Since when did Katie Hobbs have the funds to bring in a Clinton heavy weight to help them get out of the mess they're currently in? Oh, that's right, she doesn't have that kind of money. It look like perhaps Soros has placed his hands on the scale and coughed up the money to bring this heavy weight in...

Democrats in Arizona Are Petrified – They’re Bringing in Marc Elias’s Perkins Coie to Make Threats and Make the Maricopa County Audit Go Away

By Joe Hoft
Apr. 9, 2021 11:00 am

Patriots in Arizona are under attack by far-left lunatics who disregard nonprofit laws to fund their anti-American actions.

The national Democratic machine is in panic mode over the Arizona Senate’s Maricopa County ballot audit. On Tuesday, the Democrats sent in national fixer attorney Marc Elias’s firm Perkins Coie to throw around threats and make the audit go away.

The stakes are astronomical for the Dems, after all the November 3, 2020 election steal gained them the presidency and control of both houses. The swing states in which the 2020 election steal occurred are key to uncovering the truth and proving the fraud in the election and Arizona is one of those states.

Steve Bannon of the WarRoom Pandemic, Peter Navarro, who wrote an incredible three-part analysis explaining the 2020 election steal, The Navarro Report, and Mike Lindell, who co-produced and hosted two documentaries about the 2020 election steal, have all repeatedly stated ‘that if just one of these swing states fall, they’ll all fall like a house of cards.’

So, to prevent ‘this house of cards from falling’ and any election tampering and fraud being exposed, the Democratic hit team blew into Arizona, a top Democrat-run nonprofit at the helm, with three law firms in tow to shut this thing in Arizona down.

Mark Elias’s favorite hammer is a nonprofit. Low and behold, whom do we find deployed in the threat, via an e-letter to the AZ Senate’s four chosen audit firms but the “Protect Democracy Project,” a 501(c)(3) charity, which is required by law, more so than other types of nonprofits, to remain strictly nonpartisan.  (This act doesn’t look non-partisan.)

Sheets, Mattress Toppers, Pillows and More At MyPillow's "Clearance and Overstock Sale" - Up To 80% Off!

We wrote about this yesterday:

Perkins Coie and Marc Elias, Hillary Clinton’s consigliere, were, remember, responsible for the fabricated and discredited Steele Dossier which was a vicious, partisan attempt by the Democrats to remove Republican President Donald Trump from office.

The Protect Democracy Project (PDP) nonprofit, which is in reality functioning as a weaponized, political tool of the Democrats, sicced not one, not two, but three law firms on the Arizona Senate’s audit teams: Perkins Coie and two Arizona firms, Coppersmith Brockelman, and Barton Mendez Soto. With a hefty $12.4 million in revenue as of 2019 and a whopping 72 staff members, many of whom are attorneys, the PDP is a rich and powerful nonprofit and can afford to engage the legal muscle needed to enforce the Democrat billionaire’s will.

We’ve reported on how the PDP is tied to Soros, China, Obama and Biden:

This charity effectively provides Perkins Coie with the one-off camo and the appearance of do-gooders doing good necessary so that it can actually execute the raw will of the national Democratic machine, without appearing to do so.

Never mind the will of the people of Arizona and their state Senate and never mind IRS rules which require this type of NFP – a (c)(3) – to never, ever take political sides. Perkins Coie and its nonprofit lapdog have a mission to stop this audit and laws, rules, and the will of the Arizona people are simply in their way.

This nonprofit’s actions are an attempt to interfere in the process of securing an honest, accurate and trustworthy ballot audit and its interference favors the Democratic Party. That’s anything but nonpartisan nonprofit activity!

As expected, the day the letter was released, on April 6, 2021 Marc Elias’s website, Democracy Docket LLC, issued a statement about it. It revealed that even more threats and more nonprofit and legal muscle will be coming down the pike if the Arizona Senate does not back down:

Multiple voting rights lawyers and advocacy groups have signed a letter outlining their intention to sue if the unfounded Republican-led audit of Maricopa County’s election results goes forward

Marc Elias and the Democrat Party Accused of “Possible Criminal Violations of Both the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) and the Federal Criminal Code”

By Joe Hoft
Apr. 19, 2023 1:15 pm

Marc Elias was Hillary Clinton’s attorney during her failed run for the Presidency in 2016.  He is now being accused of possible criminal violations of both the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) and the federal Criminal Code.

