Over Billing And Lack Of Openness Mar Ballot Printer Investigation

April 25, 2023
Terri Jo Neff

Maricopa County taxpayers have been billed more than $91,000 so far to have former Justice Ruth McGregor investigate why several Ballot of Demand (BOD) printers performed inadequately on Election Day last November. But two of the invoices contained math errors which led to an overbilling of $1,055.

Mark Spencer, Southwest Projects Coordinator for Judicial Watch, noted various errors, the most serious involving McGregor’s original bill to the county for $55,901 when her 132.75 hours only added up to $55,091.

In addition, Sandra Thomason submitted an invoice for 105.5 hours at a total of $26,620. However, her invoice noted an hourly charge of $250, which would equal $26,375.

A revised invoice for McGregor was released to Spencer on Monday. It is unknown as of press time whether McGregor and Thomason were initially paid based on their incorrect invoices or if someone from Maricopa County did the math before cutting the checks.

Questions and concerns continue to be raised about aspects of McGregor’s investigation. Several detailed follow-up questions were submitted to Maricopa County by Arizona Daily Independent, but no answers will be forthcoming, according to a high ranking member of the MCAO.

“The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office clearly outlined the scope of the review by Justice McGregor in the attached letter,” MCAO Chief of Staff Jennifer Liewer responded Monday. “Her subsequent report addressed the questions posed in the letter. The County Attorney’s Office’s only role in the review was to ensure Justice McGregor had access to staff and resources that she determined were necessary. The report stands as our response to your comments and questions below.”

In late November, the Maricopa County Elections Department issued an undated report addressing several Election Day problems, including vote center wait times, the voter check-out process, and ballot box reconciliation.

The report also provided various information about the Oki B432 BOD printer and tabulation problems which resulted in thousands of ballots to be placed in Door 3 of the tabulator to be counted later at the main Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC).

McGregor was contracted by Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell in early January to provide an independent review of some of the problems, including why dozens of the Oki printers provided ballots that were printed too lightly to be tabulated by onsite equipment.

The other questions for McGregor’s team involved why the printer problems occurred on Nov. 8 but not on Aug. 3 during the primary election, and how Maricopa County can prevent a repeat of the problem.

In an April 10 report, McGregor confirmed that technical personnel from Maricopa County and Runbeck responded to 71 of 223 vote centers to change BOD printer settings even though some of those vote centers reported more problems than others.

The investigation also revealed that poor fusing of the toner onto the ballot paper was the source of the misprints caused by an inability of the fuser to maintain optimum fusing temperature.

There were no problems reported with the Oki printers in prior Maricopa County elections when 19- and 20-inch ballot paper of an 80 pound weight was utilized, according to the report.

“Based on our tests, and for the reasons described in this report, we concluded that the combined effect of using 100-pound ballot paper and a 20-inch ballot during the 2022 general election was to require that the Oki B432 printers perform at the extreme edge of their capability, a level that could not be reliably sustained by a substantial number of printers,” the report notes.

McGregor’s team recommended several alternative approaches which county elections officials can utilize in the future to minimize the likelihood of a similar failure.

One alternative approach is to conduct “more robust stress testing” designed to mimic how the BOD printers are actually used in the field. Another approach is to return to using 80-pound paper for ballots, even if 20 inches long.

Still another approach is to eliminate the use of on-site tabulators and do what some Arizona counties do – transport all ballots cast at vote centers to the county’s central elections office for tabulation on higher powered machines.

We are not invulnerable. As Ronald Reagan put it, freedom is no more than one generation away from extinction. Let that generation not be ours

Why 2020 still matters and what to do about it now

David Robb
April 13, 2023

Enter the 2020 Presidential Election: The Progressive Left saw Donald Trump as an existential threat to their plans. In the space of four short years, he had undone much of the "progress" Obama had made during his reign, and four more years of Trump could set them back decades, and perhaps even forever. He had to be stopped

Where might we be?: Imagine what things might have been like had the 2020 election been honest. We would still be energy independent and even a net energy exporter. Our economy would be growing with no inflation in sight.

Many of the dreams of the Civil Rights movement of the '60s and '70s would have come to fruition in a color-blind society. Russia would not have invaded Ukraine, and China would not be threatening to take over Taiwan. Our military would still be a model for the world and a deterrent to military adventurism across the globe.

