Archie held a press conference Thursday where he announced he now has videotape of County Democrat Party Chairwoman Jacque Amous bringing thumb drives and ballots into the the counting room and inserting them in the ES&S machines.
David Archie told reporters he has photos of the cheating.

Archie claims that the chairperson of the Hinds County Democratic Executive Committee, Jacqueline Amos, tampered with the elections.
The supervisor provided what he called evidence of her conspiracy correspondence.
It was a picture of a text message conversation supposedly sent to Amos that read, “Hey, don’t let them cheat Deborah Dixon out of her election. She won fair and square.”
The transcript claims Amos responded, “She won, but I’m going to (expletive) David Archie on site!!!”
“We have videotape of Jacque Amos going into boxes, bringing in thumb drives, bringing in ballots to be inserted into machines. We have pictures of Jacque Amos participating in what we think that is fraud as well as corruption,” Archie said.
The supervisor did not share his alleged evidence.
Amos issued a statement saying, “The Hinds County Democratic Executive Committee conducted the August 8th Democratic Primary in keeping with applicable state law. The Executive Committee has canvassed the returns and certified the results of the August 8th primary. Those results speak for themselves, as does relevant state law for anyone seeking to contest the certification of the votes duly cast on August 8th. We understand that one candidate who lost, namely David Archie, has decided to challenge the results of the August 8, 2023, primary. He has the right to challenge the results. We stand ready for the challenge and will cooperate however necessary.”

Politicians and mainstream media tried to bury massive 2020 VOTER FRAUD in Michigan

The Gateway Pundit (GP) recently released a damning report of a massive voter fraud incident in Michigan (MI), which apparently has been investigated by the state police department and even the MI Attorney General's office. However, despite overwhelming evidence, the probe stopped at the state level, buried by politicians, government investigators and the mainstream media. Nobody was held accountable or convicted.
According to the news outlet, activists Phil O’Halloran, Chairman of the Michigan Republican Party’s Election Integrity Committee, and Lori Skibo, director of the Michigan GOP’s Poll Challenger Program, obtained a copy of the state police report and began investigating the story in June of this year.
It all began when Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch noticed a black female (whose name was redacted initially from the police report), dropping off between 8,000 to 10,000 completed voter registration applications at her office on October 8, 2020. During the deadline for in-person voter registration applications, the said woman delivered an additional 2500 registration forms. The city clerk then contacted the local police, an investigative task force was formed, and an investigation was initiated.
As per Meisch, numerous forms appeared to have been completed by the same writer, and upon initial examination, addresses on multiple forms were invalid or non-existent. They also found that phone numbers on multiple forms were erroneous and signatures on multiple forms didn’t appear to match signatures on file with the Department of Secretary of State. The state investigator spoke with the female suspect who explained that she was being paid by GBI Strategies $1150 per week to look for "unregistered voters and provide them with a form so they can get registered to vote or obtain their absentee ballot." But this statement did make sense as the handwriting on the registrations was the same and many of the addresses were fake.
State Senator Ruth Johnson even admitted to GP: "My estimate is over 800,000 ballot applications were sent to non-qualified voters in Michigan, including many individuals who moved or died, and even some individuals who were underage or non-citizens. Many were sent to people who had moved out of state."
When the police inspected the GBI's office near Muskegon they found semiautomatic guns, silencers/suppressors, burner phones, a bag of pre-paid cash cards, and incomplete registrations, in an office space that was styled as an eyeglasses store that had gone defunct. Michigan Attorney General (AG) Dana Nessel asked the MI State Police to join the Muskegon Police and AG’s investigation of the potentially massive, multi-city voter fraud operation. However, no one was ever arrested. Nassel also seemed to fail to mention the investigation to the public. She is still claiming that there was no evidence of widespread voter fraud in her state. “This is despite the fact that she knew her office and the office of Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson were both involved with the state police in a large-scale investigation," GP reported. The investigation was later turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and it just died, just like all of the other Democrat voter fraud investigations. Using the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic as the pretext, the Left set the stage for scores of absentee ballots that would never receive scrutiny as to whether they were valid or not.
Biden's presidential campaign funded GBI with over $11M
GBI Strategies is a left-wing campaign consulting company run by Gary Bell, who manages over 70 "organizing operations" in 20 states. He also is said to lend logistical and consulting support to another seven states.
The woman involved in the voter's registration fraud in Michigan was paid by GBI $1150 per week and given a rental car. She said she was also provided with a "reloadable pay card."
But who is funding GBI? The investigators found that the company was paid $1,571,386 by Doug Jones for a Senate campaign back in 2018. It was also paid $188,000 by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in 2018.
Moreover, according to an "X" account user called Kanekoa the Great, the Federal Election Commission filings showed that the far-left Black PAC organizations paid the company $11,254,919 in 2020 for the purpose of "canvassing." The organization's 2020 presidential candidate was Joe Biden.