Marc Elias was Hillary’s attorney in her failed attempt to win the Presidential election in 2016 but he became famous after the 2020 Election.  Elias went around the nation and got himself involved in numerous actions and lawsuits in an effort to put in place mail-in ballots and ballot drop boxes.  These efforts allowed the Democrat Party to drop off ballots in the election that were not validated for where they came from (i.e. millions of ballots lacked chain of custody documentation) nor were they validated for who they came from (i.e. signature checks were not performed).

This strategy helped the Democrats steal the 2020 Election.

Elias was eventually called out by even Democrats.

Counsel for the Committee to Defeat the President, Dan Backer, sent a letter last week to the DOJ encouraging them to look into alleged illegal actions committed by Marc Elias and the DCCC.

FOX News reported on the requesting that they look into Marc Elias and the Democrat Party:

“Americans deserve to know the truth about the Democratic Party’s shady money laundering schemes, especially when campaign funds are supposed to be spent in one way and they get spent in another,” Backer said.

“Based on the Committee’s robust research, and Elias’ own shady past, it seems pretty clear that Elias and other Democrats have engaged in false reporting, and that cannot go unchecked,” he continued.

A letter from the FEC obtained by Fox News Digital acknowledged the receipt of the complaint.

In the letter, Backer wrote to Heberle about “possible criminal violations of both the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) and the federal Criminal Code” allegedly committed by the DCCC and Elias Law Group.

“I hope that you will not allow the Biden Administration’s political appointees within the Department of Justice to allow President Biden’s close political allies to gain an unfair advantage in the electoral process by violating federal criminal law with impunity,” Backer wrote.

Backer pointed out the “FECA requires each political committee to report to the FEC the purpose of each of its operating expenditures over $200” and that in “a series of FEC filings over the course of 2021 and 2022, the DCCC reported making a total of $5,177,460.62 in payments between October 19, 2021, and July 15, 2022, to Elias Law Group for ‘RECOUNT LEGAL [SERVICES].’”

Backer reminds the FEC of Elias’s prior history related to elections and the DCCC:

Backer also alleged that Elias, “the name partner of Elias Law Group, has a history of allowing Democratic political committees to misrepresent the nature of his firm’s legal services to shield their activities from public scrutiny,” pointing to his former firm, Perkins Coie’s work on the debunked Steele dossier.

“Elias has also been sanctioned by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for lack of candor,” Backer wrote. “Another federal court accused him of attempting to ‘impinge[]’ upon ‘free, open, rational elections.’”

“It is reasonably possible Elias Law Group facilitated the DCCC’s false reporting by providing fraudulent billing statements misrepresenting the purpose of the firm’s charges, to assist in shielding the true nature of their activities from public scrutiny,” Backer alleged.

Backer alleged Elias Law Group and the DCCC “may have violated four federal statutes:” “FECA criminal provisions,” the “Sarbanes-Oxley Act,” statutes regarding “false statements,” and “conspiracy” statutes.

Here is the letter from Backer about DCCC and Elias alleged actions:

BREAKING: Shasta County (California) County Supervisors Vote to Go with Paper Ballots

By Joe Hoft
Mar. 29, 2023 10:15 am

The County Supervisors in Shasta County, California, voted last night to go with paper ballots in elections going forward.   The vote was 3-2.

In January the County Supervisors in Shasta County voted to get rid of Dominion voting systems in their elections.  This vote sent shockwaves through the state.

Last night the citizens in Shasta County supported their Board of Supervisors when the vote to use paper ballots in future elections was on the table.

According to Agenda 21 Radio:

The Shasta County Board of Supervisors following hours of debate passed by a 3-2 vote to go with hand counted paper ballots. The vote came after numerous presenters came forward to discuss the merits of manual counting and electronic systems. Clint Curtis who was the computer programer who created the algorithm designed to modify election results results flew from Florida just to talk to the board.

