are paid per person who they deliver to the Wisconsin Takes Action database and, ultimately, to the polls to cast a vote for Protasiewicz.

This is in direct violation of Wisconsin Statute § 12.11, which provides that “any person who offers, gives, lends or promises to give or lend…anything of value…to, or for, any elector, or to or for any other person in order to induce any elector to go or refrain from going to the polls, vote or refrain from voting [or] vote or refrain from voting for or against a particular person” commits felony election bribery.

Read the rest here.

Several far-left groups are partners with this likely criminal activity and proudly display their support.

State Representative Janel Brandtjen (R-Menomonee Falls) released a statement in response to the election bribery scandal:

It was recently learned that the group, Wisconsin Takes Action, is offering $250 to voters to sway their friends to vote for Supreme Court candidate Janet Protasiewicz though an app called, Empower. The program uses a model based on relational organizing.

Wisconsin Takes Action set up an Empower app to attract Wisconsin residents to the polls, vote for Janet Protasiewicz for Supreme Court Judge, and reward them with gift cards for taking action. Downloading the app pays voters $30. Providing 75 names with phone numbers or emails in the app pays $60. Each time users reach out to

Maybe some of the low hanging fruit, but not the ones at the top.  They would blow this country up and everyone in it, before they would ever allow themselves to be arrested.

Only a few of them will be caught. But the master plan by Soros and the Deep State will probably go unscathed and continue!

What is MOST significant here is that the courts across America, including the U.S. Supreme Court, has REFUSED to look at any of the evidence... UNTIL NOW! This will be damning to all of the courts, and I think it could force them to go back and start over. There's nothing like a mob of 100 million angry voters suddenly learning that their lives have been dramatically altered because they were lied to.

Foreign country meddling in US elections...

Mexico’s Socialist President Lopez Obrador Threatens to Interfere in American Elections – Announces Plan to Ensure “Not One Vote” Goes to Republicans

By Cullen Linebarger
Mar. 11, 2023 9:15 am

Democrats love decry foreign election interference when they think it’s detrimental to them. They particularly have an obsession with Russia.

But do not count on Democrats to call out election meddling from our “friend” Mexico, however. This is the kind of interference they can get behind because of an opportunity to ensure a permanent Democrat majority in America.

Far-left Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has a plan to help make their dreams a reality.

Lopez Obrador on Thursday threatened to meddle in American elections and indoctrinate Hispanic citizens against the Republican Party.

Support Gateway Pundit by using promo code TGP at MyPillow.com -- and get up to 80% off!

“Starting today we are going to start an information campaign for Mexicans who live and work in the United States and for all Hispanics to inform them of what we are doing in Mexico and how this initiative by the Republicans, in addition to being irresponsible, is an offense against the people of Mexico, a lack of respect for our independence, our sovereignty,” he said.

“And if they do not change their attitude and think that they are going to use Mexico for their propaganda, electoral, and political purposes, we are going to call for them not to vote for that party, because it is interventionist, inhumane, hypocritical, and corrupt,” Lopez Obrador said, later adding that Mexico would be insisting that “not one vote” goes to Republicans from Mexicans and Hispanics.

As reported by Fox News, the Mexican president made this disgusting threat in response to Republicans calling for action, including military action, to stop fentanyl from pouring into America.

Lopez Obrador then lied by claiming that fentanyl was not produced in Mexico and told Americans “it’s your problem.”

The overwhelming majority of fentanyl is produced in Mexico using precursor chemicals imported from China and then smuggled into the U.S. As the Associated Press points out, the Mexican government previously acknowledged this basic fact.

Lopez Obrador has coddled the drug cartels for years. After becoming president in 2018, he adopted a “hugs not bullets” approach to the terrorists.

The Mexican president claims the way to tackle terrorism is by spending taxpayer money on alleviating poverty, not by punishing the violent thugs responsible.

The “Hugs not bullets” strategy started by Obrador has fueled the Mexican Drug War and caused drugs to flow into the United States. This has resulted in the deaths of thousands of Americans, particularly in white-working class communities.

Instead of accepting responsibility, he has doubled down on failure and now wants to punish Republicans for correctly criticizing him just to soothe his fragile ego.

With “friends” like these, who needs enemies?

Why judges don't do the right thing on election fraud

Rachel Alexander: 'They are terrified of what the left will do to them and their careers'

By Rachel Alexander
Published March 6, 2023 at 7:03pm

As Arizona experiences a repeat of the 2020 election with 2022, where MAGA candidates allegedly lost to poor Democratic candidates like Katie Hobbs who refused to debate, some are turning on the MAGA candidates and blaming them instead of election fraud. The candidates' lawsuits are predictably going nowhere, as judges throw them out for supposed "lack of evidence" or narrow technical reasons such as "lack of standing."

The judges pretend that witness testimony and affidavits don't constitute evidence, but every first-year law school student learns that of the 11 sections of the traditional Rules of Evidence in law, an entire section, section 6, is devoted to witness testimony. Witness testimony throughout history has been the smoking gun in many cases; defendants have suffered the death penalty based on witness testimony alone.

