BREAKING BIG: Former Senator David Perdue Sues Fulton County for “Absentee Ballots…Scanned Multiple Times” and “16,000 Ballots” Not Counted in 2020 Election

By Joe Hoft
Published December 10, 2021 at 7:25am
The case filed on Thursday in Georgia begins as follows:

Advertisement - story continues below

Fulton County Board of Registration Elections Director Richard Barron and his agents including the other Respondents negligently, grossly negligently or intentionally engaged in and/or permitted multiple unlawful election acts and omissions by their failure, inter alia, to competently oversee the actions of the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections employees, staff, agents, and/or contractors in the acceptance and tabulation and counting of absentee ballots, thousands of which were unlawfully marked by machines rather than legally registered Georgia voters. These acts and omissions, inter alia, circumvented the majority vote of the people of the State of Georgia and thereby affected the outcome of the statewide General Election on November 3, 2020 in several races including the United States Senate race of Petitioner Perdue

Fulton County Elections Board Members and Fulton County Board of Commissioners and their agents failed in their duty of oversight of the Elections Director, who was appointed to his position by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners and Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections. Together, the Respondents’ actions and inactions violated, and will continue to violate, the constitutional rights of one citizen, one vote, just as they violated the equal protection and due process rights of Senator David A. Perdue, an election candidate, and Elizabeth Grace Lennon, a voter, on November 3, 2020.

Under Section 12 of the filing it reads:

The unlawful, erroneous, negligent, grossly negligent, willful, malicious, corrupt, deceitful, and intentional manipulation of votes by Respondents violates the principles of democracy and the foundation of the Georgia Republic and is what Georgia’s founding fathers sought to prohibit when they thoughtfully crafted the Georgia Constitution to guarantee all citizens the right to one vote and the right to seek relief from the judiciary to protect their one vote from dilution, discrimination, and debasement.

Under Section 17 it reads:

Georgia law requires “[s]uperintendents, poll officers, and other officials engaged in the conducting of primaries and elections . . . [to] perform their duties in public.” O.C.G.A. § 21-2- 406. Respondents violated this provision of Georgia law as it relates to observers during the scanning of absentee ballots for Fulton County at State Farm Arena during the General Election.

Look at Sections 43 and 44:

43.

From November 3, 2020 to November 4, 2020, several batches of absentee ballots were scanned multiple times, and those votes corrupt and erroneous totals were unlawfully included in the certified number of votes submitted by Fulton County to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office.

44.

Additionally, about 161 batches of ballots representing approximately 16,000 ballots cast were withheld by Respondents from the certified results that were submitted to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office.

(Reminder, Biden was awarded Georgia by around 12,000 votes.)

The entire filing is attached below:

And this has also come to light too:

Cyber Ninja’s CEO Rates Maricopa Elections – Dominion Refused His Oversight Invite

By Jim Hoft
Published December 9, 2021 at 7:39pm

In a recent interview CEO Doug Logan of Cyber Ninjas was asked to rank aspects of Maricopa’s County’s 2020 Election. Jovan Pulitzer conducted the interview with specific and very telling questions. Logan speaks freely about a lot of topics and rates what he thinks of Maricopa elections on a scale of 1 to 10, ten being best. He also makes some stunning disclosures we list at the bottom.

Mailing Out of The Ballots – That only eligible voters truly registered to vote were the ones who got a ballot.  Rating: 3 or 4

Voter List Accuracy – How accurate is that list of those who can vote. Rating: 5 or 6

Maintaining Election Machines – Having the right software, updates, and configuration. Rating: 3

Tabulation Machine Calibration – Is the calibration configured to read ballots correctly. Rating: 1

Integrity of Boxed up Ballots – Were boxes filled with ballots accurately and stored according to compliance. Rating: 7 or 8

Election Machine Security – The configuration of software and other security measure to protect election machines. Rating: 2

Election Staff Selection Process – The way people are chosen to work elections, is it balanced, are they screened. Rating: Not enough insight

Adjudication Staff – Are staff that adjudicate ballots equally represented by political parties. Rating: “They were slanted left”

Elections Weakest Link – The weakest part of the entire election. Rating: “the mail-in ballots”, immediate response.

Did Audit Report Show Highly Questionable Election – Was the election not operated correctly, need further investigation, and possibly need to be redone. Rating: Yes.

We had 23,344 mail-in ballots that were mailed to an address where the individual no longer lived there. These are people who filled out National Change Of Address forms. Yet votes were cast on these ballots. But this is only one of many issues.

Database Purged Before EAC Arrived: Logan says “The election database was cleared the day before Maricopa held their own audits with Pro V&V and SLI. We’ve known from the beginning those weren’t real audits. They weren’t looking at anything associated with the election results. And they couldn’t because the database was purged before they (EAC vendors) came in. There were no results for them to look at. And that further confirms they never looked at the data of the (election) results. That blew my mind because there are literally logs that say – at this time, on this date, they clicked an option that said Purge Database.” Logan said there is no history of Maricopa conducting this purge in any previous elections, which contradicts Maricopa’s Congressional testimony this “archive was a normal procedure”.

