Should... but many states continue to push for it until proven bias beyond belief.
And yes... that should go for both parties... actually for independents too if they had somebody running.
Why don't they just make a law that specifically states "gerrymandering" is illegal and if you're caught doing it, there will be a $50,000 fine and 3 months in prison maximum?

Arizona Republicans Pass HB2492 Requiring ALL Voters To Provide Proof Of Citizenship Upon Registering To Vote

Republicans in the Arizona Legislature passed a critical election integrity bill that requires all voters to provide satisfactory evidence of citizenship to be properly registered to vote.
State Rep. Jake Hoffman’s HB2492 also applies to Federal Only voters who are not required to show this documentation when registering to vote.
Currently, 13,077 Federal Only voters are actively registered in Maricopa County. Proof of citizenship is not required for these voters to vote in federal elections. President Trump “lost” the state by only 10,457 votes.
The new law will require Federal Only voters to prove their citizenship before voting or receiving a ballot in the mail.
HB2492 was signed into law by the Governor on Wednesday.
This law will require officers in charge of elections to verify citizenship status within ten days of receiving a voter registration form, and they must reject registrations that lack proof of citizenship. Illegal voter registrations must be presented to the Attorney General, who will have a duty to investigate and prosecute these crimes.
RINO Arizona Governor Doug Ducey certified the stolen 2020 Presidential election, and he has a lot of making up to do.
On Wednesday, Ducey took credit for Arizona’s election integrity battle, saying, “Arizona is a leader in election integrity — and election integrity means counting every lawful vote and prohibiting any attempt to illegally cast a vote. #HB2492 does that while honoring Arizona’s history of making voting accessible.”
Are you serious? This is coming from the Governor who certified the most corrupted election in Arizona’s history and showed no support for the 2020 election investigations.
The Arizona House Republicans later released a statement thanking the bill’s sponsor, Arizona State Rep. Jake Hoffman.

The signing into law of Arizona House Bill 2492, which requires verification of U.S. citizenship to be eligible to vote in Arizona elections, is a giant step toward ensuring elections are easy, convenient, and secure in our state.
“HB 2492 is an incredibly well-crafted piece of legislation that is on sound legal footing and broadly supported by voters of all political parties. I am confident that should Democrats challenge HB 2492 in court it will only serve to further reinforce its clear constitutionality.”

Soros-funded Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs claimed that requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections is an “illegal barrier.”
The Democrats will likely utilize lawfare to repeal this measure because they cannot win without illegal and fraudulent votes.
Federal law prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections. Democrats will fail to challenge the constitutionality of this bill.

Wisconsin Attorney Erick Kaardal, Special Counsel for Thomas More Society, Files Complaint with Elections Commission on Behalf of Senior Whose 2020 Vote was Stolen

In early March the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections held an informational hearing on the Gableman 2020 Election Report featuring invited speakers Special Counsel and Former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman and noted Attorney Eric Kaardal.
During their testimony, Justice Gableman played video of several victims of voter theft. Several brave Wisconsin families reached out to Gableman and his committee after they discovered someone had voted for their loved one who is in a nursing home. This happened all over Wisconsin.
Justice Gableman disclosed during the hearing that the nursing homes in the Zuckerberg-funded cities had 100% turn out in the 2020 election. This is clear voter fraud they discovered.
The video that played during the hearing was heartbreaking.
It takes a special kind of evil to abuse disabled seniors.
This is today’s Democrat Party.
On Thursday Wisconsin Attorney Erick Kaardal, Special Counsel for Thomas More Society, filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Elections Commission over the alleged stolen votes from nursing home resident Sandra Klitze.

A conservative law firm has issued a new complaint to the Wisconsin elections commission.
Thomas More Society Special Counsel Erick Kaardal says that an elderly and cognitively impaired Grand Chute woman, Sandra Klitzke, has been voting in the past several elections despite a court order preventing her from doing so.
“Someone’s voting for Mrs. Klitzke,” said Kaardal. “It’s not a family member. It’s not a friend. It’s someone, maybe staff at the facility or someone else.”
Klitzke, who is in a nursing home, has been sent a ballot for the April 5th election in spite of the no-vote order issued by an Outagamie County Judge. According to myvote.wi.gov, she voted in the 2020 Presidential Election and the April 2021 election as well.
Footage of Klitzke was used by Special Counsel Mike Gableman when presenting his findings on the 2020 election to lawmakers in Madison.
“I like Sandra Klitzke a lot, she’s my client,” Kaardal told WTAQ. “But she doesn’t have the capacity to vote, and it’s in her interest not to be voted for. That’s voter fraud. That’s elder abuse.”

In early January The Gateway Pundit reported to our readers that our organization agreed to hand over exclusive video from a major battleground state to True the Vote for their ballot trafficking investigation in the 2020 election.
The Gateway Pundit shared never before seen ballot dropbox surveillance video, 24 Terabytes of footage, with the election integrity group in their ongoing investigation.

That brings us to today.
On Sunday Turning Point USA Founder and President Charlie Kirk was in St. Louis and joined Joe Hoft from The Gateway Pundit and Real Talk 93.3 to discuss the 2020 election and related topics.
During the interview, Charlie Kirk says he spent time with Dinesh D’Souza the producer of “2000 Mules.” Charlie then dropped this bomb.
Charlie Kirk: You have the surveillance video that Dinesh is using in his upcoming movie where people are coming out of the car with piles of ballots. Illegal. You cannot do that in Georgia. Stuffing them into ballot boxes funded by Mark Zuckerberg… Coming night after night after night, the same guys. They’re wearing latex gloves on camera, after they put the ballots in the drop boxes they take off the latex gloves because they don’t want fingerprints on the ballots and they take pictures of every ballot. And you’ll see this video footage. I had a six-hour meeting with Dinesh D’Souza and I saw all the evidence for myself. I was really skeptical at first and we dove into it. And I was blown away at how the sophisticated technology they used to be able to track these people using cellphone technology because your cellphone is letting off a ping every 3 to 5 seconds. You can go buy those pings off of certain geographic areas… They saw that some of these mules would visit these drop boxes every night. And then go to Stacey Abrams’ headquarters and then go back to the drop boxes.

This is a huge development that implicates the Democrat Party directly and Stacey Abrams in particular in the ballot trafficking operations in the state of Georgia.
We later confirmed from a second source that a second Democrat office in the state of Georgia was also used as a stop for the dozens of ballot traffickers in the state.
Later this afternoon we reached out to True the Vote founder and president Catherine Engelbrecht who is spearheading this investigation. Catherine told us,
“We cannot confirm anything about organization names right now by advice of counsel. But we can confirm that two of the addresses were among a data set of those we reviewed.”
Catherine also said there are a number of investigations taking place right now.
The pieces are starting to fall into place.
God willing, the truth will be exposed to the American people.