Jenna Ellis, former attorney for Donald Trump, tweeted on Friday about Kari Lake's election contest lawsuits: "She hasn't and won't win any of her lawsuits. It's just fundraising at this point (i.e., grifting). I was one of the first that endorsed her and supported her as a candidate, but this will set back the conservative movement for election integrity."

Lake's appeal of her alleged loss to Hobbs in Arizona's gubernatorial race is currently at the Arizona Supreme Court. While the judges were all appointed by Republican governors, no one is confident they will do the right thing. Arizona's recent Republican governors had too many ties to the establishment, and so many of the judges they appointed have proven to be RINOs if not full-on Democrats.

Lake's appeal brief is one of the best in all of the election lawsuits. It should be a slam dunk especially considering there is precedent; the Arizona Supreme Court once overturned a gubernatorial election where fraud was alleged and replaced the Democrat who had been in office for months with the Republican. Judges routinely overturn elections around the country where there was voter disenfranchisement and don't require the excessively high standards of proof we're seeing when Republicans lost or were disenfranchised. For example, in 2019, a judge ordered a new election for a Georgia House seat based on merely finding that four voters were ineligible.

But judges cannot rule in favor of election integrity when it helps Republicans because they are terrified of what the left will do to them and their careers. The type of person who becomes a judge is someone who isn't looking for the spotlight; most judges go their entire careers with very few headlines about them. If you look their names up on the internet, you can rarely find anything about them. They have relatively quiet, peaceful lives outside the public eye, and they live well with generous salaries. Arizona Supreme Court justices make $159,685. U.S. Supreme Court justices make $268,300 ($280,500 for Chief Justice John Roberts).

Many judges got their positions due to the establishment, and in order to keep those positions, they are beholden to the establishment. While the U.S. Supreme Court justices are mostly immune from this, there are other reasons that deter them. If they rule for Republicans on voter disenfranchisement, that is all they will be known for the rest of their lives: "election deniers" and "conspiracy theorists." Their speaking engagements and book deals will dry up. A search for their names on the internet – thanks to left-wing Google and big tech's biases – will turn up nothing but hateful MSM articles about them.

Judges have spent years carefully crafting reputations for themselves as erudite scholars. They don't want to be associated with the caricatures the MSM has made of Trump supporters – low-educated buffoons. Anywhere they go, anyone they meet, will all have a preformed opinion about them, and with the exception of patriots, the reactions will be negative and follow them around the rest of their lives.

Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman is now in that position after being employed by Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos to investigate the results of the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin. As a result of the backlash from the left, Vos ended up firing him, and Gableman now has three ethics complaints against him.

The left will try to cancel, dox and harass them. We saw how the left protested at Supreme Court justices' homes after their opinion was leaked reversing Roe v. Wade. Progressives posted maps online with their home addresses. Harvard Law School instructor Alejandra Caraballo tweeted that the justices should be harassed in public, citing Sen. Ted Cruz being harassed at a restaurant as an example of how it should be done. The le

Dominion bombshell: 'Critical bug leading to INCORRECT results'

Voting-machine exec admits: 'Our products suck'

By Bob Unruh
Published February 22, 2023 at 3:33pm

Voting machines have played an inordinate role in headlines in the last few years, since the oddly anomalous results of the 2020 presidential election were revealed to give Joe Biden narrow victories in states that appeared to be majority Republican.

Naturally there were questions about the accuracy of the counts by those machines, especially after some clearly wrong results were admitted, and corrected.

Commentators made accusations about failures and one of the voting machine behemoths, Dominion Voting Systems, immediately went to court, suing them for defaming the company's reputation. Some defendants responded with their own lawsuits against Dominion.

And now, as a result of one of those legal actions by Dominion against Fox News, it's been revealed in a report by Just the News that one of Dominion's own executives knew the system had failed.

It was Dominion Director of Product Strategy and Security Eric Coomer who admitted in an email that his company's technology was marred by a "*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results."

"It does not get much worse than that," he said.

The comments were revealed as a part of the discovery process in Dominion's lawsuit against Fox. Dominion is demanding $1.6 billion for "defamation."

His comments were made public in a legal brief filed by the news outlet.

Further, the details provide that in 2019, Coomer lamented that "our products suck."

He explained that "almost all" of the tech failings by Dominion were "due to our complete f--- up in installation."

The information was filed in a defense brief by Fox in the case.

WND is now on Trump's Truth Social! Follow us @WNDNews

Coomer's comments came in 2018, and later in 2019, the report said, when he added, "We don't address our weaknesses effectively."

In the days just before the 2020 vote – where suspicion landed on the accuracy of the voting machines – Coomer said, "Our sh-t is just riddled with bugs."

Further, the report explained, "Mark Beckstrand, a Dominion Sales Manager, testified in a deposition that 'other parties 'have gotten ahold of [Dominion's] equipment illicitly' in the past."