Democrat Arizona Attorney General Sends Letter Threatening AZ Counties Who Hand Count 2024 Election

Fraudulently elected Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes sent a letter earlier this month, threatening counties if they follow a resolution passed in the legislature which bans the use of foreign-made and noncompliant voting machines.
Senate Concurrent Resolution (SCR) 1037, passed in the Arizona House and the Arizona Senate, states:
No voting system or component or subcomponent of a voting system or component, including firmware software or hardware, assemblies and subassemblies with integrated circuits or on which any firmware or software operates, may be used or purchased as the primary method for casting, recording and tabulating ballots used in any election held in this state for federal office unless:
1. All components have been designed, manufactured, integrated and assembled in the United States from trusted suppliers, using trusted processes accredited by the Defense Microelectronics Activity as prescribed by the United States Department of Defense; and
2. The source code used in any computerized voting machine for federal elections is made available to the public; and
3. The ballot images and system log files from each tabulator are recorded on a secure write-once, read-many media with clear chain of custody and posted on the Secretary of State’s website free of charge to the public within twenty-four hours after the close of the polls; and
4. The legislature transmits this resolution to the secretary of state.
The legislature also passed SB1074, designating the same requirements for electronic voting machines, but Katie Hobbs vetoed this bill. Hobbs stole her election through these faulty machines when 59% of them failed on election day!
SCR1037 was instead transmitted directly to the Secretary of State. “The Legislature is exercising our plenary authority to see that no electronic voting systems in the state of Arizona are used as the primary method for conducting, counting, tabulating, or verifying federal elections, unless those systems meet necessary standards of protection,” Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli said in a press release.

In the letter, Mayes falsely claims that Arizona law requires votes to be counted by “automatic tabulating equipment.”
However, ARS 16-621 provides that “the officer in charge of elections may direct that [ballots] be counted manually” when using machines becomes impracticable, and the resolution lays out the new standards for security and practicability. Arizona’s current law does not mandate the use of electronic voting machines; it only allows for it.
Arizona State Senator Sonny Borelli sent a message to The Gateway Pundit in response to the illegitimate AG, saying, “HAHAHA.” He continued, “Electronic voting systems are not mandated by statute to be used in Arizona. If you don’t use them, how else would you count votes?”

Conservative Group Files Lawsuit to Secure Military Votes in Pennsylvania and Prevent Voter Fraud

For three years now The Gateway Pundit has been reporting on the stolen military ballots during the 2020 election.

And they filed a lawsuit on Tuesday to prevent the left from stealing votes by our military personnel.
On Tuesday the law firm Mohrman, Kaardal and Erickson law firm sued the Pennsylvania Department of State for violating federal election law leading to the dilution of US Military Votes.
Harrisburg, PA – Erick Kaardal announced today that PA Fair Elections filed a complaint against the Pennsylvania Department of State (DoS) alleging violations of federal election laws. The Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) was passed to establish minimum standards for the administration of federal elections including the requirement for verification of identity and eligibility for individuals who seek to vote in a federal election. Many states have verification requirements far beyond the low minimum standard set by HAVA, but no state can legally implement a lesser standard. Unfortunately, the PA Department of State (DoS) has done just that. Through unlawful guidance, the DoS is instructing election officials to violate HAVA and risks the dilution of military votes by allowing ineligible individuals to receive and vote an absentee overseas ballot.
By submitting this complaint, the plaintiffs are seeking to compel the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to protect the rights of the military voters. As the US Supreme Court has stated, the right to vote “can be denied by a debasement or dilution of the weight of a citizen’s vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the free exercise of the franchise.” (Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533, 555 (1964))
“As a combat veteran, I can’t think of a higher priority than protecting the vote of the men and women who serve in our military. Over 75% of the individuals who apply to vote with UOCAVA privileges in PA indicate that they are not military or military family members. All members of the military have valid, verifiable, government-issued identification. Overseas citizens must have verifiable ID as well. It is important to verify the identity and the eligibility of all non-military overseas voters so the ballots of military voters and their families serving our country are not diluted by ineligible overseas voters.” Sean Parnell, Retired US Army Combat Veteran, Captain (Retired), and 2020 Republican nominee for 17th Congressional District in PA.
The Uniformed and Overseas Citizen Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) established the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) as a standard form for use by members of the US military and their family members to both register to vote and to request an absentee ballot. The FPCA can also be used by US citizens who reside outside of the United States but who are not members of the military. This group of non-military UOCAVA eligible voters includes study abroad students, individuals who work outside of the US, and US citizens who reside abroad. The FPCA is a combined voter registration form and absentee ballot application in a single document. Therefore, HAVA’s minimum requirements for voter registration and minimum requirements for voters who vote by mail for the first time apply.
A critical component of HAVA is that the states are required to verify the accuracy of the identification information provided on applications for voter registration. HAVA also requires states to match the applicant’s identification numbers provided against information in official databases prior to voting in a federal election. All members of the military and their eligible family members possess required forms of identification. No persons are even permitted onto a military base without proper, valid, government issued photo ID. Nonmilitary US citizens overseas must possess a passport to travel overseas, or US citizens who have never lived in the United States must possess a birth certificate indicating their citizenship. In 2022, over 75% of all UOCAVA voters in Pennsylvania were non-military.