Our borders would be secure, and we would be helping people develop their own countries to where they no longer felt the need to migrate. We would not be on the brink of nuclear war. We would not have donated hundreds of billions of dollars of military aid to the Taliban and could have worked to ensure a real peace in Afghanistan. Our citizens would not be dying from foreign drugs.

The dollar would still be respected as a strong currency well suited to serve as the world's reserve. Our foreign policies would have encouraged each nation to look after the well being of their peoples rather than of their rulers, and we would still be respected as the "shining light on a hill".

All that would be intolerable! Trump must be stopped!

And so he was.

The election that will live in infamy: All it took was a manufactured virus that could be used to spread fear and justify suspension of nearly every Constitutional right for almost two years. Most importantly, it would justify use of near universal voting by mail. As I wrote in a prior article, a thirty-year-old law had prepared the ground for massive election fraud by enabling the accumulation of invalid voter roll entries—ghost voters— throughout the nation.

Voting by mail allowed these ghost voters to be mobilized to vote for the candidates of the Left. Because the chain of custody was destroyed by the vote by mail process, millions of votes could be generated, inserted into the election system and counted just like legitimate votes with virtually no risk of discovery.

The evidence is there: There are still a few election fraud deniers who believe that the 2020 election was fair, honest, and legitimate. In spite of evidence, they continue to believe all is well, or worse, deny there might be problems. They even call any question of the validity of 2020 as "The Big Lie".

In contrast, I have been working for a few years now on election integrity issues, and have come to know many others with even more experience. We come from many backgrounds, political persuasions, ages, and occupations, but one thing we have in common is an informed understanding that the 2020 election was anything but fair, honest and legitimate.

A great crime has been committed against this Nation. There have been and continue to be powerful forces arrayed against exposure of the crime. Many participants in the crime have become wealthy as a result. Others have usurped positions of power. The combination of power and money creates strong forces against any effort to bring forth evidence and to take corrective action. Efforts have been hindered because while the crime is obvious, the criminals are almost invisible.

The Truth will out: In spite of the obstacles, more and more evidence is being brought forth, especially during recent elections where the culprits have tried to use their methods again, but a watchful public stands in their way. It is still a difficult road to traverse to expose this wrongdoing, but we have learned that we must be vigilant and willing to take action to defend what we value or else it will be taken from us.

What hasn't worked: We have tried to restore integrity to our system of elections by legislative actions, and have often been blocked by those who would find advantage in the current systems that allow such manipulation. As a result, our election systems are at least as vulnerable as they were in 2020. We have gone through another national election cycle in 2022 where the same mechanisms were employed to turn a Red Wave into a pink trickle with a small advantage to Re

Two things happened in 2020. First, many suspicious events surrounding ballots, polling places and returns.  Also, Trump lost suburban women in enormous numbers. We can’t rule either one out.  If he can’t turn suburban women in 2024, he can’t win, even if everything else is fixed.

Even if he could turn suburban women... it's still fixed so he'll lose!!!

We need to stop the illegal fixes... all of them. Nothing else matters. Otherwise, we won't ever have fair elections period!!!

No, if he won by a large enough amount they would not overturn anything. They can switch close elections but not ones that are that far apart.

Sorry, but I'm not buying that crap. And yes, I call that crap.

In 2016, Trump had more votes than Obama did in 2008 or 2012. And in 2020, Trump had more votes than he had in 2016!

That said, Trump had a large enough amount to win so they wouldn't have to overturn anything.

Trump was winning at 10PM on election night. Then, the following morning, mysteriously, the guy in the basement who never had more than 12 people at his rallies supposedly won?

Nope... the election was stolen. And therefore, I call what you said crap! Sorry, but I don't buy that.

Again, he lost suburban women’s votes that are needed for a win. Everything else aside, he lost their support from 2016 to 2020.

And if he wins every single suburban women votes in 2024... will he win?

Not until the voter corruption stops.

So, if he wins all the suburban women votes and still loses 2024, they'll say... well. this time it wasn't the suburban women, but it was something else.

Until the voter corruption is stopped, he'll need 170 million votes to win. And I say 170 million because that's over half of our US populace so there is absolutely no way that his contender... whoever it is... could get more.

Now, IF the corruption is stopped, 81 million should get him a win.

It's the corruption... not suburban women!!!