The defense arguments explain, "Beckstrand, identified specific instances in Georgia and North Carolina and testified that a Dominion machine was 'hacked' in Michigan" and "confirmed that these security failures were 'reported about in the news.'"

The admissions just get more damaging, the report said.

One major 2020 problem developed an Antrim County, Michigan, where human error was blamed for giving the losing candidate the victory, a result that later was reversed.

The defense document said, "a security expert told the media that Dominion 'software should be designed to detect and prevent th[e] kind of glitch' experienced in Antrim County, Michigan."

To that, Coomer told Dominion "Vice President Kay Stimson: 'He's not entirely wrong.'"

Just the News documented that Dominion didn't respond to a request for comment.

Dominion, online, blames the Antrim County mixup on "user error."

Previously, WND reported J. Alex Halderman, a University of Michigan computer science professor, investigated and produced a report on possible flaws in Dominion's system during the 2020 election.

But Joe Biden's administration insisted to a federal judge that the results not be made public.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said about that report that Halderman found someone could, in theory, hack the system to change votes, without saying wheth

EXCLUSIVE: New Mexico Soros-Backed Secretary of State, Maggie Toulouse-Oliver, Used Illegal Software to Combine Election Results and Tried to Cover It Up, Breaking Several State and Local Laws in the Process

By Joe Hoft
Mar. 8, 2023 8:00 am

NEW MEXICO SECRETARY OF STATE, MAGGIE TOULOUSE-OLIVER, USED ILLEGAL SOFTWARE TO COMBINE RESULTS IN NEW MEXICO ELECTIONS. THIS BREAKS MULTIPLE STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. SHE ALSO GOES TO GREAT LENGTHS TO COVER IT UP.

Guest post by the Editor of the Estancia News

As the Democrat-controlled New Mexico legislature barrels ahead with legislation that would put the nail in the coffin of honesty and transparency in New Mexico’s elections, the corruption of the Secretary of State (SOS), Maggie Toulouse Oliver, continues to be exposed.

After hearing public testimony during a November Torrance County public meeting, the Estancia News has done a deep dive on how election results in New Mexico are finalized, or “canvassed.”  It turns out the SOS has illegally centralized this process, cutting out the clerks, and breaking multiple state and federal laws in the process.

This series of articles will outline the framework put in place by Toulouse-Oliver and corrupt Senator Daniel Ivey-Soto that could be the mechanism used to illegally undermine elections in New Mexico.

WHAT DOES NEW MEXICO LAW SAY ABOUT REQUIRING COUNTY CLERKS–NOT THE SOS–TO PERFORM ELECTION CANVASSES?

During the canvass, each of the county clerks are to create a “report of the canvass” which gives detailed election results by ballot type and precinct for all the races on the ballot.  State law explicitly states that the canvass report is the sole responsibility of the county clerk: “The county clerk shall:  prepare the report of the canvass of the election returns by carefully examining the returns of each precinct to ascertain if they contain the properly executed certificates required by the Election Code and to ascertain whether any discrepancy, omission or error appears on the face of the election returns.” (NMSA 1-2-31.F).

Next, the County Commission must review the canvass report and other election documents and accept them if they find no errors, thus certifying the election in the county.  Only after this process has been completed within the county are the canvass reports to be sent up to the SOS for the completion of the state canvass, which combines the individual county’s canvass reports into the official election results for the state.

WHAT DOES FEDERAL LAW SAY ABOUT THE SOFTWARE THAT MUST BE USED IN A POST-ELECTION CANVASS?

A “canvass” takes place immediately after the election and is the process of consolidating election results, dealing with provisional ballots, and ensuring that all the paperwork reconciles with the digital result. According to the Federal Election Assistance Commission: (https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/electionofficials/postelection/Guide_to_the_Canvass_EAC.pdf) “A thorough canvass must look beyond the ballots. Election officials examine the work of office staff and poll workers, including the completion of chain of custody forms, reconciliation paperwork, and all forms comprising the audit trail for ballots, equipment, and supplies.”

The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) also regulates the hardware and software used to create the canvass through the Voluntary Voting System Guidelines.

Section 1.1 lists the parts of the system that must be tested and certified by an accredited lab (the bolded portions refer to the parts of the system that touch the canvass): “all system hardware, software, telecommunications, and documentation intended for use to: prepare the voting system for use in an election, produce appropriate ballot formats, test that the voting system and ballot materials have been properly prepared and are ready for use, record and count votes, consolidate and report election results, display results on-site or remotely, produce and maintain comprehensive audit trail.”

WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING IN NEW MEXICO?

We know that the county clerks are responsible for creating the canvass report according to state law and we know that the hardware and software used to create the canvass must be done on certified software according to federal law. However, after a thorough review of internal communications and training documents, Estancia News can confirm that these laws are being blatantly violated by the SOS and all 33 county clerks.