Dominion Invited To Watch: Logan said before they made digital copies of various election machines using forensically approved techniques: “We actually invited Dominion to watch us when we touched their machines. We told them if you want to make sure we’re doing it right, send somebody down. We also notified the County that we were glad to have Dominion watch us. So why didn’t they send anybody? They would know it was done right and they would have to attest to it.”

Ballot Curing: Many voters were contacted by the elections department to “cure” and fix issues with their ballots. But different phone numbers were provided to Democrats voters. No one answered the those phone numbers provided to Republican voters. Logan says “The Republicans figured this out and started handing out the Democrat phone numbers so they could get ballots cured”.

Subpoena Special Master: Maricopa agreed to provide additional data like router splunk logs through a designated 3rd party, a Special Master. Logan said: “The way it’s laid out is CyFIR’s Ben Cotton is essentially playing blind chess. The other player (Maricopa) can see the pieces and Ben’s got to do it blind. I think Ben Cotton is world class and can do that. I have a lot of confidence in him. He detected a breach while conducting a demo for the Federal OPM. There’s maybe 20 people in the world that can do something like that. We’ve got the best of the best working on this.”

In-person vs mailed-in votes

December 13, 2021

Kerby Anderson

Two articles in the last few weeks raise serious questions about the effectiveness and efficiency of mail-in ballots. The first comes from a House election in Florida that was won by a mere five votes. That was a reminder of how close elections can be especially in a primary in a special election.

But the more important issue was the nearly 1,400 mail-in ballots thrown out in a Democratic primary that was won by five votes. Most of the mail votes (1,253) had a problem with the Election Day deadline. Hundreds had missing or illegible postmarks. Nearly 300 were postmarked before Election Day but not delivered in time to be counted. In addition to these tardy ballots were 140 mail votes rejected because they were unsigned, or the signatures didn’t match or had some other problem.

In a second article, Dr. Merrill Matthews quoting from the US Election Assistance Commission reported that 560,826 mail-in ballots were rejected in the 2020 presidential election. He concluded that it would not have made any difference in any state that Joe Biden won over Donald Trump. But more than half million votes would most certainly have made a difference in a few close state and local elections.

In both cases, you have American citizens who did everything right and still did not have their votes count because of a problem with the mail service or because a signature didn’t match. In other cases, the voters did nearly everything correct, but their vote wasn’t counted.

Despite what proponents of mail-in voting say, these two examples illustrate why it is better to vote in person (either with early voting or voting on Election Day). If you want your vote to count, and don’t live in a state that only has mail-in voting, then go to the poll and vote in person.

That last one is partly what happened in 2020.  Some discarded ballots were counted after the fact in close elections. That is often how they “find” ballots.  In California they have what are called provisional ballots that are not counted unless it’s a close election and they are needed.  They claim they are counted after going through an elaborate process to determine if they are real but they basically sit in a box while someone determines whether they can be used or not. Guess when they are needed? Only when it’s close and the wrong candidate wins.  It’s all perfectly legal and never challenged. The sad thing is that this last time, provisional ballots were given out because someone else had already voted using the real voters’ name and identity.

Bottom Line: There was just too much fraud going on all over the place in too many states simultaneously and we still haven't heard the end of it because only now are more forensics being done in other states. It looks like the more they dig, the more they find.

And all the while... the Democrats claim that "This was the fairest election in our history!"... all I gotta say to that is B.S.

But we're still into the investigative stage and much has yet to be discovered while other things have been discovered, but the reasons why are still under investigation... the following is yet another instance:

STILL UNKNOWN: Where Did the Mysterious 298,000 Absentee Ballots in Georgia Come from After Election Day?

By Joe Hoft
Published December 10, 2021 at 8:05pm

One year ago we reported on the unexplained 2020 Election results in Georgia reported by state officials.  A similar review was reported today at UncoverDC.
We reported the following on December 20, 2020, almost a year ago to the date:

A review of Georgia results from the 2020 election indicates more corruption than reported to date in the the Peach State.

On election night at 7:20 pm, Ralph Jones (of pull the Biden ballots out from under the table fame) reports a total of 130,517 absentee ballots received with 86,191 counted. That would leave 44,326 absentee ballots remaining to count plus any other ballots received on 11/3. Although, note that when Jones reports his totals it is past the cut-off time to legally accept any new absentee ballots and one would assume they had been collecting ballots from drop off boxes and the mail room throughout the day.

The Secretary of State’s website reported 146,994 total absentee ballots received. That equals 16,477 additional ballots were received sometime late on election day and should never have been counted.

At a rate of 3,000 ballots processed per hour times five machines at the State Farm Center, 15,000 ballots could have been processed per hour. Ralph Jones said there were only 44,326 ballots remaining to count on election night.  At a rate of 15,000 per hour, that should have taken three hours to complete.  But instead this went on for days!