Last month the Shasta County Supervisors voted to discontinue the use of the Dominion machines for all further elections. Shasta County is the first to drop the use of electronic voting systems in California. There are several additional counties in California who are considering disuse of the Dominion and other electronic voting systems.

This was a big win for election integrity experts who know the many abuses that electronic election systems can bring.

HUGE: Mohave County Court Sets May 16 for Oral Arguments in Abe Hamadeh’s Motion For New Trial – Provisional Ballot Review Could Reverse Outcome Of Attorney General Race

By Jordan Conradson
Apr. 17, 2023 5:45 pm

The Mohave County Superior Court recently set an order for Oral Arguments in Abe Hamadeh’s lawsuit contesting the closest race in Arizona history.

Abe’s race against radical leftist Kris Mayes was initially called by just 511 out of over 2.5 million votes. However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, a miscount of votes in Pinal County discovered hundreds of new votes for Hamadeh.

Hamadeh filed a ‘Motion for New Trial’ in the Mohave County Superior Court after the statutory recount of votes in Pinal County discovered hundreds of votes were miscounted, bringing the margin of victory to 280 votes out of more than 2,592,313 ballots cast statewide.

This issue needs to be investigated, and other counties must do a full recount of provisional ballots to determine how many were wrongfully discarded. “It’s simple. If the judge allows us to inspect and count the ballots – we win,” said Abe previously.

In Maricopa County alone, where over 50% of tabulators and printers failed the moment that polls opened, causing voters to be turned away from the polls and creating long wait times of four hours or more, over 4,849 provisional ballots were recorded.

Many voters’ registrations were canceled due to Maricopa County and Katie Hobbs’ screw-ups, causing massive disenfranchisement across the County and state.

Hamadeh is requesting that the Judge “allow the parties to inspect all ballots that failed to record a vote in the attorney general race (known as an “undervote”) in all 15 counties to confirm that the machines properly and appropriately counted every vote in the attorney general race.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, as many as 6,000 voters were incorrectly flagged as not having proof of citizenship on file, designating them as federal-only voters who may receive a federal-only ballot due to an alleged error by Katie Hobbs when she oversaw her own election as Secretary of State. This may have contributed to some voters being unable to vote in local races, including the contest for Attorney General.

According to a new report, roughly 8,000 provisional ballots remain across the state and, once recounted, may overturn the election for Attorney General.

AZ Free News reports,

According to all counties’ data, there are roughly 8,000 provisional ballots outstanding. Hamadeh led on day-of voters statewide, winning an average of 70 percent of the votes. Provisional ballots may heavily favor him, due to the additional fact that day-of votes were generally 2 to 1 Republican.

“All data points suggest that it favors Republicans,” said Hamadeh.

It appears that, due to the mass tabulator failures, there were less voters but more provisional ballots cast this past election year. Rejection rates of these provisional ballots increased sharply across several counties: Santa Cruz County’s rejections increased from one out of the 117 provisional ballots cast to 83 out of the 139 provisional ballots cast. Pima County’s rejection rate doubled.

Despite Pinal County having a comparable number of provisional ballots cast in 2020 and 2022, their rejection rate increased from 59 to 63 percent.

Yavapai County more than doubled its rejection of provisional ballots this past election than in 2020 based on non-registration, despite having a significant decline in voter turnout (over 87 percent versus just over 75 percent).

Further data will be published in full as court proceedings continue. Hamadeh shared that his legal team is awaiting some data from several counties, which he said would bolster their case.

“As more data comes in, it’s getting worse for the government and looking better for us,” said Hamadeh.

Another development that could impact Hamadeh’s case is the divorce between Democrats’ top election lawyer, Marc Elias, and the De

What is surprising isn’t that hundreds of Republican  votes went uncounted but that they didn’t disappear before it came to light.

Not really. True the Vote, My Pillow and various other voter integrity organizations have been keeping a close eye on the chain of custody for those ballots, making it very difficult to disappear them!