WATCH: Video Shows Fraudulent Mail-In Ballot Signatures Accepted by Maricopa County – Kari Lake Attorneys to EXPOSE Fraudulent 2022 Signatures in Trial Court

By Jordan Conradson
May. 1, 2023 12:36 pm

Footage released by We The People AZ Alliance shows the fraudulent signature verification standards used by Maricopa County in 2020 and 2022 to steal the elections, using illegitimate mail-in ballots with no chain of custody documentation.

This is expected to be exposed in Kari Lake’s lawsuit against the fraudulent Midterm Election. Lake is currently fighting against sanctions by Maricopa County in the Supreme Court.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that the Arizona Supreme Court sent the erroneously dismissed signature verification fraud count in Kari Lake’s lawsuit back to the trial court for further review.

Kari Lake’s lawsuit demands “An opportunity to inspect Maricopa County ballots from the 2022 general election, including ballot signature envelopes and the corresponding signatures on file with Maricopa County, prior to trial.” However, this count was previously dismissed before her lawsuit went to trial in the Maricopa County Superior Court last December.

This is perhaps the most critical count because it could reveal the enormous fraud involved in the vote-by-mail system.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, We The People AZ Alliance co-founder Shelby Busch presented to the Arizona Senate estimates that nearly 300,000 ballots were pushed through the system with no signature verification in 2022.

After determining that OVER 420,000 ballot affidavits “failed signature verification” in the 2020 Election, based on their review of roughly 25% of 1.9 million envelopes, Busch and her team extrapolated this data. They concluded that there were “a total of 290,644 failed signatures in the 2022 Election.”

This is why Maricopa County refuses to provide access to legal public records relating to mail-in ballot signatures.

We The People AZ Alliance has since filed a special action complaint to compel the Maricopa County Elections Department to produce public records relating to the inspection of all 2022 General Election Ballot Affidavit Envelopes, including mail-in, early voting, and late early ballot envelopes.

On Sunday, We The People AZ Alliance tweeted a video recap of the egregiously mismatched signatures from 2020 ballot affidavits. View We The People AZ Alliance’s full Arizona Senate presentations on election fraud here.

Watch below:

Signatures egregiously different: these signatures fail multiple points and cannot pass.

Every county should do this...

Big News! Mike Lindell Reveals Missouri County Goes Completely Machine-Free with Paper Ballots Only – Massive Win for Election Integrity (VIDEO)

By Cullen Linebarger
Apr. 5, 2023 9:10 pm

There is now one place in America that will no longer have to worry about faulty machines plaguing our elections.

Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow and one of America’s foremost election integrity advocates, made a historic announcement on Frank TV yesterday that Osage County, Missouri became the first place in America to completely ditch machine voting and move exclusively to hand-counting election results.

Make no mistake: this is a game-changer for election integrity.

Osage County is not alone.  Several counties across the US are moving to paper ballots.  Shasta County in California voted to go to paper ballots recently.  And Nye County in Nevada counts ballots by hand now.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, faulty machines combined with massive Democrat voter fraud plagued the 2020 and 2022 elections. A number of Republicans likely lost races due to these factors.

Conservatives Are Looking For Ways To Boycott and Move Spending Away From Woke Corporations -- Here Is One Way To Do It

Some people have claimed to have uncovered evidence that the machines themselves shifted votes to the Democrats on Election Day as well.

As one can see in the video below, Lindell was quite excited about the historic news in Osage County.

WATCH:

Trancript of Lindell’s announcement:

Lindell: What’s going on today is historical for another reason. The first county in the United States to do elections (right) going forward is Osage County, Missouri!

You guys, I am so proud of them in Missouri. Democrats and Republicans united to do this hand count.

Interviewer: So you’re saying this is the first county in America to do a count using paper? This is the first county?

Lindell: Right. Going forward, you know, you have machines involved in one way or another in the 2020 and 2022 elections. Here, completely machine-free, paper ballot counting, and using Linda’s counting system which we have been telling you about for months.

You can see the fear (in the Uniparty’s eyes) saying, oh no, we’re going to have fair elections now! You worried about Trump going up ten points in the polls today? Well, you better be really worried because these machines are going to be LONG gone! He could win by 90%!

The scene around the 2:15 mark briefly cuts to a series of voting tables long with volunteers hand-counting election results.

Not a single Dominion voting machine is in sight.

Hopefully, Osage County serves as the tip of the spear in the battle to save free and fair elections in America. Every single state and county should follow their brave lead.