On the next day at 1:25 pm, Jessica Corbitt, the Public Information Officer for Fulton County, reported that Fulton had counted 74,000 absentee ballots which is 12,191 less ballots than Jones had reported the previous evening?

Corbitt also reported that 67,000 ballots were remaining to be counted. This is 22,674 more ballots left to count than was reported by Jones the night before.  The ballots all should have been counted by this time if workers were counting ballots from the night before.  They only needed an estimated three hours after Ralph Jones reported ballots left but they were still counting mid-day on November 4th.

Assuming Corbitt’s 74,000 number of absentee ballots counted is accurate, 74,000 + 67,000 ballots remaining to be counted equals 141,000 absentee ballots which of course doesn’t match either Jones’s totals of 130,517 or the Secretary of State’s  number reported of 146,994.

Sometime shortly after midnight on November 5th, hours later, the AJC reports Barron as saying there were 128,000 total absentee ballots and that 96% had been adjudicated (122,880). This of course doesn’t make sense because Jones had reported 130,517 on 11/3 at 7:20 pm and Corbitt had reported 141,000 at 1:25 pm on 11/4. The SOS final reported 146,994. There were four different amounts of total absentee ballots reported in two days, 128,000, 130,517, 141,000 and 146,994!

At 4:30 am on 11/5, Barron stated there are 10,000 absentee ballots remaining to be counted.

At 7:27 am on 11/5, Barron stated there are approximately 140,000 total absentee ballots. Seven hours earlier, he had said there were 128,000.

I could actually believe they were so inept ballots sat uncounted somewhere. In the past, if they weren’t counted on election night, it was too bad, they were discarded.

Well, the fraud was so bad during the 2020 elections that they had to extend the count well past Nov. 3rd just to print, fill-in and distribute all the necessary ballots... some even across state lines (which is illegal) because each county and state has their own markings, serial numbers and other identifying information on them.

The possibilities of fraud... especially with the mail in ballots was and still is sooooo great that they should never be allowed again.

If people are worried about getting Covid at the poll booths, they should request Absentee Ballots. Absentee Ballots are accountable, mail in ballots are not.

Absentee ballots must be requested (either go to your local city hall and request one or mail in a request to your local city hall with your signature on the request. Your signature must match your signature when you registered to vote). If you don't request one, it won't be sent out. The signature of your request must match your registration signature so there's the verification process. You have to specify the address to send it to and it should be your current residence that they have on record unless you live overseas. If you live in another County or State, then you cannot request an Absentee ballot because you would be eligible to vote in that other County or State and thus they will not send you one. And if you're overseas, you need to include your in-county residence in the US as well as the address you are at overseas.

They will mail it to your registered overseas address. You fill it out, sign it in several places, put it in the envelope they sent you and sign the envelope as well. So they have your voter registration signature, your Absentee ballot request signature, your signature on the actual ballot as well as the outside of the envelope. It's all signature based and thus traceable and confirmable thus accountable.

Mail in ballots have no accountability what so ever. You don't need to request them so no verification there. That means that even if you're dead, you can have a ballot printed in your name... and on that point, even if you're alive, you can have a ballot printed in your name and hidden somewhere that you have absolutely no knowledge about what so ever. Those ballots can be filled out and sent in by anybody (without your knowledge). Envelopes which are not signed on the outside should be rejected but they separate the envelopes from the ballots and without signatures on the envelopes, there's no verification what so ever. You go to the poll booth to vote in person and get rejected because somebody who filled in and sent in a ballot with your name has already voted and thus they reject your in-person ability to vote.

And I could go on and on and on about all the different types of fraud that can happen with mail-in ballots.

And yet even more breaking news in Wisconsin election fraud...

SMOKING GUN: Emails Show Facebook Connected Non-Profit Built Direct Connection to Wisconsin State Voter Database in 2020 Election Vote Harvesting Operation

By Joe Hoft
Published December 13, 2021 at 7:48pm

The Wisconsin Election Hearing that occurred last week exposed criminal conduct across the state.

We previously reported on the hearing last week in Wisconsin that uncovered numerous shocking criminal actions that occurred in the 2020 Election.  One action that was startling was the development of a database with up-to-the-minute reports of who voted and who didn’t in the 2020 Election.

A key element identified in the work related to the hearing was that local Wisconsin officials were working with Michael Rubenstein to build this database that was connected to Wisconsin data on a real-time basis.  We reported on this in October.

But we reported on the emails related to this activity first in May 2021.

In an interview with OAN’s Christina Bobb, Wisconsin Senator Brandtjen says:

They built interactive programs that really became probably the largest ability to harvest ballots in Milwaukee…you give this kind of information to a non-profit from the city of Milwaukee, and we have their IT Department involved, the United States Postal Service had to be able to scan the ballots and know exactly when they’re coming back to Milwaukee that’s certainly an advantage that was given only to these communities that recevied CTCL dollars…As you see as you go into these emails here, they had a direct connection into the Wisvote system.

See the explosive interview below.
