The Democrats are Certain They Will Never be Held Accountable for the Trump Indictments and Biden Cover-Up

August 16, 2023
By Steve McCann

Never in the 235 years since the ratification of the Constitution has an administration premeditatively and blatantly prosecuted, on specious and conjecturable charges, the titular leader of the opposition party and leading candidate for president.  And doing so while overtly flaunting their egregious actions to protect and cover-up for the incumbent president who has been exposed as potentially complicit in massive bribery and fraud.   In any previous election cycle, these overt and unabashed actions would have been the death knell for the incumbent president’s campaign and his party.

Yet the Democrats are blatantly unconcerned, supremely confident that they will prevail in 2024 regardless of who they nominate.  What underlies this inordinate arrogance?

Is it because they know their alliance with the deep state, the legacy media, and social media allows them to use, without consequence, any unethical or border-line illegal means to destroy and hamstring Donald Trump or any Republican nominee as well as protect their candidates and officeholders?

Is it because they believe they can successfully manipulate the voting process in the battleground states to ensure a win regardless of whether it is Biden or whoever they nominate?

Is it because they are confident, due to the lawfare they are waging against Trump, that the Republican primary voter will make certain that Donald Trump is the nominee, as the Democrats are convinced that independents and moderates in the swing states will never vote for him in the general election?

Is it because they are certain Trump will be found guilty of at least one out of 78 (plus 13 in Atlanta) criminal charges which would precipitate a massive schism in the Republican Party as nearly half of Republicans would not vote for him in the primaries if he is convicted of a crime, thus, eventuating in massive numbers of Trump voters staying home in November?

Or is it all the above?

The unprecedented hubris of the Democrats is undergirded by their all-encompassing alliance with the legacy and social media.  These allies willingly attack the Democrats’ political adversaries but, more importantly, censor and deliberately suppress any negative news that might affect the party, it’s hierarchy or their candidates, most notably, Joe Biden and a corrupt Justice Department.

As the past eight years have confirmed, the onslaught directed at Donald Trump from this cabal has been withering, unrelenting and frequently misleading.  Unfortunately, these tactics have oftentimes been successful in affecting the mindset of a sizable percentage of the American people.  With this media behemoth unequivocally supporting them, it is little wonder that the Democrats are so shameless in persecuting Trump and protecting Biden.

The success of the Democrat cabal in unconstitutionally changing state voting laws, ballot harvesting and legalizing mass mail-in voting dramatically altered the voting landscape of this nation in 2020.  These steps together with the usual ballot fraud and manipulation by the Democrats in every election cycle resulted in the disputed and questionable win by Joe Biden.

In the wake of the 2020 debacle, many red states shored up their election laws and made changes to mail-in voting.  The blue states have done essentially nothing to ensure voting integrity.   Thus, the solid red states will remain Republican, and the solid blue states will remain Democrat.

Therefore, the 2024 presidential election will hinge on five battleground states:  Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.  And it is these states that the Democrat machine will focus on in 2024 as any Republican candidate for president must prevail in three of the five states in order to win the presidency.

In 2022 because of a lack of coherent messaging, get-out-the-vote campaigns by Republican candidates, and a coordinated effort to offset Democrat ballot manipulation, in four of the battleground states the Democrats won the governorships and three-out-of-four Senate races.

Further, Democrat confidence is buoyed by the fact that in each of the four battleground states in which the Democrats won the governorships they defeated a Trump-endorsed candidate, and in the fifth, Georgia, the incumbent Republican governor easily defeated the Trump-endorsed candidate in the primary.  The same scenario applied to the Senate races as the three the Democrats won were also against Trump-e

Report: Katie Hobbs Asked Twitter to Censor Users Criticizing Her Trump ‘Neo-Nazi’ Post Uncovered by Breitbart

JORDAN DIXON-HAMILTON

10 Aug 2023

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) reportedly reached out to Twitter in 2020 to censor users who criticized her 2017 posts uncovered by Breitbart News, in which she claimed former President Donald Trump had a “neo-nazi base.”

Days after the 2020 election, Breitbart News reported that Hobbs said Trump had a “neo-nazi base” while she was serving as a Democrat state senator in 2017. Hobbs’ tweet appeared to be a reaction to the false narrative that Trump praised neo-nazi rioters in Charlottesville.

“.@realDonaldTrump has made it abundantly clear he’s more interested in pandering to his neo-nazi base than being @POTUS for all Americans,” Hobbs posted at the time.

“The President is on the side of the freaking Nazis. Don’t just say stuff – DO SOMETHING,” she added.

“It took you a day and a half to figure this out? Also if you’re not condemning @POTUS for not condemning nazis, it’s just words,” she wrote in the tweets uncovered by Breitbart News.

Trump did, in fact, condemn the neo-Nazis on multiple occasions in the aftermath of the Charlottesville riots.

As Breitbart News detailed:

Aug. 12, 2017: Trump condemned “violence “on many sides” in Charlottesville after neo-Nazi and Antifa clashes

Aug. 14, 2017: Trump condemned “neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups” in White House statement

Aug. 15, 2017: Trump condemned neo-Nazis “totally,” praised non-violent protesters “on both sides” of statue debate

On Thursday, Fox News revealed that Hobbs emailed Twitter in an attempt to censor critics who were upset with her posts about Trump and his base, relying on recently obtained emails.