On August 8th, the Gateway Pundit exclusively broke the news that a police report from the Michigan State Police showed that a major effort to fraudulently register over 10-12,000 voters in Muskegon, Michigan prior to the 2020 election was not only caught, but that the investigation into the well-funded and well-networked left-wing organizing group GBI Strategies was stalled by the FBI for three years.
This news answered the question about whether the 2020 election was the “most secure in history” as Americans have been told endlessly.
In this newly-released report, we learn that the Muskegon Police went door-to-door to confirm that the GBI Strategies voter registration forms were fraudulent, and address after address confirmed that fake names were used to spoof registrations. The police checked all available databases, and the GBI-submitted forms kept coming up as frauds.

Far-Left Extremist Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has charged 16 of the 2020 Trump electors from Michigan for fraud and election fraud because they dared to challenge the obviously suspicious election results. Nessel claims the electors should have known there was no systemic voter fraud in the 2020 election because there was no ongoing investigation into serious election fraud. We now know this is not true and Dana Nessel KNOWS this is not true.

The mainstream media tried to deflect by saying this voter registration fraud only involved 42 applications, and that all the fraud was caught so it’s proof that the system worked! But the Muskegon Police Report confirms that fraudsters at GBI Strategies turned in over 2,500 in one day.
And the 10,000-12,000 registration applications, which are public records in Michigan, are illegally being kept secret on the argument that they are part of an ‘active law enforcement investigation.’

AS WELL, during interviews the subjects employed by GBI Strategies tell the police that they aren’t advocating that people vote for Joe Biden, but when the police notice a script lying in plain view that encourages people to vote for Biden, they claim they never used that script.

Update: ACLU Workers in Fulton County, GA Had Access to Election Net Software on Their PERSONAL Computers

