a revolution. Probably when fuel prices in the US rival that of Britain. And prices there effectively grind the European economies to a standstill.

And after electricity gets so high that the deaths from hyperthermia in the summers in the desert Southwest make Covid look like just a walk in the park.

We are getting close now when people at the poverty line don’t have $100 to fill a tank to’ get to work.

That's when we'll see another wave of resignations if the people can't get transferred to a closer location.

Anyone who can work from home can cut travel costs.  Anyone who can’t may be unemployed if they can’t move closer to their places of employment or find jobs close to home. Transient populations may end up being more employable. Can someone get unemployment if they can’t get to work because they can’t afford gas?

That's a given, but how do you perform road construction, train rail maintenance, car body work, server installation at a customer's data center, air conditioner cleaning, bartending, chef, oil pipeline construction, border wall building, etc. from your home? There are numerous jobs that require one to be onsite to do the job.

Well, with the millions of unemployed (many thanks to current administration), they cannot afford even the inflation amount which has cut into their unemployment monies... much less allow them the opportunity to move elsewhere.

Why ask that? Why not ask... what is being done to bring the price of gas back down so that doesn't have to be answered?

ANSWER: NOTHING is being done to reduce gas prices... expect them to rise even more!!!

Not they can’t and I don’t see anything constructive being done to fix it.