As Fox News reported:

On Nov. 13, 2020, Hobbs emailed Twitter — using her official Arizona secretary of state email — asking the support team to take action against her online trolls.

Twitter asked for more information and for Hobbs to provide examples for her request, which Hobbs was unable to provide.

Hobbs’ request for Twitter to silence her critics came one day after Breitbart News published the report revealing her feelings about the Trump base.

In her response to Twitter, Hobbs claimed she was being harassed and abused by the “alt-right.”

“I am not sure I can provide the information you are asking for because I reported and then blocked multiple users at the same time,” Hobbs responded to Twitter. “The alt-right got a hold of a 3-year-old tweet on my account and have been sending harassing, abusive, and threatening tweets and direct messages for the last 2 days.”

AZCapitol’s Brian Anderson told Fox News the emails “leave no doubt that Katie Hobbs abused her position of power in government.”

“She violated the First Amendment rights of people across Arizona in order to suppress valid criticism and prop up her 2022 gubernatorial campaign,” Anderson said. “It’s imperative that further investigations be initiated to shine a light on just how far Hobbs’s unconstitutional censorship campaign went — and whether it continues today.”

HUGE: Hunter Biden’s Legal Team Used Joe Biden to Blackmail DOJ

BY MATT MARGOLIS 10:31 AM
AUGUST 20, 2023

A stunning nugget of information dropped late Saturday night, giving us a peek into the sausage factory of Hunter Biden’s legal strategy that ultimately led to his sweetheart plea deal. It turns out that Hunter Biden wasn’t only using his father’s position in his shady business deals, but he also actively weaponized it to get an unprecedented plea deal.

The plea deal, as you know, was deemed unconstitutional by Judge Maryellen Noreika, and she rejected it — namely over the blanket immunity he would receive as part of the pretrial diversion agreement. Not only would Hunter get no jail time, but he also couldn’t be prosecuted for a multitude of crimes he’d allegedly committed, including violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

The crimes that Hunter was accused of, namely using and distributing illicit drugs while illegally possessing a firearm, would not only require being charged with a felony but could also have seen him face as much as ten years in prison with a mandatory minimum of five. The pretrial diversion agreement wiped that charge clean, and it turns out Hunter’s legal team knew just how to get what they wanted.

In the fall of 2022, a notable shift occurred in Hunter Biden’s legal battle. News had leaked that federal agents believed they possessed sufficient evidence to charge Hunter with unlawfully acquiring a firearm while being a drug user. According to a report from Politico, on Halloween, Hunter’s lawyer Chris Clark, furious over the leak, used the threat of calling Joe Biden as a witness if U.S. Attorney David Weiss charged him with the gun crime.

Related: Is This Why Joe Biden Will Drop Out of the Race?

“President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial,” Clark wrote in a 32-page letter to the DOJ.

According to Politico, the letter and “more than 300 pages of previously unreported emails and documents exchanged between Hunter Biden’s legal team and prosecutors, sheds new light on the fraught negotiations that nearly produced a broad plea deal.”

Clark then laid out what could have been seen as a promise, a warning, or just some very zealous lawyering: He said Joe Biden would undoubtedly be a witness at trial because of leaks about the probe. He wrote that just a few weeks before sending his letter, there had been two back-to-back leaks related to Hunter Biden and the gun issue. First, someone told The Washington Post that investigators thought Biden deserved tax and gun charges. Then a few days later, The Daily Mail reported on a voicemail Joe Biden left for his son in the window of time when he allegedly owned the gun. Surely the back-to-back leaks were part of a coordinated campaign to push the Justice Department to charge his client with crimes. And, Clark said, the leaks prompted the president to address his son’s legal woes the next day on CNN.

“There can be no doubt that these leaks have inserted President Biden into this case,” he said.

In short, Biden’s legal team effectively pressured the DOJ to kill the gun charge by forcing a constitutional crisis by placing the president in direct opposition to his very own Justice Department. “This of all cases justifies neither the spectacle of a sitting President testifying at a criminal trial nor the potential for a resulting Constitutional crisis,” Clark wrote.

The threat worked. Weiss and his team offered Hunter Biden the pretrial diversion. This appears to be proof that the Department of Justice gave Hunter the sweetheart plea deal after the threat of getting Joe Biden involved. Did this situation impact Weiss’ choice? This revelation adds yet another layer to the question of why Attorney General Merrick Garland violated DOJ regulations to appoint Weiss as special counsel.

Trumps former legal teams are being indicted for supporting him. Hunter’s legal teams broke the law. Where are their indictments?

Yep, collusion.

A Legislative Branch individual meeting with an Executive Branch individual on how to remove Trump from the 2024 election. That's called election interferrence and it's being carried out by 2 of our branches of government against Biden's biggest opponent for political purposes.

Giuliani spelled it out here:

>>>"There is no legitimate purpose for a line [DOJ] guy to be meeting with the White House except if it’s coordinated by the highest levels," said former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, a one-time top federal prosecutor in the Southern District<<<

He’s right there is no reason.  In fact, the should do everything they can so it doesn’t appear to be collusion.