Last week The Gateway Pundit published a story regarding a post from investigative reporter Paul Sperry where he disclosed that FOIA’d records show ACLU representatives were shockingly given authority “to process absentee ballots applications received through online portals and then equipped ACLU poll workers with iPads to cancel absentee ballots without county supervision.” Ballot applications are a hot topic after TGP’s breaking article that revealed a large ballot application harvesting operation in Michigan through a non-profit called GBI Strategies.
Joe Hoft broke a similar story back in June 2021, revealing that 255 ACLU workers were provided as “deputy registrars” with access to ENET (ElectioNet) to “cancel absentee ballots”. The ACLU workers were supposed to be trained in the process, however, monthly reports indicate that only 18 Deputy Registrars were trained in January 2020 in two classes, 31 in February 2020 in five classes, and zero from March 2020 through October 2020. Joe Hoft also revealed that in August of 2021, the ACLU was actively recruiting once again for poll workers.
However, the access given to the ACLU workers is much more significant than just having access to iPads and government computers with ENET access, which is linked to the Secretary of State, to process ballot applications and cancel absentee ballots. In an podcast interview with veteran poll manager Bridget Thorne last year, she disclosed a bit more information about the access the ACLU clerks were given, most shockingly the claim that they were able to access ENET on their personal computers. In an interview, she revealed the following:
“She [ACLU clerk] told me she was trained the day before, she did a ZOOM training. I have a laptop for her to use but they didn’t give me the password to the laptop. She’s was like ‘Oh thats ok, I’ll just pull it up on my personal computer.’ So she used her personal computer and she access to the entire ENET system and can clear any voter she wanted to vote.”
Thorne, who has over 9 years experience working elections in Georgia, said that it is “totally new” to have someone from the ACLU inside your precinct. The software that the ACLU workers had access to has the capability to theoretically “look and see who has an absentee ballot out and hasn’t turned it in and they could turn one in for them if they had access to a bunch of blank, no stub absentee ballots somewhere.”
It is worth mentioning that invoices and order forms were obtained through Open Records Request that show Fulton County ordered 770,000 extra 18″ paper ballots with no stubs on October 16th, 2020 that were delivered on October 30th, 2020, just four days before Election Day. They placed another order for 100,000 18″ ballots with a ‘ship date’ of October 14th, 2020, two days after early in-person voting began.
The Brennan Center suggested in February 2020 that Fulton County increase their total number of emergency ballots at each precinct from the mandated 10% up to 25%. Then, in October 2020, they filed an amicus brief in Curling v. Raffensperger suggesting they increase that number to 40%. Judge Amy Totenberg denied this request, so Fulton likely only had the 10% that is required by the State. Fulton County only had 808,000 registered voters as of November 1, 2020, and with numerous voters voting early and by absentee, it is unclear why they would order 107% of their total voting population in “no stub” ballots just days before the election.
When asked why they would order 18″ ballots specifically with “no stub”, Thorne said:
“I can’t understand why you would order ‘no stub’ ballots. In the precinct, if you’re using a ballot for emergency purposes (and 18” ballots were mail-in/emergency), you have a stub and that stub, the manager when they use that ballot, they tear the stub away. The stubs have the ballot style and they’re numbered 1 through whatever…I had 400 in my precinct. So they’d be numbered 1-400. Then when someone would come in and need it, I could write down how many I used on that list and you do a recap sheet at the end of the night. So they can make sure they got all the unused ballots back and all the used ballots are accounted for. By having no stubs, you have no accountability for those ballots and it would be atrocious if they had ever used those ballots on Election Day for all the voting. You wouldn’t know which ballots were used and which were unused.”

WATCH: Kari Lake WRECKS Katie Hobbs and Other Corrupt Officials Who Colluded With Twitter to Interfere in Midterm Election During AZ House Hearing on Big Tech Election Interference

Arizona’s rightful Governor, Kari Lake, spoke out urging Arizona legislators to take immediate action against election interference on Tuesday at the Arizona House Committee on Oversight, Accountability, and Big Tech hearing.
The Ad Hoc Committee was formed to investigate treasonous government officials and their involvement with big tech companies to suppress Arizonans and interfere with elections.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, The committee held a hearing aimed at “protect[ing] Arizonans’ constitutional rights, including their rights to free speech guaranteed by the U.S. and Arizona Constitutions.”
This comes after it was reported that Katie Hobbs was colluding with Twitter to censor critics and election information in the days following the stolen 2020 election. The evidence of this comes from the Missouri v. Biden case, where the Legendary Gateway Pundit Jim Hoft is a key plaintiff.
Hobbs used her government email to ask far-left Twitter to shut her critics up over a 2017 tweet, where she called Trump supporters “neo nazis,” and other tweets related to elections as she prepared to run for Governor. This helped Katie Hobbs rig the election under the guise of combatting so-called disinformation or speech she didn’t like.
Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer was also caught colluding with federal agencies like CISA to censor The Gateway Pundit’s reporting on Maricopa County elections and others for criticizing elections.
Dr. Robert Epstein and James Kerwin gave expert testimony during the hearing about big tech’s influence on elections across the country and what government officials can do about it. Google and other tech companies have manipulated elections for years with biased search algorithms, content promotion, and deplatforming of conservative voices. Government officials are also exploiting this power and bias to manipulate elections.
Kari Lake later gave an outstanding speech on the importance of election integrity and our duty to uphold the Constitution.
Lake called the current situation in the United States “a fast-track toward globalism, and frankly, Marxism.”
She isn’t wrong. Under Joe Biden and his handlers following the stolen 2020 election, millions have illegally crossed the southern border to be transported across the country and receive free food, clothing, and shelter.
America’s economy has crashed, and a majority of Americans are now living paycheck-to-paycheck.
The Biden Regime and radical left prosecutors are indicting the leading candidate for President in 2024 in an attempt to jail him before the election.

Lake is still fighting her lawsuit against Maricopa County’s rigged midterm election. As The Gateway Pundit recently reported, Lake’s lawsuit to obtain public record evidence of fraudulent mail-in ballot signatures from Maricopa County is going to trial on September 21 and 25. Lake’s attorneys are expected to file an appeal to the dismissal of her election challenge and fight it all the way to the US Supreme Court if necessary.
